Abstract

Forests are a source of landscape services that are important for the sustainability of ecosystems. The Ministry of Forestry has provided access to village communities to manage forest areas legally, through a village forest scheme with management access rights for 35 years. Participatory mapping is a type of public participation that includes the creation and/or use of spatial information for various purposes. Spatial data allows the identification of relationships between landscape services and landscape characteristics and administrative units. This study aims to identify the potential characteristics and service potentials of the Pattaneteang Village Forest area. The method used in this research is spatial analysis carried out on land use maps based on drone images in Pattaneteang Village and qualitative methods in the form of structured interviews, questionnaires, and focus group discussions. The results showed the quality of landscape services for biodiversity and stored carbon in the Village of Pattaeneteang was in the “very good” level, having a high-value economic role with a total score of 9 in Utilization Village Forest. The total score of the cultural role of the Pattanateang Village Forest is 4 for the Disputed Village Forest and the Utilization Village Forest, which means that it has low cultural value and a value of 5 for the Core Village Forest area which means moderate cultural value.

Abstract

Perkembangan anak yang sesuai yang dimiliki oleh anak prasekolah akan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangannya. Assosiatif play merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan tingkat perkembangan fisik dan perkembangan mental yang sesuai dengan KPSP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh assosiatif play terhadap perkembangan personal sosial anak usia prasekolah di TK Dharma Wanita Kelurahan Tlogomas Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pre-experimental dengan metode pendekatan one group Pre-Post Test Design. Populasi adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun kelas B di TK. Dharma Wanita kelurahan Tlogomas berjumlah 16 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan derajat kemaknaan 0,05. Hasil pengumpulan data penelitian sebagian besar (56,3%) perkembangna sosial responden masuk kategori tidak sesuai sebanyak 9 orang, dan seluruh (100%) perkembangan sosial responden masuk kategori sesuai sebanyak 16 orang. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan pvalue= 0,008 (pvalue< 0,05). Artinya ada pengaruh Assosiatif Play terhadap perkembangan personal sosial anak usia prasekolah di TK Dharma Wanita Kelurahan Tlogomas Malang. Saran yang dapat direkomendasikan, bagi orang tua: orang tuarus memberikan memperhatikan perkembangan sosial anak dengan mendukung anak untuk bermain dan berinteraksi dengan teman-teman yang lain agar perkembangan anak sesuai dengan usia perkembangannya. Abstract

Circulating drugs without a distribution permit is a criminal act, where the drugs being distributed are not necessarily relevant to their composition and manufacture. This means that the safety, efficacy and benefits of drugs being traded are not guaranteed. Then the perpetrators of distributing drugs without a distribution permit will be punished and subject to criminal penalties. In this case Law no. 17 of 2023 concerning Health regulates criminal provisions for perpetrators of distributing drugs without a distribution permit with a prison sentence of 12 years and a fine of five billion rupiah, but the criminal sanctions imposed by the judge in decision case number 111/pid.B/2013/PN/ are reduced. Mtr does not provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators. The problems in this research are: first, what is the responsibility for perpetrators of criminal acts of distributing drugs without a distribution permit? Second, what are the judge's considerations in handing down a decision regarding the distribution of drugs without a distribution permit in case number 111/pid.B/2013/PN/Mtr?The results of this research are to show that the form of responsibility of the defendant is in accordance with the elements of responsibility, because the actions carried out by the defendant contained an element of intentional error and the judge sentenced the defendant to 10 months' imprisonment, which according to the author was not appropriate because the sentence This will not have a deterrent effect on the perpetrator.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of high school graduates regarding the architect profession, educational pathways, and the legal requirements needed to become a professional architect according to the guidelines of the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI). The socialization event was held online on November 27, 2025, featuring two professional IAI architects as speakers and attended by 97 participants. The activity included interactive material presentations, discussions, and evaluations through a pretest and post-test consisting of five questions. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the role, responsibilities, and legal aspects of the profession, with an average correct answer rate of over 90%. The most significant improvement occurred in the legal aspects, where participants gained a better understanding of the importance of the Architect Registration Certificate (STRA) as legal proof of professional competence. This socialization proved effective in raising awareness among prospective students about the importance of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory knowledge in architectural practice. The event also served as an academic promotion tool that strengthened the connection between architectural education and society's need for architects with integrity.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen high school graduates’ understanding of the architectural profession, educational pathways, and legal qualifications required to become a professional architect under the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI). The online outreach was held on November 27, 2025, featuring two licensed architects from IAI and attended by 97 participants. The activities included interactive presentations, discussions, and an evaluation through a five-item pretest and post-test. The results show an overall improvement in participants’ comprehension of architects’ roles, responsibilities, and professional legality, with an average accuracy above 90%. The greatest improvement occurred in the legal aspect, where participants recognized the importance of the Surat Tanda Registrasi Arsitek (STRA) as a legal credential for professional practice. This program effectively increased prospective students’ awareness of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory understanding in architectural practice. It also served as an academic promotion platform that bridges architectural education with society’s demand for competent and ethical architects.
