Abstract

Pesantren preuner hadir di tengah-tengah keadaan pengangguran muda Indonesia yang semakin meningkat.Hadirnya konsep ini, membuka ruang bagi pemuda-pemuda untuk ikut andil dalam kegiatan ekonomi gunamemberikan pendapatan negara.Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang selama ini dipahami sebagai garda terdepan dalam upaya tafaqquh fiddin, akhir-akhir ini ikut hadir sebagai pencetus ide pemerkuat ekonomi umat dengan berbagai macam jenis usaha yang dimiliki. Pesantren Salafy Sidogiri Jawa Timur, selama ini menjadi ikon pesantren salaf, terbukti tidakmemiliki pendidikan formal di dalamnya, namun mampu melahirkan berbagai jenis usaha, guna menghidupkan perekonomian. Pola usaha yang dilakukan dengan memberdayakan santri dan alumni-alumni yang dimiliki. Agar pasca dari Pesantren tidak terjadi pengangguran.Selain itu keterampilan berwirausaha sudah dilatih mulai santri berada dalam Pesantren sembari tidak meninggalkan ilmu agama sebagai pengajaran pokok dari pesantren. Dari fenomena yang bertolak belakang tersebut, tulisan ini bertujuan mengungkaplatarbelakang Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri menggarap sektor preneur, di saat kebanyakan pesantren lain belum menggarapnya dan masih konsisten dengan ke’salafi’ annya. Hal yang tidak kalah menarik tujuan penelitian ini untukmenguraimodel usaha dapat diambil pelajaran dan diadopsi sebagai strategi preneur pesantren lain, yaitu: mengenai kiat sukses usaha Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri dalam membangun kekuatan bisnisnya hingga seperti sekarang.

Abstract

In this article, devotion focuses on two main aspects. First, an analysis of the implementation of Amil Good Governance (GAG) at BAZNAS Jember Regency. Second, the service also examined the model of internalization of GAG values ​​in the organizational structure of BAZNAS Jember Regency. The main objective of this service is firstly to provide effective support during the implementation of GAG at BAZNAS Jember Regency, and secondly, to facilitate the internalization of GAG values ​​through training programs creation and mentoring is held at BAZNAS Jember Regency and the associated zakat management unit. The mentoring approach used in this service is a community-based learning approach that focuses on providing education to the community through a variety of training and practical applications in practice. The results of this service include two main aspects. Firstly, on the implementation of GAG at BAZNAS Jember Regency, the department determined that this was successfully achieved through the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, including transparency, accountability Accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and equality. Second, the Ministry noted that a sustainable training approach on transparency, periodic use of the SIMBA application, as well as support for the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for collection and distribution of zakat, have contributes significantly to improving the distribution of zakat. progress. Overall, the results of this service show that the internalization of GAG values ​​can be implemented systematically according to established principles. This process was made possible thanks to the close cooperation between BAZNAS Jember Regency, UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember, as well as the active role of zakat volunteers in supporting this effort.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the partnership strategies implemented by PT. Sadhana Jember to enhance the economic status of tobacco farmers and the partnership patterns at PT. Sadhana Jember from the perspective of fiqh muamalah. The research methodology employed is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique utilized is qualitative data analysis employing triangulation methods including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that PT. Sadhana Jember's partnership strategy, known as the Core-Plasma pattern, prioritizes partners as the core and the company as the plasma. This strategy involves internal identification, partner selection, and agreement establishment. The welfare impacts encompass meeting basic needs and spiritual fulfillment, reflecting a comprehensive approach. From a fiqh muamalah standpoint, Mudharabah and Musyarakah financing models propel agricultural development, particularly in tobacco farming, instilling economic awareness and benefiting landowners through profit-sharing arrangements, consequently elevating their living standards.
