Abstract

Pengetahuan adalah segala sesuatu yang diketahui karena mempelajarinya, yang diketahui karena mengalami, melihat, mendengar. Pengetahuan diabetes melitus sangatlah berpengaruh pada gaya hidup pasien diabetes melitus. Pengetahuan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan gaya hidup pasien diabetes melitus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan diabetes melitus dengan gaya hidup diabetes melitus di RS.Tingkat II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian non ekperimen dengan jenis correlation dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah pasien diabetes melitus di RS.Tingkat II dr. Soepraoen sebanyak 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic spearman rank dengan derajat kemaknaan (0,05). Hasil uji statistik penelitian sebagian besar pengetahuan diabetes melitus responden masuk kategori cukup (60%), dan hampir setengahnya dari responden memiliki gaya hidup baik sebayak 14 orang (47%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan p-value= 0,00 artinya p-value < 0,05. Artinya ada hubungan antara pengetahuan diabetes melitus dengan gaya hidup pasien diabetes melitus di RS. tingkat II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Pengetahuan pasien yang baik akan menjadikan pasien diabetes melitus menjadi baik. Saran yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada pihak-pihak antara lain, Bagi Institusi pendidikan adalah hendaknya petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan penjelasan dan pemahaman atau pembelajaran kepada keluarga dan masyarakat tentang penyakit diabetes melitus. Kata kunci : Gaya hidup, pengetahuan diabetes melitus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. Sampling technique using saturated sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 38 employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction affects employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the job satisfaction variable has a t value of 3.820 greater than the t table of 2.030 and a significance value of 0.001 less than 0.05. Workload affects employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the workload variable has a t value of 12.014 greater than the t table of 2.030 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Job satisfaction and workload affect employee performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the job satisfaction variable has a calculated F value of 347.817 greater than the f table of 3.29 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The magnitude of the effect of Job Satisfaction and Workload on Employee Performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang is 95.2%, which means that the contribution of Employee Performance can be explained by the independent variables, namely Job Satisfaction and Workload. Then the remaining 4.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Clean water is water used for daily needs whose quality meets health requirements and can be drunk when it has been cooked. Clean water that is healthy and of good quality and continuously flowing is really needed by the community because it can improve the quality of people's lives. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the government in providing clean water and the factors that influence the provision of clean water. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The data obtained were then analyzed through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results obtained show that the Public Works Office as one of the local government instruments in providing clean water has role indicators, namely (1) planning activities in the field of clean water, (2) implementing activities in the field of clean water, (3) distributing tasks and controlling the implementation of activities in the field of clean water. From these indicators, it is found that the implementation of the role of the Public Works Office is still not optimal. This is based on the condition of the Untia Village area which is located in a coastal area so that the provision of clean water through the drilling system is still difficult to obtain clean water. Based on the analysis of primary and secondary data, the researcher identified several solutions that can encourage the success of clean water supply, namely providing clean water infrastructure in the form of tools or machines that can reduce underground salt levels for coastal areas, collaborating with clean water supply agencies, and making a master plan for clean water supply that is more planned and integrated.
