Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan stres akademik pada mahasiswa keperawatan berdasarkan jenis kelamin di Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah komparatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak ± 525 mahasiswa dan sampel diambil secara acak stratifikasi (stratified random sampling) sebanyak 308 mahasiswa dengan laki-laki 131 dan perempuan 177 mahasiswa. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuisioner student-life stress inventory (SSI) dengan skala Likert, dan menggunakan analisa data uji T-test independent. Teknik pengumpulan data dimulai dengan mengurus surat izin di Bakesbangpol, setelah selesai perizinan peneliti kemudian menyebarkan kuisioner kepada semua responden. Kuisioner yang sudah terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi dan di analisis data.Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar responden mengalami stres akademik sedang yaitu sebesar 41,9% atau 129 responden dengan jumlah 60 responden laki-laki dan 69 responden perempuan. Uji T-test menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,093 pada responden laki-laki dan 0,092 pada responden perempuan. H0 diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan stres akademik antara mahasiswa keperawatan laki-laki dan perempuan yang ada di Fikes Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang.Hasil ini disebabkan karena kesamaan stressor ataupun tekanan akademik yang diberikan dan yang diterima diterima antara mahasiswa keperawatan perempuan dan laki-laki selama kuliah.

Abstract

Sustainable agriculture is the management of agricultural business resources to help changing human needs while maintaining or improving the quality of the environment and conserving natural resources. One example is "Organic Agriculture" with the use of compost. However, the lack of knowledge of farmers in making compost makes many people are still reluctant to use the fertilizer. This is the background of the holding of the socialization of compost making among farmers in Sukawening Village. This socialization activity was carried out to educate farmers about making compost and minimizing agricultural waste in Sukawening village and the introduction of Indigofera plants to farmers and residents of Sukawening. This activity was carried out in Sukawening Village, Bogor District. The making of compost fertilizer is done on February 26, 2020. The method of socialization used is the provision of material directly and discussion sessions. This socialization began with preparations for the implementation of activities, then continued with the dissemination of information and demonstrations on making compost fertilizer. The reduced forage has an impact on the feeding and quality of feed to livestock. Indigofera sp. is a forage plant that can produce well in the dry season and in the rainy season and can be used as a substitution of forage for animal feed where Indigofera sp. contains various substances that are beneficial for livestock. Socialization regarding Indigofera sp. conducted at 'Dosen Mengabdi' Program (Lecturer Subserve Program). Submission of material includes the steps of planting, fertilizing, maintaining, harvesting, to the stage of developing business partnerships. From the demonstration of fertilizer manufacturing and the socialization of Indigofera sp. The people of Sukawening Village are aware of the importance of using organic fertilizer in an effort to create sustainable agriculture. Abstract

Village community health development is a non-governmental activity aimed at improving the quality of public health through improving the health and nutritional status. The success of the implementation of public health development that aims to improve the quality of public health in the village of Sukawening cannot be separated from the various supports and active roles carried out by the entire community. In this case the big role is the role of the Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) which is directly dealing with various social problems including health problems faced by the community. This study aims to determine the perception of the Sukawening Village community on the posyandu program, the role of the posyandu in improving the quality of maternal and child health, and posyandu as a community health center. The prioritization of the problems raised in this study is how the role of the Posyandu cadre in Sukawening Village in improving the quality of public health, especially mothers and children. Data collection was obtained through interviews and observations. Posyandu has an important role in improving the quality of maternal and child health through health service processes such as carrying out family planning services, nutrition, immunization, diarrhea prevention, and MCH. Sukawening village, especially RW 05, shows that the Posyandu program in the hamlet still needs to be evaluated. This is illustrated by the presence of toddlers who are still suffering from malnutrition. Keywords: Sukawening village, quality of public health, public health developments, posyandu.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi syariah dan manfaat pada pembiayaan rahn tasjily di Koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah darumafatihil ulum secara praktik dalam PAPSI bagian VII mengenai akad qardh dalam hal pengakuan, pengukuran dan penyajian pendapatan atau pinjaman sudah sesuai, namun dalam hal pengungkapan belum sesuai. Sedangkan dalam PSAK 107 mengenai ijarah dalam hal pengakuan dan pengukuran pendapatan maupun pinjaman sudah sesuai, namun dalam hal penyajian dan pengungkapan belum sesuai dengan PSAK 107. Untuk sistem pelaksanaan yang dilaksanakan di KSPPS DMU sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan dan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan fatwa dsn-mui nomor 68/DSN-MUI/III/2008 mengenai akad rahn tasjily.

Abstract

The policies decided regarding employee interests have not considered employee aspirations and the lack of adequate coordination of targets and action plans at each level of the organization indicates poor communication between leaders or management and employees at BSI KCP Kuala Meulaboh. Leadership and work environment are benchmarks for determining employee performance in relation to measuring how far the employee's contribution or results are for the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance at BSI KCP Kuala Meulaboh. The location of this study was at the KCP Kuala Meulaboh Office located on Jalan Meulaboh - Jeuram Gampong Simpang Peut, Nagan Raya Regency. The sample in this study was 17 employees of BSI KCP Kuala Meulaboh. The objects of this study were leadership, work environment and employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially leadership influences employee performance with a significant value of 0.004 (<0.05) and partially the work environment influences employee performance with a significant value of 0.001 (<0.05). Simultaneously (F test), human relations and physical work environment have a significant effect on the work ethic of BSI KCP Nagan Raya 1 employees, with a significance value of (0.000 <0.05). Therefore, the results of this study state that both independent variables support the hypothesis. While the magnitude of the influence of the two variables (leadership and work environment) on employee performance is 57.2% and the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.
