Abstract

Maraknya perusahaan startup di Indonesia harus diimbangi dengan pengendalian internal pada sistem informasi yang digunakan. Apabila perusahaan tidak memiliki pengendalian internal yang baik, akan timbul resiko penurunan performa perusahaan seperti yang saat ini banyak dialami perusahaan retail. Adapaun kerangka pengendalian internal yang sudah populer digunakan konsultan sistem informasi untuk perusahaan besar yaitu kerangka COBIT, kerangka terintegrasi dan kerangka ERM. Namun, masih sedikit referensi untuk membuat pengendalian internal pada perusahaan kecil dan menengah, sehingga perusahaan rentan terhadap implementasi sistem informasi dan operasional perusahaan. Penelitian mengusung sebuah konsep yang diawali dengan pembuatan aplikasi (beta version) untuk dapat dianalisa dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut, sehingga dapat digunakan dan membantu perusahaan kecil dan menengah untuk menjadi perusaan startup yang kempeten.

Abstract

In recent years, developing economies countries such as Indonesia witnessing the growth of the incubator business for digital start-ups. Digital start-up is an early-stage business that requires to maintain its growth supported by the ecosystem. One of a prominent part in the ecosystem is a business incubator. This is descriptive research that aims to construct research question guideline and how to organize the gathered data using tools called Nvivo based on the provided evaluation framework.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational culture, work communication, and motivation with employee performance at Love, Bonito Indonesia. The independent variables in this study are organizational culture, work communication, and motivation while the dependent variable is the performance of employees of Love, Bonito Indonesia. This research was conducted at Love, Bonito Indonesia with 20 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using simple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but for communication and motivation partially it has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational culture, communication, and motivation affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there is a significant effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Stock Price of Companies Listed in IDX30 Banking Sub-Sector Period 2017-2021. The population in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are in Index 30 during the period 2017–2021. This research used purposive sampling in choosing financials sector companies with sub-sector banks. The result shows that partially DPR, PBV and EPS can affect the stock price. PER was not affecting Stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether customer relationship management, public relations, and experiential marketing can affect customer loyalty. This study was conducted on luxury vehicle consumers in Jakarta. The study used a random sampling of 200 respondents. The research analysis technique is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results show that in both partial and simulant tests the model shows that customer relationship management, public relations, and experiential marketing effectively predict consumer loyalty. These findings show that the character of Jakarta as the capital city and the center of development in Indonesia impacts creating loyalty based on field assessment. About 50% of other variables need to be tested to strengthen factors that increase loyalty and show luxury vehicle enthusiasm in Jakarta. This research specifies an automotive distributor in Jakarta that specializes in luxury vehicles. Unlike the common vehicle customer, it is more manageable to maintain customer enthusiasm for luxury cars based on customer relationship management, public relations, and experiential marketing strategy.

Abstract

This training aims to improve the understanding and skills of Ikanesia West Java business actors in recording financial transactions systematically and accurately. This activity is a form of community service collaboration between Perbanas Institute and Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia. In this training, participants are given a basic understanding of accounting, the benefits of financial record-keeping, as well as simple record-keeping techniques that can be applied in the fisheries business. With this training, it is hoped that business actors can increase transparency and efficiency in their financial management.
