Abstract

The high employees turnover at PT. BRI Syariah shows low job satisfaction and organizational commitment and high desire to change jobs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intentions directly or indirectly. Quantitative methods are used in this study. The population is employees at PT. BRI Syariah of Malang Branch with 50 people. The sampling technique used was census sampling with sample size of 50 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and path analysis. The results of the study indicated that there is negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions, positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, negative and significant effect of organizational commitment on turnover intentions, and negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions indirectly through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstract Leadership not only involves the ability to influence and motivate others but also reflects the philosophy and principles upheld by a leader. The purpose of this research is to examine contemporary theories and case studies on how leadership philosophy can shape an inclusive, innovative, and adaptive work culture. This study employs a literature review method by utilizing various references related to leadership philosophy. The conclusion drawn is the influence of transformational leadership philosophy in building an inclusive and adaptive work culture in modern organizations. In its implementation, this philosophy is applied through employee empowerment, strengthening collaboration, and fostering innovation, which ultimately creates a productive work environment that is relevant to the ever-evolving market needs. Abstract

Sustainable business is a critical necessity in responding to global environmental, social, and economic challenges. Business Process Management (BPM) offers a systematic approach to designing, analyzing, and optimizing business processes in line with sustainability principles. This article aims to examine the role of BPM in promoting business sustainability through a review of recent literature. This research uses a literature review method by analyzing 25 reputable journal articles published in the last five years. The results indicate that integrating BPM with sustainability goals improves resource efficiency, reduces carbon emissions, and strengthens corporate governance. This study also reveals that BPM contributes to data-driven decision-making to support long-term sustainability strategies.
