Abstract

Setiap pemimpin diharapkan mampu mengarahkan pegawai untuk mencapai visi dan misi organisasi melalui komitmen dan pemberdayaan pegawai. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung secara parsial komitmen organisasional dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan pengaruh langsung secara simultan pada RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) sebagai alat uji statistik. Responden yang dijadikan sampel sebagai unit analisis sebanyak 84 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: secara parsial komitmen organisasi dan pemberdayaa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; secara simultan komitmen organisasi dan pemberdayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Atasan langsung pegawai perlu membangun keharmonisan hubungan kerja dalam melakukan pengawasan di tempat kerja; memberikan kesempatan untuk memanfaatkan waktu luang untuk melakukan aktivitas lain dalam bekerja; mengevaluasi dan menerapkan disiplin kerja pegawai secara adil.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and psychological characteristics on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial attitudes. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the students of the faculty of economics and business. The number of research samples is 91 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3 as a statistical test tool.Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural Equation Modeling with SMART PLS as tools for the statistical test. Data collection tools used are questionnaires and interviews, and the number of respondents was 91 employee.Finding: H1, H5, H6, and H7 are rejected, while H2, H3, and H4 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that: (1) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes; (2) Psychological characteristics have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes; (3) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions; (4) Psychological characteristics have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions; (5) Entrepreneurial attitude does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions (6) Entrepreneurial attitude does not mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions; (7) Entrepreneurial attitude does not mediate the influence of psychological characteristics on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and job satisfaction on employee performance in the study at Bank BRI Persero, Ternate Branch. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in the study on the effect of customer satisfaction and job satisfaction on employeeperformance in the study at Bank BRI Persero Ternate Branch. The number of samples used as many as 129 respondents. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data sourced from questionnaires, interviews and observations which were distributed directly to Bank BRI Persero Ternate Branch, as well as using the SPSS 22 program assistance tool. The results of this study indicate that partially the Customer Statisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the Job Statisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the variables of Customer Statisfaction and Job Statisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Bank BRI Persero Ternate Branch. Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze: (1) The influence of organizational culture positively and significantly on the Performance of Employees; (2) The positive and significant influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing; (3) The effect of knowledge sharing positively and significantly on Employee Performance; and (4) The influence of organizational culture on Employee Performance through knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku. The number of research samples were 92 employees.Methodology: The test instrument used was a structural equation model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a statistical test tool.Finding: Ha1, Ha2, and Ha3 are rejected, at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, North Maluku Province; (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku; (3) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku; (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku

Abstract

Objective: The objectives of this study are: (1) To identify and analyze the effect of learning organization on innovative behavior; (2) Knowing and analyzing the effect of work involvement on innovative behavior; (3) Knowing and analyzing the influence of learning organization and work involvement simultaneously on innovative. Indonesian Credit Guarantee Limited The number of research samples was 33 employees. Methodology: The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool. Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Analyzing the influenceof Organizational Culture on the performance of civil servants at theOffice of Public Work of Ternate City; (2) To analyze the influence ofKnowledge Sharing on the performance of of civil servants at theOffice of Public Work of Ternate City; and (3) Analyzing the influenceof work organizational culture and Knowledge Sharing simultaneouslyon the performance of of civil servants at the Office of Public Work ofTernate City. The number of sample is 51 employees.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple regressionanalysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as astatistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The result of the research shows that: (1) OrganizationalCulture has a positive and significant influence partially on theperformance of civil servants at the Office of Public Work of TernateCity; (2) Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant influencepartially on the performance of civil servants at the Office of PublicWork of Ternate City. and (3) Organizational Culture (X1) andKnowledge Sharing (X2) simultaneously have a positive andsignificant effect on civil servants at the Office of Public Work ofTernate City. This result is based on a F value greater than F table ora smaller significance value (0,000) of alpha value (0.05).

Abstract

Sejak tiga tahun terakhir PT. Langgang Buana Perkasa yang bergerak dalam bidang ground handling mengalami turnover karyawan yang cukup signifikan. Melihat kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penyebab terjadinya turnover intention karyawan serta upaya pencegahannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingginya turnover intention karyawan diakibatkan dua factor. Pertama, adanya pandemic covid 19 menyebabkan banyak pemberlakuan pembatasan aktivitas penerbangan sehingga berdampak pada jumlah kompensasi yang diperoleh karyawan. Kedua, terdapat terdapat peluang pekerjaan baru diikuti dengan ajakan dari sesama rekan pekerja. Faktor-faktor tersebut menjadi rasionalitas karyawan memiliki niat dan berujung pada tindakan turnover. Selain itu, jenjang karir dan lingkungan kerja yang baik mampu meminimalisir terjadinya turnover di lingkungan LBP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi kasus pada Badan Kesbangpol Provinsi Maluku Utara, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 42 pegawai. Data diolah menggunakan Path Analisis dengan program SPSS 27.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ternyata responden berpendapat bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan motivasi kerja memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memediasi budaya organisasi pada kinerja pegawai, dimana semua mengarah kearah yg positif. Walaupun sudah ada penelitian sebelumnya yang mengkaji model hubungan dari 4 variabel tersebut yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang lebih luas antara variabel- variabel tersebut tetapi itu berada pada lingkup perusahaan bukan pada instansi pemerintah. Dan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang perilaku pegawai pada instansi Pemerintah dan berguna sebagai masukan dalam menentukan strategi khususnya bagi Pemerintah Daerah untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically test and analyze the effect of simplification on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the BPS Scope of North Maluku Province. The influence discussed is the influence between variables. The research design uses surveys and questionnaires. The population in this study are employees within the BPS of North Maluku Province who have experienced simplification of the bureaucracy (transfer of structural positions to functional positions). In this study, researchers used a sampling technique with a proposive sampling method using a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis method uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that 1) Simplification of the bureaucracy has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the Scope of the BPS throughout North Maluku Province, 2) Simplification of the bureaucracy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Scope of BPS throughout North Maluku Province, 3) Job satisfaction has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Scope of BPS of North Maluku Province, 4) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of bureaucratic simplification on employee performance at the Scope of BPS of North Maluku Province.
