Abstract

Perusahaan harus memiliki mekanisme yang efektif untuk menangani keluhan pelanggan, menyediakan saluran komunikasi yang terbuka, dan memberikan respons yang cepat dan solutif. Dengan mengatasi keluhan pelanggan dengan serius, perusahaan dapat membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan, mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan, dan menghindari risiko kehilangan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan. Apabila pelanggan merasa tidak puas maka ia akan menceritakannya pada setiap orang. Dengan merancang strategi pemasaran yang tepat menggunakan bauran pemasaran, perusahaan dapat memposisikan produk atau jasa mereka secara efektif di pasar, membangun keunggulan kompetitif, menarik pelanggan potensial, mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada, dan menghadapi persaingan dengan lebih baik. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk melakukan analisis pasar dan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi) terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Misi Pasaraya Soppeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif metode penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan objek atau subjek yang diteliti secara terperinci. Metode penelitian deskriptif digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah yang sedang dihadapi yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data, klasifikasi, analisis, kesimpulan, dan laporan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, responden yang memberikan penilaian terhadap variabel lokasi, dalam hal ini lokasi Misi Pasaraya Soppeng Sewo, memiliki persepsi yang cukup baik. Mayoritas responden, yaitu 103 orang (69,9%), memberikan penilaian dalam kategori sedang terhadap variabel lokasi. Sebanyak 21 orang (14,2%) memberikan penilaian dalam kategori tinggi, sementara 24 orang (16,2%) memberikan penilaian dalam kategori rendah terhadap variabel lokasi

Abstract

This study examines and determines the effect of good corporate governance on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through Corporate Social Responsibility. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive statistical approach. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector and 28 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Determined the sample using purposive sampling and obtained a total sample of 23 companies. The data source of this research is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2021. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test consisting of (test normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test) and testing all hypotheses through the partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test with the help of Eviews tool. The results show that Good Corporate Governance has no significant effect on manufacturing companies' financial performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Corporate Social Responsibility significantly influences the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on moderating the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study examines and determines the effect of agency cost, liquidity ratio, and leverage on dividend policy with good corporate governance as a moderating variable in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative. Withdrawal of research hypotheses using agency and signaling theories is supported by previous studies with similar variables. The research object is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2021. Research variables include Agency Cost, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage, Good Corporate Governance, and Dividend Policy. The data source used is secondary data from the collection of financial statement documents. The analytical method consists of panel data regression analysis and testing of all hypotheses through moderated linear regression analysis, t-test, and testing of the coefficient of determination with the help of Eviews 12 for data analysis. The results show that partially Agency Cost; Liquidity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Dividend Policy in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While Leverage Disclosure partially has a positive and insignificant impact on Dividend Policy in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
