Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of service, price, promotion, and brand image on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The study population is customers of PT Indomarco, located in the southern Tangerang region. Proportional sampling technique is simple random sampling. A sample of 137 agents. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale model that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the study are: simultaneously the effect of Service Quality, Price, Promotion, and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions is 15.6%, the effect of Service Quality, Price, Promotion, Brand Image, and Purchasing Decisions on Customer Satisfaction simultaneously is 22.9%, Service Variable (0.011), and Brand Image (0.021) which have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, Service Variable (0.004) and Promotion (0.015) which have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Promotion Variables can affect satisfaction variables indirectly through intervening variables namely decisions purchase at PT Indomarco sub Tangerang Selatan.Keyword :  Keywords: Service quality, price, promotion, brand image, purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze customer loyalty which is influenced by location and promotion through purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction made by visitors to Indomaret Cipinnag Indah. Data obtained in April 2022 as many as 130 respondents. Thirty respondents for validity and reliability testing and 100 respondents were used for path analysis testing to know the direct and indirect effects of the dependent variable on the independent variable. Sampling using the Roscoe technique, all of whom are visitors to Indomaret Cipinang Indah. This study's results indicate that location significantly affects purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The promotion affects purchasing decisions but does not affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. Purchase decisions affect consumer loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction does not affect consumer loyalty. Indirectly location and promotion affect consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions and do not affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose- The Effect Of Management Style And Motivation Against Staff’s performance In Universitas Islam As-Syafi’iyah Jakarta Design/methodology/approach- Using the method of probability sampling, the sample by Slovin formula is 60 respondents. Data collected by questionaire, and analyzed by multiple regression at the standard of tolerance by 5%. Findings- Both managemen t style and motivation of employees contribut to work performance in Universitas Islam As-Syafi’iyah Jakarta. Limitation of the research- due to a non longitudinal resarch, it is necessary the further research by next year is to be held to enrich this findings. Mangaerial Implication- To boost work performance, it is necessary to monitor the presence and disciple of the employees in Universitas Islam As-Syafi’iyah Jakarta

Abstract

Purpose- This research aims to know the impact of work environment and compensation on employee’s motivation at a division of Directorate General of Air Transportation. Design/methology/approach- The research conducted a survey by the questionnaire to the employees. Totally there were 20 respondents as samples in this research for the validity test. By non probability sampling method, the respondents are 65 persons. The method on analysis by descriptive. To examine the impact of work motivation and work environment, the author used multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test. Findings- The results. by t-test, it was found that the work environment had a significant impact on the improvement of work motivation of the employees. While work environment variable can increase work motivation. Compensation also affects the employee's work motivation . While, both variables, simultaneously, found that Work Environmen and Compensation have significantly contributed to work motivation. Other factors include leadership, quality of human resources, organizational culture, work performance, are not included in this research that need to a further research. Originality – At this Government Agency, the two variables are in need to support productivity of employees.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this analysis is to know about an effect of the leadership and motivation affect simultaneously or partially of employee performance. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work teams on employee performance at Neo Hotel Mangga Dua Square Design/methodology/approach- The type of data in this study is primary or data originating from respondents who contain respondents' opinions about the dimensions of leadership, motivation, work team and performance. Data collection can be through the questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were all Neo Hotel Mangga Dua Square employees with a sample of 100 respondents and using saturated samples. The method of analysis uses descriptive and quantitative methods. Finding- The results of research on partial variables, the value of t count is greater than t table, then Ha shows and states there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, motivation and team work to the performance. While the percentage of influence on the leadership, motivation and team work on employee performance at Neo Hotel Mangga Dua Square amounted to 26.21%, while the rest influenced by other variables such as planning factors, organizing factors and others.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of employee’s satisfaction, and organization commitment on staff turnover individually, and simulatenously at Amaroosa Hotel in Bekasi. Design/methology/approach- The simple random sampling technique was implied and analyzed by SPSS bersion 20. The total of respondentas are 74 person. The multiple regression is selected as the suitable method to conduct the serial tests. Findings- The motivation of staff turn over are based on organization commitment and the staff also influenced by a better offer from the competitor as the high demand is happening. Research limitations-The single object and the limited respondents of this research is a limitation of this study. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta Hotel & Spa. The research was conducted at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta Hotel & Spa with a total of 80 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple regression. Based on the analysis and discussions, there is a significant positive influence of the motivation variable on employee performance. There is a significant positive effect of the compensation variable on employee performance. Simultaneously it was found that the influence of independent variables together on employee performance with a contribution of 41.7%, where other factors that influence but are not discussed in this study are 58.3. %

Abstract

Purpose- This research was conducted in order to find out whether leadership, compensation and motivation influence the employee performance at The Goods Dept Design/methodology/approach- In this sample research respondents used were The Goods Dept employees consisting of 63 respondents, by saturated technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Findings- Base on analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously leadership (X1), compensation (X2), and motivation (X3) influence the employee performance (Y). It was also concluded that partially (individual) leadership and compensation influence the employee performance, but motivation is not influence the employee performance. The result shows that compensation have the most impact significantly on employee performance at The Goods Dept
