Abstract

Morphometric and meristic analysis of pufferfish (Tetraodon fluviatilis H.B.) in estuary of Bengkalisconducted in April-August 2014, which aims to determine the characteristics morphometric andmeristik pufferfish (T. fluviatilis H.B.) in three different habitats. This study used the method of direct data collection sampling from study sites. Sampling was carried out at three different stations are three i.e Pakning River, Bengkel River Station and the Jangkang River with 30 male and 30 female. The results showed morphometric characters pufferfish gold female and male on the Pakning River greater than the Bengkel River and Jangkang River with status allometric growth is positive, negative allometric and isometric. The results showed of morphometric analysis pufferfish (T. fluviatilis H.B.) using T-test showed a significant difference in the pufferfish gold male and female at each study site. Analysis of meristik pufferfish gold male and female at each study site showed a significant difference.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang buka-tutup palang busway untuk antisipasi masuknya kendaraan selain TransJakarta. Transportasi umum TransJakarta, berjalur khusus (busway) seharusnya tidak dilewati kendaraan lainnya (follower), kenyataannya berbeda. Sebagian pengendara motor/mobil masih melanggar aturan penggunaan busway. Antisipasi pelanggaran telah dicegah secara manual, seorang petugas membuka/menutup palang. Fungsi buka/tutup palang untuk mencegah follower TransJakarta. Sopir TransJakarta memperlambat kecepatan/berhenti menjelang melewati palang buka/tutup, agar petugasnya tidak tertabrak. Palang busway juga meminimalisasi pelanggaran lalu lintas di persimpangan/titik rawan kecelakaan. Pemasangan palang berjarak sekitar ≥ 10 m sebelum halte TransJakarta. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancangbangun sistem buka- tutup palang otomatis. Metodenya dengan merancangbangun model sistem buka/tutup palang dan mengkomunikasikan dua bluetooth. Box memuat modul mikrokontroler ATMega16, terkoneksi dan merespon sistem deteksi pada sensor ultrasonik. Sensor ultrasonik mendeteksi waktu sepanjang sisi samping TransJakarta. Output sensor men- trigger servo menutup palang dan mencegah masuknya follower TransJakarta. Tujuan integrasi sistem untuk mengantisipasi dan minimalisasi peluang menyelinapnya sebagai follower TransJakarta. Hasil uji sistem buka-tutup palang busway; jarak rata-rata komunikasi bluetooth transmitter ke bluetooth receiver >2 cm and ≤ 5 cm. Panjang busway sebagai deteksi batas akhir TransJakarta dan batas awal follower. Rata-rata waktu tempuhnya terdeteksi ≤ 1.400 ms dengan panjang TransJakarta ≤ 23± 0.04 cm.Kata Kunci: bluetooth, buka-tutup, palang, busway, ultrasonic

Abstract

The concept of Decision Support Systems (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a branch of artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence ) that is widely used. There are many methods that can be used by decision makers to help find the optimum solutions or alternatives to a problem. One such method is Fuzzy Multi - Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM). This method will help decision makers in situations where there are many alternative decisions with multiple criteria. The final project will apply the Decision Support Systems using Fuzzy Method of Multi Criteria Decision Making ( FMCDM ) determination of home loans to PT. NGK Jambi. Making the Decision Support System using Borland Delphi 7.0 programming language and supported by Microsoft Access 2007 as database processing, Data Input consists of alternative data, the data criteria, the data set of interest and set a match, the data processing is done by calculating the index is done by substitution interests of the rating and rating match, then the index in subtitusikan with the degree of optimism it will obtain the total value of the integral for each alternative. The recommendations based on the total value of the integral obtained the highest degree of optimism regardless. From the results of this study concluded that the presence of Decision Support System Determination of home loans to PT. NGK Jambi then it can help in the decision making process to the customer 's decision granting the cooperative and will facilitate in making the report of recommendations and reports customer.
