Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the planning of student, student organization, implementation of student, student supervision, supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of student activities at MTs Darul A`mal Metro. This study used a qualitative approach with a single case study design in MTs Darul A`mal Metro. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation. The results showed that: (1) student planning done by the beginning of the meeting, (2) student organizing is done by grouping the students into classes based on academic ability and authorized the class teacher to develop it, (3) the implementation of student started with the coaching and development of learners, (4) monitoring is done by the principals by monitoring student activities directly, (5) supporting factors in the implementation of student activities is religious instruction, good quality human resources as 90% of teachers have Bachelor degree, accreditation status B.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan perencanaan mahasiswa, organisasi mahasiswa, pelaksanaan siswa, pengawasan siswa, faktor dan kendala yang mendukung dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan mahasiswa di MTs Darul A`mal Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus tunggal di MTs Darul A`mal Metro. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan siswa dilakukan pada awal pertemuan, (2) pengorganisasian siswa dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan siswa ke dalam kelas berdasarkan kemampuan akademik dan resmi guru kelas untuk mengembangkannya, (3) pelaksanaan mahasiswa dimulai dengan pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik, (4) monitoring dilakukan kepala sekolah dengan memantau kegiatan siswa secara langsung, (5) faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan siswa adalah pelajaran agama, kualitas sumber daya manusia yang baik 90% dari guru memiliki gelar Sarjana, dan Status akreditasi B.Kata kunci: pelaksanaan, pengawasan, pengorganisasian, perencanaan

Abstract

Academic supervision is a crucial aspect of Islamic education management that plays a strategic role in enhancing the quality of curriculum implementation. This study aims to analyze the role of academic supervision in strengthening curriculum execution within Islamic educational institutions. The method employed is a qualitative literature review, examining various scholarly sources related to academic supervision and curriculum implementation in the context of Islamic education. The findings indicate that academic supervision functions not only as a monitoring mechanism but also as a process for professional development of teachers and adaptation of the curriculum to Islamic values. Systematic and collaborative supervision enhances teachers’ motivation and competence while ensuring the curriculum’s relevance to students’ needs and local contexts. The implications of this study underscore the importance of reinforcing academic supervision as a fundamental pillar in adaptive and sustainable Islamic education management, capable of addressing contemporary challenges without compromising religious values.

Abstract

This study discusses the impact of remote work on employee engagement and productivity in the post-pandemic era, focusing on public relations management and public service. The aim of the research is to analyze how the implementation of remote work affects employee performance and to identify managerial strategies that can enhance their engagement. The method used is literature research, collecting data from various relevant sources. The findings indicate that while remote work can enhance productivity, challenges such as burnout and communication difficulties persist. The implications of this research provide guidance for organizations to develop more effective remote work models that support employee well-being and encourage the adoption of appropriate technologies to enhance engagement in the workplace.
