Abstract

Peningkatan ekspor hasil UKM merupakan salah satu tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdianmasyarakat, terutama skim Iptek bagi Produk Export (IBPE) Institut Teknologi adhi TamaSurabaya (ITATS). Tim IBPE ITATS bekerjasama dengan “DusDukDuk” sebagai pengrajinkertas kardus. Pengrajin ini berlokasi di Jalan Semolowaru Indah II Surabaya. DusDukDukmemanfaatkan kertas kardus menjadi barang yang mempunyai nilai tambah. Hal ini menjadikanproduk DusDukDuk bisa terjual di pasar Internasional. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah berupakursi, furnitur, elemen interior, mainan, souvenir, merchandise, dan dekorasi. Permasalahanpada UKM ini adalah sistem pemasaran yang kurang optimal, pemasaran hanya menggunakanbrosur dan mengikuti pameran. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatan kualitas produkUKM ini sehingga meningkatkan peluang ekspor. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metodependampingan dalam memperbaiki beberapa aspek. Pendampingan berhasil membuat websitepemasaran yang berkualitas dan berbahasa internasional. Hasil kegiatan juga berhasilmeningkatkan UKM DusDukDuk untuk melakukan perbaikan dengan memiliki strukturorganisasi fungsional dan marketing online berbasis ekspor. Peningkatan jumlah produk terjualdari kegiatan ini dalam enam bulan menujukkan peningkatan penjualan hingga 30 %dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Produk ekspor, kertas semen, kardus, pendampingan, IbPE

Abstract

Mitra kegiatan ini mengenalkan produk ke pasaran hanya mengandalkan penjualan produk oleh distributor yang melakukan pemesanan barang ke mereka, otomatis merk yang beredar bukanlah merk dari pengrajin sendiri, tetapi merk dari distributor. Tak jarang produk mitra diminati oleh konsumen, namun karena merk dari distributor, sehingga pengrajin sendiri tidak akan pernah dikenal oleh masyarakat. Selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja yang terampil menjadi kendala yang cukup serius bagi UKM. Dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan dan wawancara langsung dengan mitra, terdapat tiga hal utama yang menjadi fokus pengembangan UKM, yaitu mencakup aspek pemasaran produk, aspek desain produk dan aspek peningkatan SDM. Ketiga aspek ini sudah tentu menjadi prioritas dalam meningkatkan kinerja UKM. Masing-masing aspek pengembangan akan memberikan kegiatan pendampingan kepada mitra, seperti aspek pemasaran, mitra akan mendapatkan bantuan dalam penganekaragaman marketing tool sampai pada pemasaran produk melalui internet. Aspek desain, berkaitan dengan pendampingan desain dan merk.

Abstract

PT XXX merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi deck long pada pembuatan kapal. Pengendalian kualitas merupakan usaha-usaha yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan termasuk keputusan-keputusan yang diambil, sehingga kualitas produk perusahaan dapat terjaga dengan baik. Kualtitas produk sendiri harusdidukung oleh semua elemen perusahaan dari top management hingga lowmanagement, sehingga terjalin hubungan yang baik antara pengambil kebijakandan pelaksana kebijakan dalam menciptakan produk yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian kali ini akan dilakukan upaya pengendalian kualitas pada PT XXX untuk salah satu produknya yaitu deck long. Pengendalian kualitas melalui metode seven tools ini diharapakan dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan memberikan ide perbaikan terkait permasalahan yang menyebabkan kualitas produk deck long cacat atau tidak sesuai dengan standard perusahaan.

Abstract

To find the value of employee achievement requires several aspects such as intelligence, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral. The initial stage of the process is to find the difference between employee and position profile that has been determined by the company where it is called GAP. The next step is to determine the weight of each gap value in three aspects. We multiply the value of 60% for the value of the main factor and 40% for additional factors then add up the two factors to determine the total value. The three factors are assessed based on the percentage determined by the company, namely 25% Intelligence Aspect, 35% Behavioral Aspect, and 40% Work Attitude Aspect. The final results are ranked, and then top ranking is achieved until the last employees who occupy the position of Project Supervisor are employees with ID number: kka_0001. For employees who are likely to fill the position of Purchasing Logistics are employees with ID number: kka_0040. For employees who are likely to occupy the Estimator position are employees with ID number: kka_0036. For employees who fill the Project Manager position are employees with ID number: kka_0055.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan daerah UMKM yang terkenal dengan produk olahan kulit. Daerah yang terkenal dengan olahan produk kulit berada di daerah kecamatan Candi. Olahan bahan dasar kulit bisa dijadikan dalam bentuk seperti jaket kulit, sepatu, tas, dompet, sandal, sabuk, dan lain-lain. Dampak pandemi COVID-19 selama dua tahun dan kebijakan pembatasan masyarakat atau disebut PPKM membuat UMKM mengalami kesulitan dalam pemasaran. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, UMKM, terutama di daerah Candi mengalami kebangkrutan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini mengambil studi kasus di UMKM NTZ Leather, Candi, Sidoarjo. Dampak COVID-19 membuat UMKM NTZ Leather harus bertahan hidup dengan cara menjual aset-aset yang dimiliki. Setelah pandemi COVID-19 mereda, UMKM NTZ Leather mencoba berproduksi lagi. Akan tetapi, penjualan aset yang dimiliki membuatnya tidak bisa berproduksi lagi dan sulit untuk memulai pemasaran lagi. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan adalah membantu UMKM NTZ Leather untuk berproduksi kembali dengan membelikan mesin jahit, seset, dan emboss. Untuk pemasaran, UMKM NTZ Leather dengan cara membuatkan website profil UMKM yang isinya berupa kontak dan alamat toko, produk yang dijual, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

There are quite a lot of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Sidoarjo, especially in the Candi and Tanggulangin areas. UMKM in the Candi area mainly have the type of leather jacket MSME business. The leather jacket business in Candi sub-district needs assistance to increase the business. The problem faced by UMKM in leather jackets is the promotion of the products they have made. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the leather jacket business experienced difficulties in sales promotions because consumers did not know about these local products. The form of assistance carried out to increase promotion is the creation of websites and blogs that will be easily accessible to all consumers. In making the design and implementation of the website using the Systems Development Life Cyscle (SDLC) model. The process is carried out with the stages of (1) planning, (2) Analysis, (3) Design, and (4) Implementation. The results obtained in making a website as a promotional medium can increase consumer interest in buying the desired leather jacket product.

Abstract

This research was undertaken to understand and analyze the impact of leadership style and skill on lecturers' motivation and output. This study was chosen to address the issues and trends relating to job satisfaction. Although several components are involved, the authors have a preliminary hunch that the skill factor and leadership style may impact lecturer motivation and performance, affecting and boosting job satisfaction and lecturer performance. A questionnaire is the tool of choice for gathering data for the study. There were 30 questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Descriptive analysis and questionnaire feasibility tests were employed as data analysis approaches. These tests were previously validated using tests for reliability, validity, multicollinearity, coefficient of determination, and Path Analysis (Path Analysis) with smart-pls software. According to the study's findings, The model depicts SME performance, work environment, job happiness, communication style, and leadership style. The model demonstrates that while leadership style does not affect either job happiness or SME performance, communication and the workplace environment have a significant positive impact. A good work environment and job satisfaction can improve SMEs' performance well. The indirect model shows that what influences enhancing the performance of SMEs through reasonable job satisfaction is good communication and a good and optimal work environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of leadership skills and styles to determine the effect on the motivation and performance of lecturers. This study was chosen because of the phenomena and problems associated with job satisfaction. This, of course, relates to many factors, but the author has a provisional assumption that skills and leadership style factors will determine the effect on lecturer motivation and performance, both of which will affect and increase lecturer job satisfaction and performance. The method used in collecting data in this research is a questionnaire. The number of questionnaires given to respondents was 100 questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and questionnaire feasibility tests that have been tested first with validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination test and Path analysis (Path Analysis) with smart-pls software. The research gives the following results: The model directly shows that leadership skills and styles have a significant positive effect on increasing lecturers' motivation and performance. In addition, motivation also has a significant positive effect on improving the performance of lecturers, so that the increasing motivation in life will improve the performance of lecturers better.
