Abstract

This research was conducted in the period 1991(1)-2021(12), aiming to look at the contagion effect of the currency crisis in Indonesia. They were leading macroeconomic indicators as indicators/signals of impending or non-occurring problems. Determination of the currency crisis period based on EMPI (Exchange Market Pressure Index) by setting a threshold (threshold) at a specific value. Two models are used in this research: the Herrera-Garcia model and the Signal Analysis Model. The Herrera-Garcia model is based on the Composite Index generated from the Leading Indicator in detecting signals of impending crises by considering efficiency. The Signal Analysis model is used to analyze the impact of the contagion effect on currency crises, relying more on its accuracy than the Herrera-Garcia model. The results showed that the currency crisis that occurred in countries in the region impacted the currency crisis in Indonesia, where the crisis from one country had a Contagion Effect that differed in contribution from other countries.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of digital communication in improving business efficiency by focusing on the use of digital communication tools such as email, chat, and collaboration platforms. The research object consisted of 10 STIE Ganesha students of the employee class who were selected as respondents to provide insight into their experience in using digital communication tools in the context of their work. This research was carried out in May 2024 using a qualitative approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis to identify key patterns and themes related to the effectiveness of digital communication compared to traditional communication methods. The results showed that digital communication tools significantly improved operational efficiency for working students, allowing them to complete tasks more quickly and organized. However, the findings also reveal significant challenges, such as information overload and notification distractions, which can reduce productivity and focus. Therefore, while digital communication offers many advantages, it is important for individuals to develop effective management strategies to address these negative potentials, such as notification management and wise time allocation. The implications of this study underscore the importance of a deep understanding of digital communication tools and their effective application to maximize productivity in the modern business environment.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is determined by the readiness of human resources involved in the education process. Teachers are one of the factors that determine the high quality of educational outcomes. Teachers are the most decisive component in the education system as a whole, which must receive central attention, because teachers are always related to any component in the education system. The same thing that is in SMKS PHT Cianjur with the targets and achievements of graduates that are matched with the industrial world, SMKS PHT Cianjur teachers must be equipped with appropriate skills. The results of the study found that competence has a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan produktivitas melalui motivasi kerja pada UMKM Stela All In One. Produktivitas kerja sangat dipengaruhi salah satunya oleh motivasi karyawan, Motivasi berperan cukup signifikan dalam mempengaruhi serta meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, para karyawan akan bekerja dengan disiplin dan giat. Motivasi yang menurun ini sangat berpengaruh kepada peningkatan produktivitas kerja, yang nantinya bisa membuat sebuah usaha merosot. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode library research yang mengumpulkan data-data dari buku-buku, artikel-artikel dan internet, serta melakukan wawancara langsung kepada pemilik UMKM Stela All In One yaitu PKK Desa Ellak Daya (Ibu Suhartatik).

Pilar Langgeng Sejahtera sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kontruksi, menyadari bahwa dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dibutuhkan nilai-nilai dan keyakinan yang membantu karyawan dalam bertindak, pola berpikir, dan penyelesaikan masalah. Sistem nilai ini yang sudah digunakan oleh perusahaan, dan sistem ini yang dapat menumbuhkan rasa kepemilikan, membangkitkan motivasi kerja, dan dapat mendatangkan sukses bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Qurban is an obligation for financially capable Muslims, yet financial constraints often hinder participation, particularly among middle-income groups. The qurban savings scheme serves as an innovative solution through phased financial planning. This study analyzes the effectiveness of the qurban savings system in boosting retail qurban animal consumers’ interest, while identifying preferences, driving factors, and its impact on pricing and animal availability. Conducted from December 2024 to April 2025, the research employs a qualitative approach via questionnaires (78 respondents) and interviews. Results indicate 85% of respondents (aligned with findings) benefited from deposit flexibility and reduced financial pressure. Key participation factors include trust in institutions (67%), ease of digital payment (58%), and animal quality assurance (72%). A total of 89% of female respondents prioritized QR Code-based vaccine certification. However, 49% faced difficulties securing animals 7 days before Eid, and 61% of rural participants discontinued savings due to transparency issues. Dependence on intermediaries by 88% of non-Jabodetabek breeders inflated price margins and inefficiencies. The study recommends integrating digital technology and blockchain-based traceability, alongside multi-stakeholder collaboration to establish inclusive operational standards. Taklim assembly-based financial literacy is crucial to enhance vulnerable groups’ participation.
