Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi dengan metode pembelajaran inquiri. Metode pembelajaran inquiri adalah cara penyampaian bahan pengajaran dengan memberi kesempatan kepada siswa untuk belajar mengembangkan potensi intelektualnya dalam jalinan kegiatan yang disusunnya sendiri untuk menemukan sesuatu sebagai jawaban yang menyakinkan terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapkan kepada melalui proses pelacakan data dan informasi serta pemikiran yang logis, kritis dan sistematis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Library Research yang dilaksanakan di perpustakaan Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah Medan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara analisis kuantitatif untuk menghitung presentase ketuntasannya. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dari ketiga penelitian bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada setiap jurnalnya. Data dari sampel 3 buah skripsi yang diteliti oleh Ummu Arifah R, Muhammad Fadli Syahputra dan M.Yusril, diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,47. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran Inquiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi.

Abstract

Sharia banking is a financial institution that puts forward sharia principles that can provide its own convenience for its customers. This research was conducted to see the effect of service, location and promotion on the lack of interest of Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University (UMN) FKIP students to save in Islamic banks. The sample technique in this study is the saturated / census sampling method based on the availability of data according to the research variables, amounting to 45 people. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21 program. Hypothesis testing shows that service, location and promotion variables have an effect on the lack of interest among FKIP students at the Muslim Nusantara University (UMN) Al Washliyah in saving at Islamic Bank.

Abstract

The implementation of learning strategies that have not been able to make students enthusiastic in participating in learning activities, is due to the lack of application of creative and innovative learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the strategies applied by religious teachers to students, to determine the effectiveness of the strategies involved in cultivating Islamic thought values at Elementary School. This type of research is descriptive research. The subject of this research is to analyze Islamic education strategies. Data collection was carried out by interview, using instruments in the form of interview guides. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the strategy of Islamic religious teachers in instilling the values of Islamic thought in students by implementing the K13 curriculum with the talking stick method and snowballing to create effective learning in order to achieve learning objectives by planning making annual programs, semester programs, learning syllabus, lesson plans, and learning evaluation. The implication of this research is to increase students' interest in learning by inviting students to be enthusiastic about learning, creating student creativity, sharing, and having the courage to convey ideas.

Abstract

Penggunaan smartphone pada pembelajaran secara online merupakan hal yang sangat membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X IPS SMA Swasta Istiqlal Delitua di masa pandemi covid-19. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode sampel jenuh/sensus berdasarkan ketersedian data sesuai variable penelitian, dimana semua yang menjadi anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 55 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > ttabel dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,899 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X IPS SMA Swasta Istiqlal Delitua di masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using zoom learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students at YPK Private Senior High School Medan. This type of research uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires and tests with a sample of 40 students of class X SMA Private YPK Medan. In accordance with the hypothesis that the author formulated in this study, it was as follows: "Is there any influence on the use of Zoom Learning Media in learning on Economic Learning Outcomes of Class X Students of YPK Private High School Medan TA. 2021/2022". From the results of this study, it can be seen that the two variables have a significant influence between zoom learning media on economic learning outcomes. With regression coefficient constant value a= 1.05 and b= -0.28. Thus the equation of a simple linear line is Y = 1.05+-0.28X. In this case b is positive, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes (variable Y) increased by -0.28. And based on the results of hypothesis testing using the formula, it shows that the value of t_(count) is 0.20 while the magnitude of t_(table) at a significant level of 5% with dk = n-2 = 40-2= 38 is 1.68. Because t_hitung t_table or 0.20 1.68 then the formulation of the hypothesis that has been set in this study can be accepted as true, it can be concluded that: "there is a positive and significant effect between Zoom on student learning outcomes in economics learning in class X SMA Private YPK Medan T.A 2021/2022.

Abstract

Mitra pengabdian berada di daerah perkotaan kota Medan letaknya di Kecamatan Medan Amplas di MTs Swasta Lab IKIP Al Washliyah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kepada guru keterampilan pembelajaran yang menarik terutama dalam pembelajaran Direct Reading-Thinking Activity (DRTA) berbasis HOTS, sehingga pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dengan aktivitas HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). Data observasi awal diketahui 55% mitra masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan pembelajaran HOTS, bagi mitra selesai mengajar menjadi keharusan, bukan merancang aktivitas dalam kelas sehingga peserta didik lebih mudah memahami pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan dengan proses terbimbing, artinya kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan proses pendampingan, sehingga mitra akan diberikan pengarahan dalam pembelajaran dan pentingnya pembelajaran yang menarik, data diambil menggunakan angket Skala Likert untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman setelah mengikuti pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa mitra memiliki peningkatan kemampuan, sebelum diberikan pendampingan mitra memiliki kemampuan sebesar 53,13 dan setelah diberikan diperoleh nilai 84,38; indikator penilaian yang tinggi terdapat pada memaknai pembelajaran sebesar 82,81%, penyusunan DRTA dan evaluasi HOTS sebesar 81,85%. Dengan demikian, mitra sudah memahami penyusunan pembelajaran dengan baik.

Abstract

Keterampilan dasar mengajar bagi guru diperlukan agar guru dapat melaksanakan perannya dalam pengelola proses pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang saya lakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Lolotua, di peroleh data bahwa kemampuan guru berbeda-beda, hal ini ditunjukan dari perbedaannya masih ada guru yang kurang terampil dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran. Dan diproleh data dari seorang guru mata pelajaran ekonomi disekolah tersebut, bahwa ditinjau dari segi kemampuan bahwasannya kemampuan siswa berbeda-beda. Perbedaan itu mengakibatkan hasil belajar yang bervariasi. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah:“ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap prestasi Belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Lolotua TA. 2021/2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Lolotua TA.2021/2022 berjumlah 355 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang (random sampling). Dari hasil pembahasan dan analisa data yang di peroleh ternyata terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara keterampilan guru mengajar terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Lolotua TA. 2021/ 2022. Dari perhitungan di bawah menunjukkan bahwa besarnya nilai (hitung) adalah 3,26 sedangkan besarnya nilai t (tabel) n = 50 dan α = 0,05 adalah 2,011 dengan demikian rumusan hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini dapat di terima kebenarannya sebab t (hitung) > t (tabel), 3,26 > 2,011.

Abstract

Increasing financial literacy is very important related to skills in making financial management accountability reports for non-profit organizations to realize transparency and accountability. Accounting information and financial reports generated will provide convenience in decision making by management, our team and students carry out community service at the Gathering Forum (Fossil) Mosque Prosperity Board (BKM) Medan Tembung District, located at Jalan Bayangkara No. 411 Indra Kasih Village, Medan Tembung, to be precise, is located at the Al Imam Indra Kasih Mosque in Medan. The implementation is carried out by socialization using the lecture method and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). In this method the community service team leader conveys and presents material related to the title of community service delivered while members distribute material and participant attendance is then carried out by discussion and question and answer methods. The implementation of community service provides benefits for mosques and the community, especially scientific provision in compiling financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the effect of financial advisor recommendations on investment decisions of students in Medan with the intention as a mediator and financial literacy as a moderator. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory research model, with primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is statistical analysis based on partial least squares. The results of the study found that financial advisor recommendations have an effect on investor intentions. Investor intention influences investment decision. Financial advisor recommendations influence investment decisions. Financial literacy has no effect on investor intentions. Investor intent significantly mediates the relationship between financial advisory recommendations and investment decisions. Financial literacy does not moderate the effect of financial advisor recommendations on investment intentions.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to see differences in economic learning outcomes using the Jigsaw cooperative learning model whit the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS 1 and 2, totaling 72 students. The sampling technique is total sampling where all members of the population are sampled. The research results obtained tcount = 6,68 and ttabel = 1,665, where tcount (6,68) ? ttable (1,665).So it can be concluded that there are differences in student economics learning outcomes using the Jigsaw learning model using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model.
