Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work performance and discipline on the promotion of police officers at the Medan Polrestabes. This research is an associative type of research, where this study seeks to find out the relationship between interrelated variables. This research is located at Polrestabes Medan which is located on Jl. HM. Said No.1, Sidorame Bar. I, District. Medan Perjuangan, Medan City, this research took place from January 2022 to April 2022, the population of this study were all active police employees at the Sabhara Section of Medan Polrestabes totaling 40 employees, the sample used was saturated sampling where all the population of 40 people became the sample , the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, while the results of this study are, In this study, achievement assessment has an effect on promotion. It can be seen in column t that the Achievement variable (X1) has a value of tcount (3,672) > ttable ( 2.024) which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the significant value of 0.003 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In this study, discipline has an effect on promotion. It can be seen in column t that the discipline variable (X2) has a value of tcount (7,113) > ttable (2,024), which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. Based on the results of the F test, the data of this study is significant, because Fcount 39,098 > Ftable 3.24, namely Hypotesis a is accepted and Hypotesis o is rejected. The significance level is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out partially or simultaneously the effect of sales promotion and service quality on consumer loyalty at PT. Independent Proverbs Exzer. PT. Exzer Amsal Mandiri is engaged in the field of medical devices (specially marketing liquid disinfectant products) to hospitals. This research is a descriptive quantitative questionnaire instrument. The research population was 36 hospitals with a saturated sample technique, the sample was 36 people. The results of the study are the tcount value of sales promotion is 6.168, the value of ttable is 1.692; the value of tcount > ttable and sigcount < sigtable (6.168 > 1.692) and (0.000 < 0.05). The tcount value of service quality is 2.141, the t-table value is 1.692; the value of tcount < ttable and sigcount < sigtable (2.141 > 1.692) and (0.000 < 0.05). The value of Rsquare is 0.611 or R2x 100% is 61.10%, meaning that the independent variable makes a big contribution to describe customer loyalty as much as 61.10%, the remaining 38.90% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Koffee Macehat Medan. This research was conducted at Koffee Macehat Medan, with a population and sample of 100 people taken by purposive sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive in nature to explain research data and research descriptions, while to analyze quantitative data using a simple Linear Regression analysis tool. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirements test is carried out to test normality, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed: (1) there is a significant influence between product quality on consumer satisfaction with t count = 2.201; (2) there is a significant effect between Service on Consumer Satisfaction with t count = 2.498. The suggestions made are; (1).Koffee Macehat further enhances the excellent service for its customers in order to provide a sense of comfort so that it can be sustainable. (2) Adding a variety of coffee flavors so that customers don't get bored with the monotonous taste, at least make it more interesting to make it more interesting. (3). Creating a comfortable place so that consumers who come and visit feel satisfied and feel at home so that they increase their purchasing portion

Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine partially or simultaneously the effect of job satisfaction and workload on organizational commitment. This study descriptive quantitative questionnaire instrument. The study population amounted to 53 teachers with saturated sample technique then the sample of 53 people. The results of the study were the value of workload tcount 4.163, value ttable 1.675; value tcount> ttable and sigcount < sigtable (4.163 > 1.675) and (0.000 < 0.05). tcount value of job satisfaction 3.956, ttable value 1.675; tcount value > ttable and sigcount < sigtable (3.956 > 1.675) and (0.000 < 0.05). Value Fcount facilities and job satisfaction 18.837, value Ftable 3.18; value Fcount > Ftable and sigcount < sigtable (18.837 > 3.18) and (0.000 < 0.05). The value of Rsquare is 0.430 or R2 x 100% by 43.00%, meaning that the independent variable contributes greatly to describe the organizational commitment of 43.00% the remaining 57.00% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: workload, job satisfaction, organizational commitment ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitan untuk mengetahui secara parsial maupun serentak pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif instrumen kuesioner. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 53 orang, dengan teknik sampel jenuh maka sampel 53 orang. Hasil penelitian yaitu nilai thitung beban kerja 4,163, nilai ttabel 1,675; nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (4,163 > 1,675) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai thitung kepuasan kerja 3,956, nilai ttabel 1,675; nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (3,956 > 1,675) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai Fhitung fasilitas dan kepuasan kerja 18,837, nilai Ftabel 3,18; nilai Fhitung > Ftabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (18,837 > 3,18) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai Rsquare yaitu 0.430 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 43.00 %, artinya variabel bebas memberi sumbangsih besar guna menguraikan tentang Komitmen organisasi sebesar 43.00 % sisa 57.00% di pengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community service activity is as a form of concern for house wives who do not know the benefits of using social media as a means to increase sales turnover to increase income, so hereby we are Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Engineering. Tjut Nyak Dhien University tries to innovate and be creative in terms of using the promotion system through Social Media in increasing sales turnover of snack products produced by housewives so that connoisseurs of archipelago snacks can attract consumers with the introduction of Indonesian snacks through social media creativity and innovation in the use of social media are also efforts to develop snack products starting from attractive packaging, variations in flavors that can arouse people's tastes. In terms of increasing sales turnover, we will use Social Media System networks such as: Facebook, Istagram, Whatsapp and Telegram. With this kind of activity, it is expected to help sales indirectly so that it affects the level of turnover and income for housewives who produce household snacks, especially Sunggal District, Deliserdang Regency, North Sumatra and in general and increase people's confidence to become entrepreneurs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan serentak Harga dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Kosmetik Merek Emina Di Jihan Shop Binjai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan intrumen kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Jihan Shop Binjai pada bulan maret, menerapkan teknik sampel jenuh maka sampel berjumlah 69 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menerapkan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh konsumen, data yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif. Adapun Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen baik parsial maupun simultan. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu harga sangat memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen, kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh signifikan dan bersifat dominan terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Jihan Shop Binjai

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur tentang pelatihan manajemen SDM berbasis teknologi untuk generasi milenial. Fokus utamanya adalah pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi SDM (SIM) dan HR Analytics. Tinjauan literatur ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan dalam memperbaharui keterampilan manajemen SDM sesuai dengan kebutuhan milenial yang cenderung digital-savvy. SIM memberikan kerangka kerja untuk pengelolaan SDM yang efektif, sementara HR Analytics memungkinkan analisis data yang mendalam untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana organisasi dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM milenial dengan efektif.
