Abstract

The study analyzed the effect of Financial Development on Human Development from 2009 to 2020 in ASEAN-4 countries. Financial development is projected with domestic credit for the private sector, broad money ratio, economic growth, openness, inflation, and the proportion of government expenditure to GDP, while human development is projected with HDI. The tests used a data panel, and the results showed that domestic credit for the private sector had a significant effect on the increase in HDI values.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial capabilities and digital adoption on online shopping decisions. The research results explain that individual financial capabilities such as access to bank services, digital banking services, and consulting financial issues with professionals encourage online shopping transactions. Online consumer behavior is also determined by perceived risk, trust in service providers, technology adoption, and use of social media. The type of research was quantitative by interviewing random sampling Surabaya students. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests through validity test in terms of determining the feasibility of the questions in the questionnaire and reliability test, which stated that the respondents' answers to the questions in the questionnaire were consistent and could be seen from the results of Cronbach’s Alpha. The next stage is the classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression test. In addition, hypothesis testing was carried out through the F-test, T-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that financial capability and digital adoption had a significant influence on online shopping decisions.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menjadi permasalahan setiap negara, termasuk Indonesia. Banyak UMKM memiliki kendala untuk dapat bertahan. Salah satu UMKM yang terkena dampak adalah UMKM bidang kuliner. Kegiatan pembatasan telah mengakibatkan perubahan dalam lingkungan bisnis. Pihak UMKM dituntut untuk dapat mengoptimalkan peran teknologi agar dapat bertahan ditengah lingkungan bisnis yang baru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Sentra Kuliner Tropodo, yang memiliki letak strategis untuk bisnis kuliner. Sebelum pandemi, bisnis kuliner ini berjalan lancar dan banyak pengunjung yang menghabiskan waktu di daerah ini. Namun, semenjak pandemi, jumlah pengunjung telah berkurang sehingga perlu adanya strategi atau inovasi yang dapat menarik pengunjung. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan terkait pengotimalan teknologi dalam aktivitas bisnis. Metode yang digunakan yakni peninjauan, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni UMKM dapat memperbaiki layanan dan kualitas yang kurang dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi digital seperti penggunaan kasir elektronik, pembayaran menggunakan QRIS, dan promosi media sosial.Kata Kunci: teknologi digital, inovasi, kuliner.

Abstract

Bisnis logistik mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan menyediakan layanan distribusi antar wilayah. Beberapa studi mengungkapkan bahwa kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan bisnis logistik sangat rendah. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari data World Bank (2022), Indonesia hanya mendapatkan nilai sebesar 2,90. Rendahnya kualitas pelayanan menyebabkan kinerja bisnis logistik menurun, sehingga perlunya analisis strategi bisnis untuk membantu perusahaan mengevaluasi kegiatan operasional bisnis apakah sudah berjalan optimal dan efisien sesuai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Business Model Canvas sebagai alat analisis, selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan analisis strategi bisnis untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian terhadap PT X menunjukan bahwa PT X menerima ancaman dari kompetitor, dan kegiatan operasional perusahaan yang berjalan secara tidak optimal dan efisien. Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dengan memperkuat kinerja dan meningkatkan pelayanan melalui inovasi sumber daya yang berkelanjutan. Perusahaan perlu melakukan analisis strategi bisnis secara rutin untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan melalui peningkatan kinerja dan keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Kampus Merdeka is a work practice or internship program organized by the Minister of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) in early 2020, aiming to be a media that can improve student skills. This article discusses how work practice or internship-based learning methods can be used on business education-based campuses. This research uses phenomenological and autoethnography methods by analyzing students' experiences during their internships. This research shows that : (1) The internship program motivates students to become entrepreneurs. (2) The internship program develops students' communication skills through direct interaction with the workforce. (3) The internship program builds students' confidence to collaborate with company partners. (4) The internship program encourages students to be creative in their work. (5) The internship program helps them determine the field of work they want to pursue after graduating. (6) The internship program is an option that has a positive impact.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the tourism industry in Indonesia has prompted the government to actively engage in efforts to develop the tourism sector to stimulate economic growth. One of the developments in the industry is the construction of the Southern Cross Road in several cities or districts. For example, Blitar Regency is renowned for its beautiful beaches, one of which is Pasir Putih Beach. This study measures the relationship between visitor satisfaction and future Behavior or recommendations to other tourists regarding destination image. Data for this study were obtained through questionnaires to individuals who have visited Pasir Putih Beach in Blitar Regency, with 200 questionnaires distributed. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that visitor satisfaction has a positive impact on destination image. Moreover, visitor satisfaction positively influences future Behavior in recommending Pasir Putih Beach to other tourists. Additionally, future Behavior positively impacts destination image and contributes to the economic benefits of individuals directly involved in tourism activities. Thus, an increase in tourist arrivals not only increases local revenue through tourism levies and taxes, but also creates business opportunities for local communities, creating a positive multiplier effect in the local economy around tourism destinations.
