Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supply chain model and supply chain performance kelanting agroindustry in Pesawaran District and Pringsewu District. This research was conducted at Agroindustry Kelanting Darwiyanto in Karang Anyar Village, Gedong Tataan Subdistrict, Pesawaran District and Agroindustry Kelanting Robbani in Mataram Village, Gading Rejo Subdistrict, Pringsewu District.  Data collection was conducted on November-December 2019.  The supply chain model used analysis descriptive method.  Supply chain performance in the kelanting agroindustry is measured using indicators used in measuring the performance of cassava into kelanting based on the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference).  Supply chain performance measurements were made by comparing indicators FoodSCOR Card indicators, which consist, input indicators and output indicators.  The results showed the flow pattern of supply chain started from farmers and collectors as the main suppliers of raw materials, agroindustry, kelanting wholesalers, kelanting retailer and consumers.  Supply chain performance showed that input indicators were good and output indicators were deficient based on FoodSCOR Card comparison indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer preferences for purchasing organic products in Bandar Lampung City. With increasing awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and environmental sustainability, organic products are increasingly popular among consumers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from consumers who purchase organic products in various markets and shops in Bandar Lampung City from November to December 2024. The variables analyzed include factors that influence purchasing decisions, namely age, education level, gender, frequency and location of purchase, and sources of information about organic products. The results show that consumers of organic products are aged between 18-56 years, with the majority being female and from those with higher education (bachelor and postgraduate). Consumers prefer organic products because of health considerations and better quality compared to conventional products. However, higher prices and product availability are inhibiting factors in purchasing organic products. This study provides important insights for organic product producers and marketers in designing more effective marketing strategies, as well as contributing to the development of the organic product market in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh level ekstrak daun kecombrang (Etlingera elatior) terhadap total bakteri, pH dan keempukan pada daging sapi sebagai bahan pengawet alami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan ulangan sebanyak 4 kali. Perlakuan terdiri dari 6 macam perlakuan yaitu T0 = Daging sapi dengan perendaman aquades, T1 = Perendaman ekstrak daun kecombrang dengan level 1,5%, T2 = Perendaman ekstrak daun kecombrang dengan level 3%, T3 = Perendaman ekstrak daun kecombrang dengan level 4,5%, T4 = Perendaman ekstrak daun kecombrang dengan level 6% dan T5 = Perendaman ekstrak daun kecombrang dengan level 7,5%. Perendaman dilakukan selama 30 menit. Peubah yang diukur adalah total bakteri, pH dan keempukan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis variansi dilanjutkan dengan uji orthogonal polynomial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa level ekstrak daun kecombrang berpengaruh sangat nyata (P< 0,01) terhadap total bakteri dan pH. Hasil uji lanjut orthogonal polynomial hubungan level perendaman ektrak daun kecombrang terhadap total bakteri digambarkan secara cubic dengan persamaan garis y = 8,862 – 0,388x + 0,077x2 – 0,009x3 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) = 55,7%. Hasil yang diperoleh dari total bakteri yaitu tertinggi pada T0 total bakteri sebesar 8,94±0,70 log cfu/gr dan terendah pada T5 sebesar 6,52±0,31 log cfu/gr. Hasil uji lanjut orthogonal polynomial hubungan level perendaman ektrak daun kecombrang terhadap pH digambarkan secara linier dengan persamaan garis y = 5,10 + 0,019x dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) = 53,9%. Hasil pH terendah pada T1 sebesar 5,10 ± 0,03 dan tertinggi pada T5 sebesar 5,20 ± 0,02. Pada keempukan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P> 0,05) dengan rataan kisaran 0,02-0,03 mm/gr/dt. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi level ekstrak daun kecombrang, maka semakin dapat menurunkan total bakteri dan meningkatkan pH daging sapi.
