Abstract

In accordance with the formulation of the problem, this study aims to find out: PAI teachers 'strategies in implementing the hidden curriculum to increase the learning activity of students, Implementation of the hidden curriculum carried out by teachers to increase students' learning activeness, Barriers faced by teachers in implementing hidden curricula and solutions against the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the hidden curriculum.The research method used is seen from the type of research is qualitative research, and in the data collection process, the authors use the method of observation, interviews and documentation. As for the analysis, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive analysis, which is in the form of written or oral data from the person or actor being observed so that in this case the writer conducts research that describes the actual situation as a whole. The results of the research conducted indicated that, among others: There was a strategy of Islamic Education teachers in implementing the hidden curriculum to increase the learning activity of students. The implementation of the hidden curriculum carried out by the teacher to increase the learning activeness of students is so diverse. There are obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the hidden curriculumas well, the lack of teacher understanding in the use of IT in the learning process, the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the learning process, the presence of students a little late in the learning process. There are various solutions to the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the hidden curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Transaksi Online Shopping, Kepercayaan Dan Risiko Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada E-commerce Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi menggunakan metode survei kuesioner, data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 52 responden, penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.  Metode analisis regresi yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada e-commerce pada mahasiswa/i STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi. Secara simultan transaksi online shopping, kepercayaan dan risiko secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada e-commerce pada mahasiswa/i STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

Medium Indonesian face disaster non-nature national Covid-19 so that service maternal and neonatal health to be wrong one affected services impact good in a manner access nor quality. order mother and baby permanent could always get care continuous During period pandemic, then as power health especially midwife could conducted care sustainable midwifery (Continuity of care) on Mother and family. On period pandemic this power health must more innovative in carry out care to family , however permanent must notice protocol health related Covid-19 in give care on mother especially newborns (BBL) and ba lita. The goal to be achieved in activity this is for ensure that Mother accept all his upbringing from one midwife or team in practice, also for know the definition, benefits, implementation and for increase tkan number level more health good on newborns (BBL) to toddlers, healthy physical and grow as well as develop normally in the era pandemic C ovid-19. The method used with do surveys and interview for data collection, data analysis, data presentation , formulating discussion and next given communication, information and education (KIE) conducted with 2 method , that is online with use including applications SMS, zoom, WA and application other . And the direct way is to hold counseling by complying with health protocols.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and Workload on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation among administrative staff at private higher education institutions in Tebing Tinggi City. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, which seeks to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study consists of 38 administrative staff members, with a total sampling technique used: 24 from STIE Bina Karya and 14 from STAI Tebing Tinggi Deli. The data analysis technique applied is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The analysis process includes the evaluation of the outer model to assess instrument validity and reliability, and the inner model to examine the relationships among latent variables, supported by t-tests and R². The findings reveal that Work-Life Balance and Workload significantly influence Work Motivation. Additionally, Workload has a direct positive effect on Job Satisfaction, while Work-Life Balance does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Moreover, Work Motivation does not significantly affect Job Satisfaction, nor does it mediate the relationship between either Work-Life Balance or Workload and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Leadership Style, Workload and Facilities affect Employee Performance at CV. Istana Mobil Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of CV. Istana Mobil Tebing Tinggi City totaling 35 people with details of 15 employees in the car wash section and 20 employees in the service section. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS (Statistical Packpage for the Social Sciences). The conclusion of the study shows that Leadership Style affects Employee Performance at CV. Istana Mobil Tebing Tinggi City, Workload does not affect Employee Performance at CV. Istana Mobil Tebing Tinggi City, Facilities affect Employee Performance at CV. Istana Mobil Tebing Tinggi City, Leadership Style, Workload and Facilities have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at CV. Istana Mobil Tebing Tinggi City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Bonia bags at the Lili Bonia shop, Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to Bonia Bag consumers at the Lili Bonia Shop, Tebing Tinggi City . The analytical method used in this research is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis tests, namely T test and F test. The results of SPSS in this research are that brand image influences purchasing decisions, lifestyle has no effect on purchasing decisions, brand image and lifestyle simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work shifts , organizational culture and workload on the performance of nurses at Bhayangkara Tebing Tinggi Hospital. The sample in this study was nurses at Bhayangkara Tebing Tinggi Hospital. The sampling technique used was the Non Probability Sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaling 54 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and statistical test using the SPSS version 25 application. Based on the results of the study and discussion in this study, it is known that the variables of work shifts , organizational culture and workload have an effect on the nurse performance variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and facilities on community satisfaction at the Tebing Tinggi City Library. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00, which was collected from the results of interviews with visitors to the Tebing Tinggi City Library as many as 98 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing namely T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this research are that the service quality variable influences community satisfaction, facilities influence community satisfaction, service quality and facilities simultaneously influence community satisfaction.
