The first purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the entrepreneurial spirit of individual, psychological and contextual characteristics. The second goal is to verify the attitude and contextual factors that influence students to form an entrepreneurial spirit. The third research objective is to ascertain what STPKat Semarang students own entrepreneurial characteristics are. The research method used is a descriptive method that describes the current phenomena in STPKat St. Fransiskus Assisi, using a quantitative approach and Likert Analysis Method. Some discoveries in this study are 62% of the factors that form the entrepreneurial spirit come from the demographic characteristics of age and status; 72% come from the traits possessed by a person; 82% come from contextual factors in the form of entrepreneurial training and a strong intention to become a Catholic teacher with business(-es) as second income. Attitude and contextual factors influence self-concept by 73%; in terms of interest in entrepreneurship by 88%. Entrepreneurial traits are shown in self-confidence by 82%; increasing results by 83%; taking risks by 75%; leadership by 83%; 77% originality and 79% future-oriented. Self-confidence, focus-on-results and leadership are entrepreneurial traits found in most of STPKat Santo Fransiskus Asisi Semarang students.

This research explored the issue of Internship Study. There were seven participants in this research. Internship Study in the Undergraduate Catholic Education and Teaching program is one of the efforts that provides opportunities for students to strengthen and mature their potential as prospective professional religious teachers. Internship Study is one of the compulsory courses to complete and apply the knowledge already possessed to be applied in the school environment. With this Internship Study, students get real experience that can be used as a basis for self-development to prepare as prospective Catholic Teacher who are aware of their duties and responsibilities as academic staff in the world of education. The first purpose of this study was to find out the process of students becoming responsible or irresponsible in online Internship Study teaching activities. The second objective was to determine the factors that determined the success or failure of online Internship Study teaching activities produced by STPKat Semarang students. The research method was a qualitative case study method. The researcher acted as a living witness of the responsible behavior pattern of the research subject. The research revealed four things. Firstly, maturity was the main factor in defining online PPL responsibilities. Secondly, spirituality of faith was an important factor in online PPL responsibilities. Thirdly, commitment to actively participate in online PPL both from the teacher and students was an important factor in the success of PPL responsibilities. Fourthly, interaction Ecological aspects both from the micro-meso-exo-macrosystem were important factors in the success of online Internship Study.

The Indonesian government continues to struggle to overcome poverty, for example by distributing direct cash assistance to underprivileged families. These efforts are clearly not ideal. One of the initiatives that the government needs to continue to develop is to empower the small and medium enterprises (SMEs). One of the better examples of those empowerments is the revitalization of Kampung Batik Semarang. The goal of this research is to analyze the revitalization of Kampung Batik Semarang as an innovative, fruitful, and everlasting entrepreneurial process. The other goal is to provide a concrete and excellent case of entrepreneurial process for the students of STPKat Santo Fransiskus Semarang. The findings of the research: Kampung Batik Semarang is a model of a successful entrepreneurial process. The revitalizations of culture and industry are evident. New and everlasting working places were created. Everlasting, in sense that there is process of inheriting some unique motifs of the Batik.

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of social capital on the interest in entrepreneurship with self-efficacy in STPKat students. This study aims to analyze the effect of student social capital on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy. In order to answer this problem, Bourdie's theory of social capital and Bandura's theory of self-affication are used. This research method is quantitative, with a focus on analyzing the influence of student social capital on the interest in entrepreneurship with self-efficacy. The analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, looking for the effect of social capital variable (X) on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy (Y). The results obtained are social capital has a positive influence coefficient, 0.355 the higher the social capital of a student, the higher the self-efficacy, or an increase of 35.5%. Social capital has a significance t of 0.540, which means this significance is > 0.05, so social capital has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy in STPKat Semarang students. Test the coefficient of determination on the adjusted R Square value. the contribution of social capital (independent variable) 8.8% to self-efficacy, in the sense that 81.2% can be found in further research outside the social capital variable.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang teori Pendidikan humanistik, dan untuk menawarkan model pembelajaran untuk menuju humanistik persaudaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan datanya memakai pendekatan literature study, atau kajian Pustaka. Pengumpulan data melalui literature study adalah teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menalaah literatur, buku, beberapa catatan, beberapa laporan yang dijadikan sebagai sumber oleh penulis untuk mendapatkan data tentang penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian literatur study ini adalah bahawa humanistik persaudaraan memberikan wawasan baru bahwa Pendidikan agama Katolik tidak cukup hanya menyediakan pelayanan dalam bidang Pendidikan, tetapi Pendidikan tersebut harus mampu menghasilkan peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan personal, sosial dan moral. Pendidik dan peserta didik didesak untuk hidup, belajar dan melakukan segala tindakan untuk alasan humanistik persaudaraan. Sike Rabano adalah dzikir yang menggunakan alat musik rebana. Sike rabano pada awalnya berfungsi untuk mengajak masyarakat untuk berdzikir melalui hiburan untuk penyebaran agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ditinjau dari (1), Sejarah kemunculan kesenian ini. (2), perkembangan dan perubahan nilai yang terjadi di masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir. (3), dan Strategi dalam pelestarian kesenian tradisonal Sike Rabano di tengah perubahan sosial masyarakat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1), Sike rabano muncul diperkirakan pada awal abad ke-13 M. Kemunculan sike rabano dikaitkan dengan munculnya penyebaran agama islam di Kabupaten Kerinci. (2). Perkembangan dan perubahan dari kesenian sike rabano ini meliputi perubahan dalam pelaksanaan, perubahan pada syair dan perubahan pada segi nilai yang terjadi pada masyarakat. (3). Strategi untuk pelestarian sike rabano dengan solidaritas antar warga, kesadaran dan regenerasi pengajaran sike rabano secara turun temurun pada masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir.

Adanya kebijakan stay at home memaksa keluarga kristiani untuk melakukan kegiatan keagamaan dari rumah seperti beribadah di rumah, melakukan kegiatan rohani, memberikan ajaran agama katolik pada anak, mengajarkan moral dasar pada anak. Persoalan yang muncul sejauh mana tingkat kesadaran keluarga katolik menyadari perannya sebagai Ecclesia Domestica dalam memberikan pendidikan moral dan agama pada anak, bagaimana aktivitas keluarga katolik melaksanakan pendidikan moral dan agama pada anak di masa pandemi, dan hambatan bagi orangtua dalam menerapkan pendidikan agama dan moral di masa pandemi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Deskriptif, 15 KK Stasi St. Benedictus TSE. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode koesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi. Tingkat kesadaran keluarga katolik sebagai Ecclesia domestica memberikan pendidikan agama dan moral pada anak memperoleh angka 71%, aktivitas keluarga katolik dimasa pandemi memperoleh angka 70%, hambatan yang dihadapi orangtua dalam mendidik moral dan agama anak memperoleh angka 68%. Hasil menunjukan bahwa peran Ecclesia domestica yang dikatakan sebagai Gereja Rumah Tangga untuk mendidik moral dan agama anak sudah cukup baik. Hasil wawancara dari ketiga variabel menyatakan tingkat kesadaran keluarga katolik didukung dengan adanya keterbukaan terhadap anggota keluarga. Aktifitas yang dilakukan dalam selama masa pandemi dengan mengajarkan nilai moral dasar, dan melakukan kegiatan rohani. Beberapa hambatan yang dialami keluarga katolik tidak bisa membagi waktu dan faktor lingkungan.

The corona virus outbreak in almost all countries, this deadly infectious disease is a new problem for all mankind in the world. Christians normally perform the Sunday Eucharist in the church, now having to perform the Eucharist online at home. The issue that arises is how the Eucharist is performed online in the widojo ward of saint Joseph building, how the consciousness of the people in following the Eucharist online in the family, to what extent the Eucharist is online in the family's faith. The purpose of this study is to know the extent of the Eucharist's influence online in the lives of the family's faith, the extent of people's awareness in keeping with Eucharist celebrations online, and the positive effects of Eucharist celebrations online in the lives of the united faith. By using a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection using an angket, and an interview, results from the Eucharist ward in the widojo church of saint Joseph geddon associated with a streamline celebration of the Eucharist online, gives 73% of the human awareness of following Eucharist online, to what extent the Eucharist online in the faith results in 78%.

The problem in this study is that the low student learning outcomes are caused by several factors, one of which is the use of inappropriate methods, where the method used is still using conventional methods with the help of printed books, causing students' motivation to take part in religious education learning is low and students tend to be passive during teaching and learning process in the classroom. In addition to the learning method factor, the responsibility factor also affects learning outcomes where student learning responsibility also looks low. From the data obtained from the homeroom teacher of SD Kanisius Kurmosari Semarang, it was found that more than 50% or half of the number of students who did not reach the KKM, namely 80. This study aims to determine the differences in student responsibilities who are taught using the talking stick method and without using the talking stick method to fourth grade students at SD Kurmosari Semarang. And To find out the average learning outcomes in increasing the effectiveness of learning by using the talking stick method in fourth grade students at SD Kurmosari Semarang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using experimental research. The design used in this research is True Experimental Design. The results showed that there was a difference in the average responsibility of the experimental class students who used the talking stick method and the control class without the talking stick method, there was a positive influence of responsibility on learning outcomes and there were differences in the average learning outcomes of the experimental and control classes as well as amplified by the N-Gain test.

This research has the background of the human tendency to satisfy the needs of their lives to the highest level, but the level of satisfaction of each individual is different as evidenced by research on private employees in Kampung Batik Semarang. The purpose of this study is to find an overview of the views of employees about the concept of their life needs. The focus of this research is to describe Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs for employees. The method used is qualitative research. The finding is that most of the employees have been able to fulfill physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, and also esteem needs, but in terms of self-actualization needs, they have not been met, as evidenced by the results of interviews that 75% of them said that line needs this last one has not been fulfilled.
