Abstract

Hypno-birthing is a technique of autohypnosis (self-hypnosis), which is a natural effort to instill positive intentions/suggestions into the soul/subconscious mind to reduce anxiety levels during labor and delivery preparation. Hypnobirthing aims to enable mothers to give birth comfortably and relieve the pain of childbirth without the help of any anesthetic. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of hypnobirthing on the anxiety level of primigravida TM III mothers in facing delivery at the Kwanyar Health Center. The population of all trimester III primigravida mothers in facing labor was 54 respondents with a sample of 48 respondents, the research location was at the Kyanyar Health Center, Bangkalan. The design of this study used a statistical test with the type of pre-experimental research with a pre-test and post-test approach. The sample collection technique used simple random sampling. The results of the study obtained an asym sign of 0.000, which means less than 0.05, meaning that there is an effect of hypnobirthing on the anxiety level of third-trimester primigravida mothers. . In the Wilcoxon statistical test, there is an output value in the form of ties, namely the similarity of events before and after treatment. In this study, there were FIES values ​​of 48 respondents who experienced changes before and after hypnobirthing on the anxiety level of primigravida mothers in the third trimester. It is recommended that the respondent's family be motivated to know and obtain information about hypnobirthing on the mother's anxiety level. Primigravida TM III in facing labor.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that can cause complications in the form of diabetic wounds. Patients with diabetic wounds require intensive care and can cause anxiety. Family support plays an important role in reducing patient anxiety. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and anxiety in patients treating diabetes wounds at the Husada Jombang Clinic. This study used a cross-sectional design involving 100 patients treating diabetic wounds at the Husada Jombang Clinic. Data collection was carried out using a family support questionnaire and an anxiety questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between family support and anxiety in diabetic wound care patients (p<0.001, r=-0.657). The higher the family support, the lower the patient's anxiety level. Family support has an important role in reducing anxiety in diabetic wound care patients. Therefore, the role of the family in providing emotional, informational, instrumental and assessment support needs to be increased to help patients manage anxiety during diabetes wound care.

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a state of blood flow that consistently has high pressure on the arterial wall. The diagnosis of hypertension is made if the systolic blood pressure is above 140 mmHg and diastolic is above 90 mmHg on two measurements over a five-minute interval in a state of calm or rest. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of orange juice (citrus) on blood pressure in elderly people who have hypertension in the working area of the Tanggulangin Public Health Center. This type of research uses Pre-experiment with the design of one grub pre-posttest design. The population in this study were 33 elderly people in in the working area of the Tanggulangin Public Health Center. with a sample of a number of elderly people in in the working area of the Tanggulangin Public Health Center. totaling 30 people with sampling using the simple random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study was orange juice (citrus), blood pressure dependent variable. collection techniques used were observation and SOP. Processing using editing, coding, scoring and tabulating with the Wilcoxon test with α −25% (0.25) in p-value <α (0.25). The results showed that almost all respondents had high blood pressure of 30 people (100%), most of the respondents experienced a drop-in blood pressure after 21 people were given orange juice (70.0%). The results of the Wilcoxon test get a value of p = 0,000 < α = 0.05, because p < α, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The conclusion of this study, there is the effect of orange juice (citrus) on blood pressure in the elderly in in the working area of the Tanggulangin Public Health Center.

Abstract

Background: Efforts to improve the performance of health workers at the Husada Clinic, Jombang are significant and have become a demand because of various aspects related to efforts to improve health services. To achieve good performance, these efforts must be carried out in an integrated and multi-disciplinary manner and involve all related health workers. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to the performance of health workers at the Husada Clinic, Jombang. Methods: This study used a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, the sampling method uses a total sample with a total sample of 10 samples. The sample in this study is the health workers at the clinic. The analysis techniques used were Univariate analysis and Bivariate analysis. Results: The results of this study show that health workers who have D3 education as many as 70% of 10 respondents, 80% of training that is attended ≤ 1 time, 80% of facilities that are not available, 60% of motivation that is very lacking, and facilities are the most powerful factor affecting the performance of patients at Husada Clinic, Jombang. The results of the above study concluded that the performance of health workers can be influenced by educational, educational, facility, and motivational factors. Conclusion: For this reason, it is recommended to improve the performance of health workers by increasing knowledge and intelligence through support such as adequate facilities so that services are maximized and can provide satisfaction to the community.
