Abstract

A good teaching and learning process and the fulfillment of adequate facilities must be prepared from the beginning for the realization of a quality Indonesian society. The individual administration of good education of each institution will determine how well the quality of society. Psychological factors are one of the factors that influence the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotions on students' understanding of the biochemistry subjects at Sukawati Lawang Midwifery Academy. This type of research used a cross-sectional design. The population was taken from all students at Sukawati Lawang Midwifery Academy. Data obtained through questionnaires. Based on the results of the study using Spearman rank, it is known that the Emotion correlation coefficient on Student Understanding at Sukawati Lawang Midwifery Academy 0.364 is greater than r table which is equal to 0.356. This showed that students’ emotions had the closeness to students' understanding. While the significance value showed the number 0.044 <0.05. This meant that there is an Effect of Emotions on Student Understanding on Biochemical Courses at Sukawati Lawang Midwifery Academy. Keyword : Keywords : Emotion, Student Comprehention. ABSTRAK Proses belajar mengajar yang baik dan pemenuhan fasilitas yang memadai, harus disiapkan sejak awal demi terwujudnya masyarakat Indonesia yang berkualitas. Administrasi individu pendidikan yang baik masing-masing institusi akan menentukan seberapa baik kualitas masyarakat. Faktor psikologis merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu pengaruh emosi terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa pada mata kuliah biokimia di AKBID Sukawati Lawang. Jenis penelitian ini mengunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi diambil dari semua mahasiswa di AKBID Sukawati Lawang. Data diperoleh melalui angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan spearman rank diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi Emosi Terhadap Pemahaman Mahasiswa di Akbid Sukawati Lawang 0.364 yang lebih besar dari r tabel yaitu sebesar 0.356. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa emosional mahasiswa mempunyai keeratan terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa. Sedangkan nilai signifikansi menunjukkan angka 0,044< 0.05. Hal ini mempunyai arti bahwa ada Pengaruh Emosi Terhadap Pemahaman Mahasiswa Pada Mata Kuliah Biokimia di Akbid Sukawati Lawang. Kata kunci: Kata kunci: Emosi, Pemahaman Siswa.

Abstract

Hiperkolesterolemia yaitu kondisi dimana kadar kolesterol dalam darah meningkat di atas batas normal sehingga dapat meningkatkan risiko terkena penyakit jantung coroner, pankreatitis, diabetes mellitus, gangguan tiroid, penyakit hepar dan penyakit ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus buah naga merah dan edukasi terhadap kadar kolesterol terhadap Bidan dengan pre-hiperkolesterolemia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental dengan pre-post group design. Subyek adalah Bidan dengan pre-hiperkolesterolemia dengan kadar kolesterol 200- 240 mg/dl, dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kelompok control dan 3 kelompok lainnya diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda. Dosis yang diberikan 150 gr/hr.selama 14 hari. Pengukuran kadar kolesterol dilakukan dengan alat easy touch. Darah diambil sehari sebelum intervensi dan pada hari ke-15 setelah intervensi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk. Analisa statistic menggunakan One Way Anova dan Duncan. Rata-rata kadar kolesterol sebelum sebesar 228,80 mg/dl, sesudah 193 dan penurunan sebesar 35,8 mg/dl pada kelompok jus buah naga dan edukasi. kadar kolesterol sebelum sebesar 212 mg/dl, sesudah 199,4 dan penurunan sebesar 12,6 mg/dl pada kelompok jus buah naga merah. kadar kolesterol sebelum sebesar 213 mg/dl, sesudah 206,6 dan penurunan sebesar 6,4 mg/dl pada kelompok edukasi. kadar kolesterol sebelum sebesar 219,80 mg/dl, sesudah 214,6 penurunan sebesar 5,2 mg/dl pada kelompok control. Pada uji one way anova didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (p<0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak yang berarti ada perbedaan yang bermakna rata-rata kadar kolesterol antara tiap perlakuan. Ada pengaruh pemberian jus buah naga merah dan edukasi terhadap kadar kolesterol pada Bidan dengan pre-hiperkolesterolemia di Puskesmas Tanggulangin Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian terbanyak di seluruh dunia karena cukup berbahaya. World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan prevalensi hipertensi secara global sebesar 22% dari total penduduk dunia. Menurut Riskesdas tahun 2018, estimasi jumlah kasus hipertensi di Indonesia akibat hipertensi sebesar 63.309.620 orang sedangkan angka kematian di Indonesia akibat hipertensi sebesar 427.218 kematian. Pengendalian dengan non- farmakologi salah satunya dengan mengkonsumsi bahan makanan yang mengandung kalium contohnya semangka, tomat dan pepaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus buah (campuran semangka pepaya dan tomat pepaya) terhadap tekanan darah penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Control Group Design. Populasi adalah seluruh penderita hipertensi yang datanya didapat dari Puskesmas Tanggulangin mencakup klinik, posbindu, pustu masing-masing desa, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode random alokasi berjumlah 75 orang. Hasil pemberian intervensi jus buah terhadap penderita hipertensi mengalami perubahan penurunan tekanan darah. Kesimpulan gambaran tekanan darah pretest, posttest ke-1 dan posttest ke-2 mengalami perubahan pada masing-masing kelompok, ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi jus buah (semangka pepaya dan tomat pepaya) pada kelompok perlakuan dengan nilai p-value < 0,05, ada pengaruh terhadap tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi jus buah (semangka pepaya dan tomat pepaya) dengan nilai p-value < 0,05.

Abstract

The prevalence of anemia according to Riskesdas (2018), in pregnant women in Indonesia is 48.9%. Although the government has implemented an anemia control program for pregnant women by giving 90 Fe tablets to pregnant women during the pregnancy period with the aim of reducing the anemia rate of pregnant women, the incidence of anemia is still high. Seeing the high incidence of anemia in pregnant women, one alternative that can be done to meet iron needs is by consuming vegetables that contain iron. One of them is spinach, especially green spinach. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of green spinach juice on the increase in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the third trimester with anemia. This type of research used in this study is a pre-experimental design with the form of one group pretest-postest design. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the working area of the Puguk Health Center, North Seluma District, which amounted to 135 pregnant women in 2020 with the sampling technique in this study was a total sample of 26 people, the statistical test used was the Paired sample T-statistical test. test. The results of this study indicate that, before pregnant women were given the intervention of green spinach juice, it was known that the average HB of anemia pregnant women was 8.608. After the intervention of green spinach juice, it is known that the average HB level of pregnant women is 13,546. There is an effect of giving green spinach juice on the increase in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in trimester III with anemia. Suggestions are expected to the health center to increase participation in supporting pregnant women in carrying out treatment and how to prevent or treat anemia during pregnancy by increasing the mother's knowledge of how to treat and prevent anemia by utilizing plants and other alternatives that are cheap and easy to obtain.

Abstract

Blood thinning or hemodilution in pregnant women, there is an increase in blood plasma volume of 30%-40%, an increase in red blood cells 18%-30% and hemoglobin 19%. Physiologically hemodilution to help ease the work of the heart. Hemodilution occurs as early as 10 weeks' gestation and reaches its peak at 32-36 weeks' gestation. If the hemoglobin is before about 11%, hemodilution will result in physiological anemia and the hemoglobin will drop to 9.5-10%. This study aims to determine the effect of guava juice on changes in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the third trimester at Pratama Rahma Clinic. The research design used was Quasi Experiment using Pre Post Test control Group Design. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 pregnant women, namely 15 pregnant women in the control group and 15 pregnant women in the intervention group. Hemoglobin measurement tool using Easy Touch Blood Hemoglobin. Bivariate analysis in this study used paired t-test and independent t-test. The results showed that the combination of guava Fe was more effective in increasing the hemoglobin level of pregnant women, which was indicated by the p- value = 0.001 < (0.05). Pregnant women can use guava juice in combination with Fe tablets as an alternative choice in increasing hemoglobin levels during pregnancy.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a condition in which glucose levels exceed normal values because the body cannot use insulin produced effectively. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving red spinach pudding to blood sugar levels in elderly diabetes mellitus in the work area of Tanggulangin Public Health Center. This research method uses quasi experiment with the design of one group pre test post test design. The population in this study were elderly in the work area of Tanggulangin Public Health Center with 216 elderly people. Blood sugar level measurements were taken using the Easy Touch GCU tool. Samples were taken using Simple random sampling with a total sample of 19 people. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there were differences in blood sugar levels before and after administration of red spinach pudding (p = 0.001), with a decrease in mean blood sugar levels of 75.32 ± 42.22 mg / dl. The conclusion is that there is an effect of giving red spinach pudding to blood sugar levels in elderly diabetes mellitus in the work area of Tanggulangin Public Health Center

Abstract

Hypertension is still the biggest problem for health especially in elderly, because hypertension is more experienced by the elderly than with teenagers in which the function of elderly organs has decreased so as to cause hypertension. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of melon juice on the decrease of hypertension in the elderly study at posyandu elderly village kemiri. This research design was one group pre test post test design, populationis all elderly who have hypertension in village of Ketegan amounted to 87 elderly and sample amounted to 30 elderly by total sampling method. The are 2 variables that is the independent variabel melon juice and dependent variable is the decrease of hypertension in elderly. Date collection using soup and blood pressure observation sheets before an after juice. Date processing techniques using editing, coding, scoring, ang tabulating. As well as his stastistic test using the Wilcoxon test. The pressure research results blood before juice given almost halt of respondentshave systole blood pressure 160-169 mmHg a number of 5 respondents (39%) and almost all respondents diastole blood pressure 90-100 mmHg a number of 12 respondents (92%). Blood pressure after being given melon juice for 7 days most of the respondents had blood pressure systole 131-140 mmHg of 7 respondents (54%) and al most all respondents had blood pressure diastole 70-80 mmHgof 12 respondents (92%), the Wilxocon test shows that the significant value of p = 0,000 < α (0,005), therefore rejected and accepted. The conclucion is there is the the effect of melon juice on the decrease of hypertension in the elderly study at posyandu elderly village Ketegan.

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a state of blood flow that consistently has high pressure on the arterial wall. The diagnosis of hypertension is made if the systolic blood pressure is above 140 mmHg and diastolic is above 90 mmHg on two measurements over a five-minute interval in a state of calm or rest. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of orange juice (citrus) on blood pressure in elderly people who have hypertension in the working area of the Tanggulangin Public Health Center. This type of research uses Pre-experiment with the design of one grub pre-posttest design. The population in this study were 33 elderly people in in the working area of the Tanggulangin Public Health Center. with a sample of a number of elderly people in in the working area of the Tanggulangin Public Health Center. totaling 30 people with sampling using the simple random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study was orange juice (citrus), blood pressure dependent variable. collection techniques used were observation and SOP. Processing using editing, coding, scoring and tabulating with the Wilcoxon test with α −25% (0.25) in p-value <α (0.25). The results showed that almost all respondents had high blood pressure of 30 people (100%), most of the respondents experienced a drop-in blood pressure after 21 people were given orange juice (70.0%). The results of the Wilcoxon test get a value of p = 0,000 < α = 0.05, because p < α, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The conclusion of this study, there is the effect of orange juice (citrus) on blood pressure in the elderly in in the working area of the Tanggulangin Public Health Center.

Abstract

Advances in science and technology as well as socio-economic improvements affect people's health and life expectancy, resulting in an increase in the number of elderly people. This increase in the number of elderly people affects various lives. This service activity aims to improve the quality of life, knowledge and abilities of the elderly in their old age. The activity was carried out on Sunday, January 14 2024 at Perumda RT 02 Candi Mulyo, Jombang. The targets for implementing this community service activity are the elderly who live in Perumda RT 02 Candi Mulyo, Jombang. There were 30 participants who took part in this activity. Activities run safely and smoothly. Participants looked enthusiastic in participating in the activity. After the activity takes place, the community service activity implementer carries out a final evaluation of the activity. The results of the final evaluation showed that all participants understood how to improve their quality of life, knowledge and ability to carry out physical activity training in the form of elderly exercise.

Abstract

Luka perineum adalah luka pada bagian perineum karena adanya robekan pada jalan lahir. Senam kegel merupakan cara untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka perineum yaitu dengan cara Mempercepat pemulihan kondisi vagina setelah melahirkan. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk Mengetahui Efektifitas senam kegel terhadap lama penyembuhanluka perineum pada ibu post partum hari ke 1 sampai hari ke 7. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancanga Nonequivalent Control Group Design sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 30 ibu post partum primigravida. Sampel dikelompokkan menjadi dua, kelompok yang diberikan senam kegel dan yang tidak diberikan senam kegel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 30 responden, 15 responden yang diberikan senam kegel 9 responden penyembuhan luka perineum berlangsung cepat dan 15 responden yang tidak diberikan senam kegel 4 responden yang berlangsung cepat. berdasarkan hasil uji statistik wilcoxon didapatkan nilai signifikan 0.012 (p<0,05 ) yang artinya ada efektifitas senam kegel terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada Efektifitas Senam Kegel Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Perineum Pada Ibu Post Partum Hari ke 1 sampai hari ke 7. Diharapakan ibu post partum dapat melakukan senam kegel sehingga penyembuhan luka perineum berlangsung cepat
