Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on prosocial behavior of students in South Halmahera 9 High School. The sample in this study were students of South Halmahera 9 High School, totaling 171 people. Data collection techniques are done by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The three questionnaires distributed were the emotional intelligence questionnaire, spiritual intelligence, and prosocial behavior. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS windows version 22.0 program. Through regression analysis the results show that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant positive effect on students' prosocial behavior (R2 = 0.587, Fcount = 119, 340; at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the dynamics of student subjective well-being during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects in this study were students of the Ambon State Christian Religious Institute (IAKN) Pastoral Counseling Study Program. The data in the research were obtained through interviews. The interviews were conducted based on the theory of subjective well-being initiated by Diener, where subjective well-being has two main components, namely the cognitive component and the affective component. The results of the study show that students have subjective well-being which tends to be low. This is shown by the low ability of students to manage cognitive and emotional during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Personal financial management latterly can't be ignored as time previous, because influence achievement personal&rsquo;s welfare. This research is aimed to know spiritual's intelligence influence to personal financial management. The sample ofthis research was the psychology graduate students of Satya Wacana Christian University of Salatiga. Data were acquired by distributing the questioners. The result of the study showed that spiritual's intelligence having for positive but notsignificant to personal financial management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah penggerak Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, observasi, dan wawancara terhadap 47 guru dari lima sekolah penggerak. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan dengan motivasi kerja (r = 0,843; p < 0,01), sedangkan kepuasan kerja menunjukkan hubungan sedang namun signifikan (r = 0,498; p < 0,01). Analisis korelasi berganda menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (R = 0,706; p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum Merdeka. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan iklim organisasi dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Kata kunci: iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, guru, Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

Bullying is a social phenomenon that often occurs in the school environment. Most students have experienced bullying either as victims, perpetrators, or as people who witnessed the incident. This phenomenon needs to be addressed by related parties in prevention efforts. One activity that can be carried out is outreach to students at school about bullying prevention. This community service activity was carried out at SMP Negeri 7 Ambon. The aim of this activity is for participants to understand what bullying is, the types of bullying and the impact of bullying behavior. Participants are also invited not to carry out bullying in the school environment. The methods used in this activity are lectures, discussions and educational games using the Kahoot application. The team also conducted a survey regarding bullying at school using the Retrospective Bullying Questionnaire. Community service activities in the form of outreach about bullying prevention are running well and effectively. The final results of this activity show a positive response from students regarding efforts to prevent bullying in schools in creating child-friendly schools. Child-friendly schools can be created when school residents are not involved in bullying.

Abstract

Social problems in Indonesia can easily be found in various fields and places. Various problems experienced by the people require the church to be present as a government partner in providing solutions. Pastoral counseling services are one strategy that can be used to deal with various problems experienced by people in their daily lives. This training aims to improve counselors' understanding and skills regarding pastoral counseling services. The methods used in this training are lectures, discussions, simulations and role playing. This training took place at the GPM Bumei Sefluru Congregation involving participants consisting of pastors and congregation members who handle the field of pastoral counseling in the church. The results of this training can be seen in the increased understanding and skills of participants regarding pastoral counseling services.
