Abstract

Productivity is a term in the production activity as the ratio between output (output) to the input (input). According Herjanto, productivity is a measure that expresses how well resources are organized and utilized to achieve optimal results. Productivity can be used as a measure of success of an industry or SMEs in producing goods or services. So the higher the ratio, the higher the mean product. Productivity measures can vary, depending on the aspects of output or input that is used as an aggregate basis, for example: index of labor productivity, the productivity of the direct costs, the total cost productivity, energy productivity, the productivity of raw materials, and others. Labor is the population that is of working age. According to Law No. 13, 2003 Chapter I Article 1, paragraph 2 states that labor is any person who is able to do the work in order to produce goods and services to meet the needs of both themselves and for society. Broadly speaking, the population of a country divided into two groups, namely labor and not labor. Population classified labor if the resident has entered working age. The applicable limit of working age in Indonesia is 15 years old - 64 years. According to this definition, every person who is able to work as a so-called labor. There are many opinions regarding the age of the workforce is, there is mention in the top 17 there is a mention over 20 years, and some have mentioned above 7 years because street children are inclusive workforce. Wages are the price for which remuneration is given one person to another. Remuneration for labor in the production activity is basically a reward / remuneration from the producer to the labor of his achievement that has been donated in the production activities. From this definition shows that the existence of wages in an organization can not be ignored and becomes very important. Because a factor related to achieving the goals of the company. If the company pays are not in accordance with the performance of its employees then it can not be justified, both human and continuity of the company. Age of the workforce is a productive age for each individual. Productive age in which every individual has been able to provide services to other individuals. Age for employment at this company is between 20 to 40 years. Age is considered to be very productive for the workforce. This study uses multiple linear regression were used to determine whether there is a variable wages, hours of work, and age, affect the production of the labor force on the CV. Abstract

Getting customers and strengthening brand in the competition among companies become the basic needs for companies to find the most effective way in market. In the marketing world, almost every company that competes uses a number of media to communicate  its  product and brand through a variety of marketing communication programs.  Problem solving ability of the marketing communication  strategy  is essential for the company. Marketing communication  is  significantly important to achieve a successfulness of a company in the field of marketing through various programs which are aimed to establish a good relationship with the customers. These research shows that there is positive relationship between marketing communication mix  and  customer purchase decision. Abstract

This study is explanatory research, in accordance with purpose to describe the causal relationship among variables through hypothesis testing. This research aims to examine the effect of Promotion Mix on Customer Purchasing Decision at Online Store. The hypothesis analysis is about simultaneous effect, partial effect and dominant factor, were conducted in order to acknowledge the relationships among the independent variables (Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Public Relation and Direct Marketing) on Customer’s Purchasing Decision. The samples and population of this study were students of economic and business faculty of Brawijaya University as customer of online store. In this study, the data collection method by distributing 100 questitionaire. The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling and the research instruments were tested using the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The hypothesis testing used the F test and t test in Multiple Regression Analysis. The multiple regression analysis showed that simultaneously, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing, Personal Selling, and Public Relation had significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decision. Meanwhile, partial test shows that the variables of Advertising, Personal Selling, and Public Relation had significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decision. However, the variables of Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing had no significant effect on Customer’s Purchasing Decision. The dominant test shows that Advertise has dominant effect on customer’s purchasing decision. Abstract

Election Commission as of the general elections and as mandated by Act No.15 of 2011 to hold elections that are committed and guided by the principle ofindependent, honest, fair, orderly in organizing elections. In one instance theachievement of a work plan needs to be done, of course, supported the role of humanresources in it to be able to provide a service as well as good service in thecommunity. If the existing human resources are of good quality, the duties andfunctions in carrying out a performance can be resolved with good will, on thecontrary if the human resources that exist in it do not have the commitment and goodquality as its function to assist and serve the community it is ascertained objectivesand plans that are made can not be implemented properly. Government agencies needto do a management of its human resources to improve its performance. Each agencyorganization or company has always had the vision to be able to achieve this vision,the mission needed to be done as effectively as the agency's Office of RegionalElection Commission (Election Commission) Batu, Malang, East Java. To be able tocarry out an effective mission that is used to achieve a vision and therefore required aproductivity which is essential in any organization, whether in the public or privateorganization, organization. Employee productivity can be improved through a varietyof ways, including through the empowerment of human resources, where theempowerment of human resources is intended to provide an opportunity, capabilityand protection to employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsistensi pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Cabang Malang, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial dalam kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 43 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel penuh. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian ini adalah berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Uji asumsi klasik ini terdiri  dari beberapa pengujian yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokesdastisitas. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian dan pembahasan terhadap data yang ada, pengujian secara simultan memberikan kesimpulan bahwa dari kedua variabel yang terdiri dari variabel kesesuaian jurusan (X1) dan variabel jenjang pendidikan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Cabang Malang. Hasil analisis pengujian secara parsial diantara variabel bebas yaitu variabel kesesuaian jurusan dan variabel jenjang pendidikan hanya variabel kesesuaian jurusan yang berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari variabel kessuaian jurusan (X1) dan variabel jenjang pendidikan (X2) berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Cabang Malang.   Kata kunci  : Konsistensi Pendidikan, Kesesuaian Jurusan, Jenjang Pendidikan, Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden yang diambil dari karyawan Bank Daerah Lamongan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode  probability sampling dan yang digunakan adalah Random sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang berupa uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji f, uji t dan uji dominan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan yang terdiri dari variabel materi pelatihan (X1), pelatih (X2) dan metode pelatihan (X3) berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Daerah Lamongan. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan hasil bahwah hanya pelatih (X2) dan metode pelatihan (X3) yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Daerah Lamongan.Variabel metode pelatihan (X3) merupakan veriabel yang berpengaruh  dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Daerah Lamongan.Kata kunci: pelatihan, materi pelatihan, pelatih, metode pelatihan, produktivitas kerja.
