Abstract

Due to the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to practice social distancing. The use of digital communication is needed, therefore we can use digital communication in mosque youth activities, especially the Jamiek Mosque Youth Organization. With this digital communication technology, we can communicate indirectly or face to face with someone or many people with whom we will communicate. The purpose of this paper is to provide information and implementation in the use of digital communication. Based on this goal, utilizing social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Meet, and others to support the activities of mosque youth. The results show that digital communication can maximize mosque youth activities, facilitate long-distance communication, obtain remote information, reduce costs, and shorten time.

Abstract

Abstract: Acrylic Village in North Padang District is one of the thematic villages in Padang City which is located in KB RW Village. 12 Berok Gunung Pangilun, Gunung Pangilun Village, Padang City. This Acrylic Village is a knitted thematic village that produces handicrafts, such as knitted bags, flower vases, tissue boxes and others. Acrylic Village is still in the development stage. Currently, the Acrylic Village does not yet have a profile in the form of books and videos, so to find out about this Acrylic Village, the resource persons must repeat the history, handicrafts, and others. The writing team will create a profile for Acrylic Village to help introduce it to the wider community. The author uses the method of interview, observation and library research. In order to introduce this Acrylic Village, the author made a book and profile video to be used as a more effective information medium so as to provide information about Acrylic Village and make it a center for promoting creative economy products. Keywords: arcylic; thematic villages; profile  Abstrak: Kampung Akrilik di Kecamatan Padang Utara merupakan salah satu kampung tematik yang ada di Kota Padang yang berada di Kampung KB RW. 12 Berok Gunung Pangilun, Kelurahan Gunung Pangilun Kota Padang. Kampung Akrilik ini merupakan kampung tematik rajutan penghasil kerajinan tangan, seperti tas rajutan, vas bunga, kotak tisu dan lainnya. Kampung Akrilik masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Saat ini Kampung Akrilik belum mempunyai profil dalam bentuk buku dan video, sehingga untuk mengetahui tentang Kampung Akrilik ini narasumber harus mengulang menyampaikan sejarah, hasil kerajinan, dan lainnya. Tim penulis akan membuat profil untuk Kampung Akrilik supaya membantu memperkenalkan ke masyarakan luas. Penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, obervasi dan penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam rangka memperkenalkan Kampung Akrilik ini penulis membuat buku dan video profil  untuk dijadikan media informasi yang lebih efektif sehingga memberikan informasi tentang Kampung Akrilik dan menjadikan sentra promosi produk ekonomi kreatif. Kata Kunci: akrilik; kampung tematik; profil

Abstract

Progress in improving communication and information, as well as the increasingly rapid development of the banking world, requires a customer service system capable of providing satisfying services to customers. One of the problems that often arise in banking customer service systems is customer queuing services which cause customers to wait too long to get service. Information alone is not enough if it cannot be managed to be the best alternative, therefore a simulation system for scheduling bank customer queues is used. The design of the queue simulation model is expected to provide Mega Padang bank management information and better service to customers, so that every input, process and output that occurs during model development and simulation can be seen. Therefore, the simulation is carried out using the discrete event method. The customer service system of Bank Mega Padang which produces services explains the effect and behavior of the observed system, in this case it provides information about the average customer waiting time, the average customer waiting time and the length of time that tellers are unemployed for a certain period. time. The results of the system design process from time to time can increase teller unemployment by as many as 65 Bank Mega Padang customers. This study maximizes service time to customers based on the duration of service provided by the teller so that there are no unemployed or unserved terllers. The research that was achieved for the management of Bank Mega Padang was that management did not need a teller due to a lot of time. idle cashier

Abstract

Pengalaman pengguna (user experience) sangat penting dalam implementasi media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis Android untuk siswa SLB Negeri 1 Lengayang Pesisir Selatan Sumatera Barat. Karena siswa SLB memiliki kebutuhan dan keterampilan belajar yang berbeda dengan siswa pada umumnya, maka penting untuk memperhatikan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses dan menggunakan media pembelajaran tersebut. Kesederhanaan dan kemudahan penggunaan media pembelajaran harus mudah digunakan dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa SLB.Aplikasi yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dengan menampilkan gambar, suara serta video yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara secara langsung. Penerapan media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis Android untuk siswa SLB ini sukses besar. Hasilnya yaitu pengalaman pengguna yang positif yang dilaporkan oleh siswa dan guru menunjukkan pentingnya membuat media pembelajaran yang dapat diakses, menarik, dan efektif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Android ini mampu meningkatkan ketertarikan untuk belajar pada siswa SLBN 1 Lengayang.

Abstract

In the internet media era, caused affects various sectors, including the economic sector. This can be seen from promotional activities, marketing, and financial transactions using the internet. The wide market that can be reached by promotional and sales activities using the internet, which is currently known as Digital Marketing, requires the MSME sector to be more creative and innovative in using internet media and designing promotional designs for their products, in this case visual designs in the form of photos. Photos product that are quite interesting and creative. Photos product or commercial photos are all images of a product that will be sold. To produce quality product photos you need a quality camera, both a professional camera and a smartphone camera. Currently, smartphones offer attractive features with quality hardware. The method that will be used in this PKM activity is the training and mentoring method. The training material includes digital marketing tutoring and photography exercise by smartphones. The form of assistance is producing good and quality product photos for use in online and offline promotions and marketing. With the implementation of this PKM, it is expected could assist to MSMEs improve their understanding of digital marketing comprehensively and able to produce quality product photos.
