Abstract

Garbage is a household product, which is produced every day. The household garbage becomes a big problem, if it can not be handled properly. Residents of RT 04 RW 09 Binawidya, Tampan district, city of Pekanbaru have experienced problems with waste such as unpleasant odors due to the accumulation of house yard waste before being disposed to a final disposal site. To reduce this problem, there are many solutions that can be done. One of them is to utilize organic waste from household, which is processed into Eco-Enzyme. The eco-enzymes made from household waste such as vegetable residues and fruit peels. It can produce environmentally friendly products such as floor cleaners, plant fertilizers, water purifiers and others. The eco-enzyme is very easy to make. The ingredients are used organic waste (vegetables and fruit peels), sugar and water in a ratio of 3:1:10. This paper explained the eco-enzyme production training that was given to housewives, aiming to use the waste produced by their households into useful products.

Abstract

Every day people always produce household waste. In an average day each resident produces 2-3 liters of waste. To reduce the amount of waste that is disposed of in the TPA, the community needs to carry out their own waste processing techniques. The most appropriate method of processing organic waste is to use the compost. Compost is an effort to process organic waste through a controlled decomposition process. The main product of composting is environmental cleanliness, because the amount of disposing organic waste in the landfill that can be reduced. Subsequence, it can be obtained the compost yield as another advantage. Composting with the Takakura method is very suitable for tropical areas and household scale.

Abstract

The Batching Plant establishment project of PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk is aimed to meet the needs of its own ready mix concrete to develop 2 km of Manado-Bitung Toll Road. The establishment of this batching plant was caused by the worry that demand for concrete need with a volume of 73,000 m³ was not fulfilled which has been planned for the period of 33 months (June 2016 to December 2018). This temporary project evaluation is needed for assessing the time of return on investment capital and the achievement evaluation using investment criteria. Investment evaluation used 3 (three) analytical techniques commonly used in Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA), namely Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Cost-Benefit Ratio (BCR). The investment evaluation results showed that the decision criteria with NPV of Rp. 3,721,209,360.08, where NPV> 0, IRR of 107.82%, gave the value of IRR > 4.92% and with BCR of 1.054, gave the value of BCR> 1. All calculation results showed the value of the criteria that the Batching Plant Project of PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk is eligible and makes a profit.

Abstract

Pembuatan sumur baru untuk perusahaan minyak membutuhkan berbagai macam alat-alat berat. Pekerjaannya menimbun dan memadatkan tanah. Tujuan penggunaan alat berat untuk mempercepat penyelesaian pekerjaan, menghemat tenaga kerja, bekerja lebih ekonomis, dan hasil kerja yang lebih optimal. Permasalahan pada proyek yang menjadi studi kasus adalah kontraktor tidak optimal menentukan jumlah alat berat dan biaya keseluruhan proyek. Karena itu perlu suatu studi perbandingan perhitungan kebutuhan alat-alat berat, antara perhitungan kontraktor dan perhitungan mengacu pada Permen PU No. 28/ 2016 tentang analisis harga satuan pekerjaan bidang Sumber Daya Air (SDA) Bagian 2. Hasil perhitungan kontraktor tidak efisien dibandingan dengan metode perhitungan SDA. Kontraktor menggunakan 2 unit excavator, 8 unit dump truck, 2 unit bulldozer, 2 unit compactor dan biaya operasi alat berat Rp 343.340.000,00. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode SDA menggunakan 1 unit excavator, 4 unit dump truck, 1 unit bulldozer, 1 unit compactor dan biaya alat berat sebesar Rp 307.676.863,00

Abstract

Penetapan tarif air minum PDAM Kampar diatur dalam Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kampar Nomor 19 tahun 2009, tentang Pelayanan Air Minum PDAM Tirta Kampar dan Peraturan Bupati Kampar Nomor 54 tahun 2014 tanggal 29 Desember 2014, tentang Tarif Air Minum PDAM Kampar. Namun, kesediaan membayar akan mencerminkan persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan dan pentingnya air bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, penetapan/ kenaikan tarif harus selalu disesuaikan dengan kualitas pelayanan yang nyata bagi konsumen. Analisis willingness to pay (WTP) bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesanggupan untuk membayar biaya pelayanan pengadaan air bersih (PDAM) untuk Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program Statitical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) untuk 100 sampel masyarakat pengguna layanan PDAM Tirta Kampar di Kecamatan Salo. Analisis data yang akan digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, pengujian asumsi klasik dan juga analisis reliabilitas. Hasil analisis survei menunjukkan porsi dominan masyarakat mau membayar Willingness to Pay berada dalam range Rp. 40.000 – Rp. 60.000 sebanyak 47 orang atau 47% dari jumlah rumah tangga yang diteliti. Faktor korelasi yang relatif kuat dalam mempengaruhi nilai kesediaan terletak pada Jumlah anggota keluarga dan pendapatan rata rata. Tarif air berdasarkan rata-rata kesediaan masyarakat bersedia membayar air (Willingness to Pay) sebesar 2.626,39/m3. Tarif air ini lebih rendah dari tarif PDAM pada saat itu yaitu sebesar Rp. 3.500,00/m3. Perbedaan tarif persepsi masyarakat dan PDAM diharapkan dapat memacu PDAM untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan agar persepsi masyarakat akan tarif yang diharapkan sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan PDAM.

Abstract

Pekanbaru City is a metropolitan city with a very dense traffic volume with a low level of discipline for road users. Violations of traffic signs often occur and a sense of care to comply with traffic regulations is still low, accidents often occur. As a result of undisciplined road users, it creates anxiety and worries about accidents. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct traffic safety education. Traffic counseling should be taught from an early age, where children are able to provide an understanding of good behavior in order to form a disciplined child character. The teaching method is adjusted to the age where the Shalsabila PAUD children are aged 2.5 - 5 years which is included in the category of Toddler and preschool age. The method used is made fun by telling stories, singing and playing. So they are very enthusiastic and happy. Most preschoolers begin to understand and can distinguish what can be done and what can't be done.

Abstract

Keamanan proyek dan keberlanjutan konstruksi merupakan dua aspek penting yang mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Keamanan proyek berperan dalam melindungi material, peralatan, dan tenaga kerja dari berbagai risiko yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran pekerjaan, sedangkan keberlanjutan konstruksi berfokus pada upaya meminimalkan dampak lingkungan serta meningkatkan manfaat sosial dan ekonomi selama siklus proyek. Seiring meningkatnya aktivitas pembangunan di Kota Pekanbaru, kontraktor dituntut untuk menerapkan kedua prinsip tersebut secara terpadu dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat penerapan prinsip keamanan dan keberlanjutan konstruksi pada kontraktor di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner skala Likert kepada 40 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa perhitungan skor rata-rata, persentase, dan kategori penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan prinsip keamanan konstruksi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,16 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik, sedangkan tingkat penerapan prinsip keberlanjutan konstruksi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,11 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel, dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,796 untuk variabel keamanan dan 0,979 untuk variabel keberlanjutan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontraktor di Kota Pekanbaru telah menerapkan prinsip keamanan dan keberlanjutan konstruksi dengan cukup baik, meskipun masih diperlukan peningkatan pada beberapa aspek untuk mendukung terwujudnya praktik konstruksi yang lebih aman, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Flooding remains one of the most common hydrometeorological disasters in Indonesia, primarily caused by reduced soil infiltration capacity, vegetation degradation, and low environmental awareness. Addressing this problem requires an integrative mitigation strategy that combines technical solutions with community-based education. This study presents a community service program aimed at improving students' environmental awareness and practical skills in flood prevention through tree planting and biopore infiltration holes at SMPN 25 Pekanbaru. The program adopted a participatory approach, including educational sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. The results showed a significant increase in student knowledge, with the average score increasing from 43.6% in the pre-test to 88.4% in the post-test, representing a relative increase of 105.6%. The highest increase was observed in understanding the concept of biopores, which increased by 148.6%. Furthermore, students demonstrated increased engagement and active participation in environmental conservation practices.The uniqueness of this study lies in the integration of a simple ecotechnological solution, a biopore infiltration system, with experiential learning at the junior high school level, providing both immediate educational outcomes and long-term environmental benefits. This approach not only increases infiltration capacity and reduces surface runoff but also supports sustainable organic waste management and ecological awareness. Therefore, the proposed model can serve as an effective and applicable strategy for flood mitigation education in school-based community programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi optimasi desain struktur sistem ganda pada gedung bertingkat melalui pemanfaatan analisis modal eigen sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan desain. Prinsip utama strategi optimasi ini adalah memastikan mode translasi arah Ux atau Uy pada Mode 1 dan Mode 2 memiliki partisipasi massa lebih dari 60%, sehingga respons dinamik struktur didominasi oleh gerakan translasi dan menghasilkan perilaku yang lebih stabil terhadap beban gempa. Metodologi penelitian meliputi identifikasi dan pemodelan struktur eksisting sebagai studi kasus, pengumpulan data desain, analisis respons struktur, serta evaluasi kinerja berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019, SNI 1727:2020, dan SNI 2847:2019. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyusunan model desain alternatif melalui redesain elemen struktural sesuai ketentuan optimasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak ETABS v21 dengan memanfaatkan fitur Auto Select dan iterasi otomatis untuk memperoleh penampang dan mutu material paling efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi optimasi mampu meningkatkan performa struktur sekaligus memberikan efisiensi konstruksi. Pada desain eksisting ditemukan partisipasi torsi yang cukup besar serta lima balok beton mengalami overstress akibat kombinasi beban seismik. Model alternatif menghasilkan penurunan signifikan partisipasi torsi pada mode translasi, dari 25,5% menjadi 0,47% pada Mode 1 dan dari 26,7% menjadi 0,5% pada Mode 2. Seluruh overstress pada elemen beton berhasil dieliminasi, kontrol simpangan antar tingkat tetap berada di bawah batas izin, dan persyaratan sistem ganda tetap terpenuhi. Selain itu, mutu beton dapat direduksi dari f’c 35 MPa menjadi f’c 30 MPa, serta berat struktur menurun dari 13.984.498,48 kg menjadi 9.921.432,47 kg
