Abstract

Motorcycles are said to be a means of land transfortation that is very popular with many people in the country but also in various parts of the world. In this era of advanced writers become writers on the rapid technology that is very rapid today, the author increasingly ideas for where in one program what is the application of motorcycle carburetor damage system de ngan forward chaining method or often called the application of expert applications into the quality of motorcycle service activities, especially in the workshop in a workshop. The author tried to modify an application that will be a lot of much loved sep eda motor to be able to easily get users more solutions from all solutions experienced by users. Applications that will design whether there is a carburetor motorcycle damage system by forward chaining and using basic visual tools as well as for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) with microsoft access input database.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penggunaan teknologi informasi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas layanan administrasi, termasuk layanan Asuransi Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) di PT Taspen. Berdasarkan pengamatan di Kantor Cabang Jambi, proses klaim JKK masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan hambatan seperti keterlambatan verifikasi, pemeriksaan berulang terhadap berkas, dan komunikasi yang tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi antarmuka aplikasi klaim JKK menggunakan metode User-Centered Design. Metode ini digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa desain yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, tugas, dan karakteristik pengguna. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui Maze dan UEQ. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa pengguna memperoleh skor usability Maze sebesar 86 (kategori tinggi), sementara admin memperoleh skor 77 (kategori sedang). Dalam pengukuran UEQ, semua aspek pengguna dan administrator memperoleh skor rata-rata positif, dengan skor tertinggi pada aspek Perspicuity, Novelty, dan Efficiency. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa desain antarmuka aplikasi klaim JKK memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik, mudah dipahami, efisien, dan mendukung penyelesaian tugas pengguna dengan lancar. Dengan demikian, penerapan UCD telah terbukti efektif dalam menghasilkan desain UI/UX yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.Kata kunci : UI/UX; User Centered Design; Taspen; Abstract - The use of information technology is essential in improving the effectiveness and quality of administrative services, including Work Accident Insurance (JKK) services at PT Taspen. Based on observations at the Jambi KC, the JKK claims process is still carried out manually, resulting in obstacles such as delays in verification, repeated file checks, and inefficient communication. This study aims to design and evaluate the JKK claim application interface using the User-Centered Design method. This method is used to ensure that the resulting design is in line with user needs, tasks, and characteristics. The evaluation was conducted through Maze and the UEQ. The test results showed that users obtained a Maze Usability Score of 86 (high category), while administrators obtained a score of 77 (medium category). In the UEQ measurement, all aspects of users and administrators obtained positive mean scores, with the highest scores in the aspects of Perspicuity, Novelty, and Efficiency. These results indicate that the JKK claim application interface design provides a good user experience that is easy to understand, efficient, and supports the smooth completion of user tasks. Thus, the application of UCD has proven effective in producing UI/UX designs that are more suited to user needs.Keywords: UI/UX; User Centered Design; Taspen;
