Abstract

Senam yoga merupakan olahraga yang direkomendasikan untuk semua orang termasuk ibu hamil. Manfaat dalam mengikuti kelas yoga untuk ibu hamil dapat membantu tubuh untuk tetap kuat, sehat dan aktif selama kehamilan,kemudian meningkatkan konsentrasi dan ketenangan menjelang persalinan, membantu keseimbangan tubuh, mengurangi sakit pinggang, mempersiapkan area panggul, meningkatkan komunikasi dengan bayi, mempelajari teknik pernafasan yang baik, mengurangi keluhan – keluhan seperti susah tidur, mengurangi resiko depresi dan kelahiran prematur, meningkatkan sirkulasi darah. Peserta adalah ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hutabaginda sebanyak 38 orang. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pretest, penyuluhan, demonstrasi dan posttest yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan jadwal pelaksanaan kelas prenatal. Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test ada penambahan jumlah ibu hamil yang berpengetahuan baik dari 21 orang (55%) pada saat pre test menjadi 31 orang (82%) setelah post test. Ibu yang berpengetahuan kurang dari 4 orang (11%) pada saat pre test, tidak ditemui lagi pada saat post test. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan tanya jawab berlangsung sangat antusias dan ibu juga bersemangat melakukan senam yoga

Abstract

Psychological changes in pregnant women include experiencing anxiety which can increase stress and severe stress during childbirth and can cause abnormalities. Childbirth history that is not good can affect the health of the mother and fetus. This situation can cause the muscles in the body to become stiff, especially the perineal muscles to become stiff and hard, making it difficult to adapt to the development and delivery process, unbalanced emotions and even increased and difficult to control. Hypnobirthing is a way that pregnant women do by doing relaxation because it can increase the hormone endorphins that can relieve pain in the body. This study aims to analyze the effect of Hypnobirthing on the anxiety of pregnant women before and after treatment and prove whether there is an impact of hypnobirthing to reduce maternal anxiety. pregnant in the working area of ​​the Siatas Barita Health Center. This type of research uses treatment before giving a pre-test to the group. Then the researchers did a hypnobirthing simulation. Next, a post-test was carried out. The population is mothers with gestational age above 12 weeks. Methods Bivariate analysis uses the Wilcoxon test calculation and then the results are described. Based on the calculation results indicate that there is a relevant impact of hypnobirthing on reducing anxiety in respondents (p = 0.016). Before receiving Hypnobirthing treatment, the anxiety level of pregnant women was higher than those who had received treatment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Wanita hamil akan memiliki pikiran yang mengganggu sebagai reaksi kecemasan terhadap cerita yang diperolehnya seperti takut perdarahan, bayi cacat, terjadi komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan dan sakit saat melahirkan hingga kematian, serta kekhawatiran tidak bisa merawat dan membesarkan anak dengan baik. Self hypnosis merupakan relaksasi untuk mengurangi stress, meningkatkan perasaan tenang, damai dan penenang untuk situasi sulit dalam kehidupan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Pendidikan Kesehatan self hypnosis terhadap penurunan kecemasan ibu hamil di wilayah kerja puskesmas sitada-tada. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Action research tipe pra experimental one-group pre-post test design, yaitu dengan cara suatu kelompok sebelum diberi perlakuan diberi pra test dan setelah perlakuan pasca test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sitada-tada Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara yang hadir pada saat pelaksanaan kelas Ibu hamil yaitu 2 Puskesmas Pembantu dan 10 Poskesdes bulan April sampai Agustus tahun 2021. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah secara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan self hipnosis pada ibu hamil (p=0,003<0,005). Artinya pendidkan kesehatan self hypnosis efektif terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Sitada-tada. Untuk mengatasi ataupun mengurangi tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil perlu adanya informasi berupa penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan terutama tentang persalinan sehingga ibu lebih siap dalam menghadapi masa persalinan.

Abstract

Every pregnancy carries risks for the mother. Early detection of danger signs and symptoms during pregnancy is the best effort to prevent serious disruption to pregnancy or the safety of pregnant women. During this Covid-19 pandemic, to get health services, you must maintain health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining a minimum distance of 1 meter. The survey results found K1 in 2020 as many as 258 people (74.1%) and K4 as many as 198 people (57%). There are 24 pregnant women with high risk with causes including Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK), grande multi gravida, pregnancy interval of less than 1 year, age at risk, hepatitis, HIV and Post SC. This study aims to see the effectiveness of providing health education about the danger signs of pregnancy on Antenatal Care Compliance during the Covid-19 Period. This type of research is an action research type of pre-experimental one-group pre-post test design, by means of a group before being given a pre-test and after a post-test. The population and sample were all pregnant women in the working area of ??the Siatas Barita Health Center who were present at the time of the implementation of the pregnant women class totaling 41 people. Test the validity of the instrument using the Corrected Item-Total Correlation of each question item. Reliability test using Croanbach's Alpha value. Methods Data analysis is the univariate method to get an overview of the frequency distribution of respondents from each variable. Bivariate analysis was carried out to test whether there was an effect of each independent variable with the dependent variable using Wilcoxon test statistics and the results were narrated. Based on the results of the questionnaire from 41 respondents, a pre-test was carried out as much as 29.3% had less knowledge and 70.7% had good knowledge. After the post test, there was an increase in knowledge of pregnant women even though there were still some who were lacking, namely 14.6% and 85.4% had good knowledge. In the table of results for the normality test, it shows that the value of sig. Pre test > 0.05, namely p = 0.062 and the value of sig. Post test > 0.05, namely p = 0.071, so it can be concluded that the results of the normality test of the pre-test and post-test of the research sample are normally distributed and can be continued with a different test using paired t-test with pre-test results of 21.00 ± 5.394 and posttest 23 ,05 ± 4,593. This means that there is an increase in respondents' knowledge about health education about pregnancy danger signs. Furthermore, based on the significance value (p-value) of 0.009 (<0.05). Based on the results of statistical tests, the treatment of health education about the danger signs of pregnancy has a significant influence on the knowledge of pregnant women about antenatal care compliance in pregnant women during the covid-19 period.
