Abstract

This study investigates the impact of self-leaderships within teachers in the Islamic schools in Indonesia towards teacher innovation and evaluates the impact of mediation from knowledge sharing to this relationship. 95 teachers in the Islamic schools participate in this research. The result of research claimed that self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing and teacher innovation. Likewise, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation. Therefore, the result of the research showed that knowledge sharing has a partial mediation impact on the relationship between self-leadership and teacher innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee, Leverage (DER) and Profitability (ROA) on the Integrity of Financial Statements. This research is included in associative research (relationship). The population in this study were all property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 – 2017. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 9 companies was obtained with a total population of 48 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that managerial ownership, audit committee and leverage (DER) had no effect on the integrity of financial statements, while profitability (ROA) had an effect on the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Communication and HR Supervision on Work Productivity at T. XYZ. The sample of this research is 60 respondents of employees of T. XYZ with a population of 150. The method used is a quantitative method. Primary data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the company. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 22. The results showed that partially the Organizational Communication variable (X1) did not have a positive effect on Work Productivity (Y). This is indicated by tcount > ttable which is 3,501 > 2,2521, HR Supervision (X2) has a positive effect on Work Productivity (Y). This is indicated by tcount > ttable which is 6.428 > 2,2521 and the regression significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. And simultaneously the variables of Organizational Communication (X1) and HR Supervision (X2) have a positive effect on Work Productivity (Y), namely Fcount > Ftable of 103.262 > 3,15. With multiple regression equation value Y = 2.543+ 0.323X1 + 0.622X2 + e with a coefficient of determination of 39.90%, the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Organizational Communication, HR Supervision, Work Productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Wahana Prima Trada Tangerang.Penelitian ini mengambil populasi yakni karyawan/i PT Wahana Prima Trada sebanyak 50 orang,sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif di kualitatifkan, yaitu menganalisa dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik antara lain analisa regresi, korelasi, koefisien determinasi (KD), dan pengujian hipotesis (t) dan skala likert. Tehnik pengambilan sampel ini adalah dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner dalam mengukur Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Wahana Prima Trada Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistika yang dilakukan kepada 50 orang responden Karyawan pada PT Wahana Prima Trada Tangerang, Maka perhitungan koefisien determinasi variabel  independen (Komunikasi)  mempengaruhi  variabel  dependen  (Kinerja  Karyawan)  sebesar 95,2%, variabel  independen (Lingkungan kerja)  mempengaruhi  variabel  dependen  (Kinerja  Karyawan)  sebesar 96,8% variabel  independen Komunikasi dan Lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi  variabel  dependen  secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja  Karyawan  96,8 % Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Wahana Prima Trada Tangerang, berdasarkan pengujian yang penulis lakukan melalui pengujian t hitung , diperoleh hasil X1 30,719  > 2,0117, X2 38,298  > 2,0117, dan Uji F sebesar 718,504 > 3,20 dengan demikian dari hasil penelitian ini hipotesis penelitian ini diterima.  Kata kunci :Komunikasi, Lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan
