Abstract

One of the method used to improve of process to give the solution to increase process standart in internal manufacturing purpose to minimize defect or non conforming and reduce waste so the trend of failure product reduced in period is six sigma method. Through of application cycles of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) in six sigm, so one of problem can to clear define the root causes and can to improve with structural. This riset in PT Clariant Indonesia Tangerang Site, in Waste Water Treatment analysis costing needed to operasional water treatment in one year. Where there are several cost aloction not yet effective and efficient so occur waste of operational costing Waste Water Treatment in 2015. Result of the riset is success to defined several root causes and defined several solution to tackle problem waste of cost operational in Waste Water Treatment. In the end of riset success to reduce operational cost Waste Water Treatment till 360 mio IDR in 6 months Control phase. Abstract

Kualitas merupakan keseluruhan karakteristik dan keistimewaan dari suatu produk atau jasa yang dihasilkan dari kemampuan produk atau jasa untuk memuaskan sebagian atau secara keseluruhan kebutuhan dari konsumen. PT. Asri Pancawarna adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, khususnya Granite Tile. Namun masih terjadi beberapa masalah dalam proses produksinya, seperti tingginya defect pada salah satu produk yang di produksi PT. Asri Pancawarna yaitu produk Perth PX. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pengendalian kualitas menurunkan jumlah produk cacat. Terdapat lima jenis cacat/deffect yang ada di departemen Quality Assurance yaitu, jenis cacat Cekung, chipping, Lainasi, Belang dan Cembung. Jenis cacat yang paling dominan adalah jenis cekung dengan persentase yang cukup besar yaitu mencapai 45,35% untuk produk Pert PX. Penyebab utamanya adalah karena material powder yang masih ada kadar air, udara yang masih terperangkap dalam keramik, proses pembakaran yang tidak merata serta suhunya terlalu tinggi dan proses pendinginan yang tidak berlangsung lama sehingga pada proses polesing permukaan keramik menjadi turun/cekung. Solusi yang bisa diterapkan untuk menanggulangi faktor manusia diantaranya dengan melakukan pelatihan yang teratur secara berkala, memilih operator yang masih muda dengan tingkat ketelitian yang masih baik. Serta lingkungan atau ruangan yang mendukung seperti, pencahayaan dan temperature ruang yang baik serta mengurangi tingkat kebisingan. Kata kunci: Fish Bone, Pareto, Produk perth PX, kualitas.

Abstract

The building materials retail industry involves various operational activities that require employees to perform tasks with different levels of complexity. Employee performance evaluation is often conducted manually, which may lead to subjective assessments and difficulties in continuous performance monitoring. Therefore, a system that supports objective and structured task evaluation is required. This study aims to design and develop an E-Task Evaluation system by implementing the Rating Scale method in the building materials retail industry. The Rating Scale method is applied to provide quantitative performance assessments based on predefined indicators. The research stages include system requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The results indicate that the developed E-Task Evaluation system is able to support employee performance evaluation in a more objective, efficient, and well-documented manner. In addition, the system facilitates management in monitoring employee performance and supporting managerial decision-making. Thus, the implementation of the Rating Scale method in an E-Task Evaluation system can be considered an effective solution to improve the quality of employee performance evaluation in the building materials retail industry. Keywords: E-Task Evaluation, Rating Scale Method, Employee Performance Evaluation, Building Materials Retail Industry, Information System
