Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dampak pandemi covid–19 terhadap manajemen dalam konteks academic capitalism di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian literatur atau studi kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pandemi covid 19 berdampak pada ketahanannya untuk survive di mana telah terjadi perubahan tatanan pembelajaran pada perguruan tinggi yang saat ini berbasis teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Di samping itu untuk menunjang ketahanannya, manajemen perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk mampu memaksimalkan kemitraan strategis dengan pemerintah dan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI). Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran dari analisis kesiapan perguruan tinggi di era pandemi covid–19 serta berbagai upaya yang dilakukannya dalam menjalin kemitraan strategis dengan stakeholder terkait. Dengan demikian hal ini dapat menjadi pembelajaran bagi perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan repositioning agar tetap survive dan mampu menjadi agent of change di masyarakat serta menghasilkan lulusan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on management in the context of academic capitalism in university. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with the method of literature review or literature study from various relevant sources. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on his resilience to survive where there has been a change in the learning structure of universities which are currently based on communication and information technology. In addition, to support its resilience, higher education management is required to be able to maximize strategic partnerships with the government and industry. This study provides an overview of the analysis of higher education readiness in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic and the various efforts it has made in establishing strategic partnerships with related stakeholders. Thus, this can be a lesson for higher education to carry out repositioning in order to survive and be able to become agents of change in society and produce graduates who are relevant to the needs of society.

Abstract

Humanisasi pendidikan adalah proses pendidikan yang ditujukan untuk pengembangan potensi-potensi peserta didik sebagai manusia seutuhnya, yang dilakukan secara manusiawi (memanusiakan rnanusia), sehingga peserta didik dapat berkembang baik menuju kearah kesempurnaan. Pandangan manusia dan proses humanisasi, banyak diuraikan dan diyakini selalu menjadi perhatian para pemikir dalam pelbagai bidang ilmu. Namun, meskipun ada banyak pendapat tentang humanisme, yang paling jelas, baik secara sadar ataupun tidak sadar, eksplisit maupun implisit, terarah pada keinginan yang besar untuk mengkultuskan manusia. Humanisasi pendidikan merupakan upaya untuk menyiapkan generasi yang cerdas nalar, cerdas emosional, dan cerdas spiritual, bukan menciptakan manusia yang kerdil, pasif, dan tidak mampu mengatasi persoalan yang dihadapi. Pendidikan meniscayakan untuk lebih membentuk manusia lebih manusiawi, dan tentunya dengan mengedepankan aspek-aspek kemanusiaan, karena peserta didik adalah manusia yang harus dimanusiakan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lingkungan sekolah dan manajemen kelas yang kurang kondusif serta kurangnya motivasi belajar pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Karang Tengah 10 pada siswa kelas tinggi, yaitu kelas IVa, Va, dan VIa. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi sederhana untuk mencari pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y dan uji regresi berganda untuk mencari pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap variabel Y dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 (5%) dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 28,4%. Terdapat pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 33,2%. Dan terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 37,4% Kata kunci: lingkungan sekolah, manajemen kelas, motivasi belajar

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limitations of learning media used by teachers in the learning process at MI Hamka Kalibeber. The research approach used in quantitative with a Pre-Experimental model in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The total population in this study was 20 students and all of them were used as samples. The results of this study indicate that the use of pop-up book media in learning can be effective, this is evidenced by the N-Gain test score of 0.664 and the caculation of the effect size test of 79.62. The use of pop-up media is proven to improve learning achievement, this is evidenced by an increase in the average pre-test of 50.00 and post-test of 83.25. Thus there is an increase of 33.25. This study’s results are expected to benefit teachers, students, and further researchers.

Abstract

SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang and SDIT Al Azkar Pamulang both have the same core goal, which is to create a generation of people with religious character. Religious character values are character values that are used as references as obedient attitudes and behaviors towards carrying out religious teachings. Religious character is needed by students in the face of such rapid changes in the times. The purpose of the study is to determine the strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the formation process that the principal applies to shape the religious character of students through school culture. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang and SDIT Al Azkar Pamulang. Research data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation with data sources of the two principals. The results of the study are strategies used by the principals of SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang and SDIT Al Azkar Pamulang in shaping the religious character of students through school culture, namely habituation strategies, exemplary strategies, and partnership strategies. The supporting factors for the principal of SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang and the principal of SDIT Al Azkar Pamulang are educators and education staff, parents and guardians, school facilities, and foundations. Inhibiting factors are parents, environmental factors and consistent. The process of forming religious character through habituation of school culture applied to students, and the stages of planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating school culture programs.

Abstract

Reading interest in Indonesia is very low compared to other countries, hence the introduction of the reading corner as an effort to improve reading skills. This study aims to determine the effect of the reading corner on students' interest in reading. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study were 22 fifth grade students of Bhakti Luhur Elementary School. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out with a questionnaire as the main source, while observation and documentation studies as supporting sources. The test in this study used validity and reliability tests, and the T test. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the reading corner on increasing interest in reading. Based on the hypostatistical test calculated by the t test, the results obtained if the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 with a confidence level of 95%, then the conclusion is H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there are differences between male and female students. Male students are more interested in reading books in the reading corner than female students. The results of this study are useful for teachers in mobilizing students to read diligently.

Abstract

The development of Pop Up Book media for animal life cycle material for class IV at MI Hamka Muhammadiyah Kalibeber, Mojotengah, Wonosobo is a research that is motivated by the limited learning media used by educators during the learning process and the lack of focus of students in participating in learning activities. The purpose of the research is to find out the development of pop up book media on the animal life cycle, and to assist educators in using learning media, so that students feel that learning is fun and not boring. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model. This study used a population of 21 people, with a sample of 19 people. The data sources used in the development of this learning media are in the form of expert validation assessment instruments by linguists, material experts and media experts and student practicality questionnaires through two stages of trials consisting of small group trials and large group trials. The results of this study indicate that the validation test reaches a validity level of 98%, the material validation test reaches a validity level of 78%, and the media validation test reaches a validity level of 88%. The small group practicality test reached 92.8% and the large group practicality test reached 90%. Based on these results, the learning media can be used as learning media. The results of the research are expected to provide benefits to related parties as educators, students, and further researchers.
