Abstract

The oil feasibility measurement tool to determine the viscosity level contained in a two-wheeled vehicle using a light sensor (LDR) has been designed and implemented. Testing through five oil brands with homogeneous specifications that are generally used by two-wheeled vehicles. The manufacture of this tool uses three integrated systems in one method, namely: input via the LCD and laser sensors, the process system by the microprocessor in the form of Arduino, and the output in the form of an LCD final display. These three systems are connected through the gear box block mechanical system. The results are converted to the electrical resistance value that appears on the indicator. The set point in the form of the range of electrical resistance was obtained through experiments from the five new oil brands. Furthermore, the wheels of the Gear Box are rotated to produce a value in the form of RPM. From these five types of oil, data is obtained that the gear box which rotates in a duration of twenty minutes with a minimum speed of 210 RPM and a maximum speed of 720 RPM indicates that the quality of the oil is in a good category

Abstract

In the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the need for time, labor, and cost efficiency is a basic requirement for human life, especially regarding electrical energy sources. The supply of commercial electricity is still using electricity cables to deliver electricity to the load. Therefore, one of the ways of sending or transferring electrical power that continues to be developed today is wireless electricity transfer. The wireless transfer of electric power has several advantages compared to the use of cables, which can increase the convenience in the use of electrical equipment and can reduce the amount of electronic waste. This research will study the techniques or methods of near-field wireless energy transfer systems, namely the inductive coupling method, the magnetic resonance coupling method and the capacitive coupling method. The results of this study propose an optimal modeling of wireless power transfer so that results and quality are better, taking into account the distance between the sender and receiver because the work efficiency of wireless power transfer decreases with respect to distance. And the signal transmission frequency is low for inductive coupling, while the resulting frequency will be high on magnetic resonance coupling and capacitive coupling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan teknologi biosensor di era industri 4.0 untuk memperluas wawasan siswa dalam pengembangan kerjasama antar bidang keilmuan. Metode yang digunakan berdasarkan studi literature review ini mencari kutipan tentang aplikasi biosensor dan pemanfaatannya, pentingnya teknologi digitalisasi, internet of things dan big data untuk pengembangan analisis biosensor sehingga dapat menciptakan produk inovatif secara berkelanjutan dan ringan secara finansial. Kajian analisis ini menghasilkan temuan penting bahwa perlu dilakukan kolaborasi kurikulum bidang teknik, kesehatan dan bidang keilmuan lain sehingga siswa dapat memahami interkoneksi konten antara disiplin ilmu yang berbeda terkait smart learning biosensor dan menerapkan pembelajaran mereka ke lingkungan industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas pengenalan deteksi objek melalui platform transformasi digital sehingga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pembelajaran anak sejak usia dini. Kemajuan teknologi tidak hanya dibarengi dengan dampak positif, tetapi dapat juga menimbulkan dampak negatif. Penggunaan teknologi digital di kalangan anak usia dini dapat menimbulkan kondisi yang kurang baik apabila terjadi pergeseran orientasi pemanfaatannya, karena teknologi digital banyak menyediakan fasilitas jejaring sosial, game online, chatting yang mengakibatkan anak lupa waktu, tidak kreatif dan tidak aktif bahkan dapat berpengaruh kurang baik terhadap jasmani dan rohani anak. Hal ini menjadi fokus peneliti, terutama anak usia dini. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan anak adalah gadget. Pemanfaatan gadget dapat diarahkan sebagai platform pembelajaran anak usia dini untuk mengenal benda-benda di sekitarnya, misalnya hewan, tanaman, mobil, bangunan. Cara kerja deteksi objek adalah menerima masukan berupa gambar dan menunjukkan hasil klasifikasi sesuai gambar yang diterima. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini, anak usia dini dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan mengenal objek di sekitarnya.

Abstract

In this study, a comparative study was conducted on the use of the Google Classroom and Zoom Meeting platforms during online lectures held at Nurtanio University. The object of research is students from various study programs at Nurtanio University, totaling 82 people. Data were obtained from questionnaires filled out by students on a google form with an ordinal scale. The questionnaire is divided into three components (lecture implementation, lecturer capabilities, and facilities and infrastructure) with a total of 15 statement items that compare perceptions of using Google Classroom and Zoom platforms. Overall, students gave a perception of the "good" category on the three assessment components with an average score for the Zoom and Google classroom platforms respectively 4.07 and 3.90 in the implementation of lectures, an average score of 4.06 and 3.96 for lecturer capabilities, and an average score an average of 3.84 and 3.76 for facilities and infrastructure. To find out whether there is a difference in student perceptions on the two platforms, a statistical test using SPSS is carried out, namely the Wilcoxon marked rank test. The results obtained are that there are differences in student perceptions on the use of the two lecture platforms, namely the perception of students using Google Classroom is better than using Zoom as evidenced by the Asymp score. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.007 and Z value = 2.692.

Abstract

Internet connections that are not always stable and data security is not maintained from various threats from outside attacks in the form of hackers, crackers, viruses, and so on are the main problems for every client. Using the pfSense analysis method, this study aims to address the above bandwidth management and network security issues. The pfSense analysis that the researchers carried out included an analysis of total bandwidth usage, data security, and information for each client on the P3DW Internet network (Center for Regional Revenue Management) Bandung III Soekarno-Hatta City. The results of the analysis concluded that pfSense can work as a firewall that functions as a bandwidth limiter and network security. The level of client satisfaction increases with the infrastructure designs being tested. With a web GUI that makes it easy for users to configure, the basic system used is FreeBSD which is open-source, making pfSense able to be an alternative choice for building a firewall that is reliable, flexible, and economical.

Abstract

Packaging is an important element in building a product's brand. Packaging plays an important role because it will always be associated with the packaged product and represents the sales value and image of the product. Product sales will increase if the packaging is attractive, and the product image is closely tied to consumers' opinions about the product. The method used in this activity is training, specifically direct support to partners. The overall objective of this activity is to provide training on how economic entities such as small and medium enterprises can develop product packaging so that the products produced are in high demand by consumers so that they can develop good business and can contribute to economic development. In addition, it also supports sales optimization to increase sales. Through this activity, partners share knowledge about packaging design and selling products online. Partners also receive guidance to improve their skills in presenting more attractive product photos. With changes in packaging design and sales methods, partner revenue has increased, and product shelf life has also increased. Scholars as PKM implementers can deploy their expertise to collaborate with the community.
