Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the facilities and infrastructure of the fish auction place, to analyze the fish auction place, to find out the level of efficiency of the fish auction place in Asemdoyong village, and to determine the impact of the fish auction place on the socio-economic conditions of the community.In this study the authors used qualitative methods. Research location Asemdoyong Village Fish Auction Place. Data collection uses interviews, observations, and documentation to auction officers, fishermen, and visitors. Data validity is done by triangulation of sources, because in this study the data obtained will be collected and know the truth.The results of this study are in Asemdoyong Village there is a fishery port which is used as a fish auction market from fishermen's catches whose heads unload at Asemdoyong TPI, auction payments are made in cash, if not cash, payment is made maximum 1 (one) day after auction implementation. Asemdoyong TPI has complete facilities in the form of a large and strategic building, a dock for loading and unloading fishermen's catches, has drainage channels, there is a TPI supervisor post office, a water tower, a fish drying area, a fishing boat hut, and places to eat. the surrounding community is very active in the auction site, because some of the Asemdoyong villagers work in the port, both men and women. With the presence of TPI in Asemdoyong village, many visitors from various regions come and this is very beneficial for TPI and the surrounding residents who have a shop or shop business and this can improve the socio-economic situation of their people.

Abstract

Library is an infrastructure facility that contains a collection of good books in the form of print media, to manage in a special way in order to have intellectual needs in users through various ways of interaction of knowledge. With time the use of libraries began to decrease, because of the lack of interest in reading at the library and the lack of caring for rubbish and the library owner had the idea to get around using a 3-wheeled motorized wheelbarrow at the same time as having the idea to attract trash. Because the activity is very unique, creative and has a lot of visitors, therefore the activity synergizes between garbage and library and its concern for the environment and literacy. This study discusses "Literary Waste Management Strategies in Community Empowerment. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Literature Waste Management Strategy in community empowerment in Muntang Village, Kemangkon District, Purbalingga District, to find out the efforts made to improve literacy and care for the environment. This type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants used in this study were the Founder of the Library, Waste Management Library, Waste Bank Customers, Literature Waste Volunteers, Librarians among students, and parents. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and interviews to obtain primary data, and documentation to obtain secondary data. Based on research that has been done, Literature Waste Management in community empowerment in Muntang Village, Kemangkon District, Purbalingga Regency has two roles, namely the role in the field of Literacy (Education) and the environment. Fields in the field of Literacy (Education) are realized with the existence of GERNAS BAKU activities, writing training, and the socialization of the use of healthy internet for children and adolescents. In the field of environment, they are training in making ecobricks, making flowers from plastic bags, and making curtains made from used glass. In carrying out the way the Waste Management Library places itself as a facilitator

Abstract

The career maturity of graduates determines the success of working according to their education. For this reason, readiness in determining career is very important. This study aims to analyze the career maturity of students. The sample of this study was 102 students of Ivet University who were selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection used the Career Development Inventory-Adult scale. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the final semester students have high readiness in facing the world of work, both male and female. The results of the research for indicators towards career readiness are career specifications, career implementation, job crystallization and high-yielding job specifications. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the final year students of Ivet University are ready to determine the career they choose after graduating.

Abstract

Embedding character education should be started early, especially in childhood distinguishing things based on visualization and what is heard (early childhood). One of the ways to instill character is storytelling by prioritizing local culture such as the use of regional languages ​​such as Javanese. This study aims to describe the creativity of Ivet University students in making storytelling media in the Javanese AUD course during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is mixed methods between quantitative and qualitative. The target of this research is to focus on making Javanese storytelling media for early childhood (AUD) for PG-PAUD students of Ivet University in the odd semester of 2020/2021 which consists of 30 students. The results of the research on the creativity of storytelling media used by students in storytelling in the Javanese language include multimedia, dolls, pictures, books, and without using other supporting media. This shows as prospective teachers or storytellers, they must have the ability to package fairy tales and optimize their abilities in composing and selecting the right fairy tale media. Storytelling also has attention, affective, cognitive, and compensatory functions for children. Fairytale media that is appropriate and adapted to regional characteristics such as Java can help children enrich vocabulary and imagination so that children's development becomes more optimal.

Abstract

Science learning is expected to be able to achieve the learning objectives, namely meaningful learning supported by increased understanding of scientific literacy in students. For that we need a learning pattern that connects the ability to process information obtained with scientific concepts and can be implemented in everyday life. The information obtained is of course not only understanding but also problems that exist in the environment that require solving a situation that creates a dilemma between existing facts and the concept of science as the basis of science. For that we need the right learning approach to assist in solving problems that exist in the environment, one of which is the socio-scientific issue (SSI) learning approach. This study uses a survey with data analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The subjects of the study were 23 science education lecturers with a minimum teaching qualification of 2 years. The results obtained are that 74% of science education lecturers are familiar with SSI, and 26% of science education lecturers are not familiar with SSI. SSI is more appropriate to be used in environmental learning activities as the implementation of all science concepts. The conclusion of this study is that the learning carried out by science education lecturers has not used the socio-scientific issue (SSI) approach in science learning.
