Abstract

Abstrak: Bahasa Mandarin adalah bahasa yang banyak dituturkan oleh banyak orang setelah bahasa inggris. Karena bahasa mandarin memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar, maka sangat penting untuk mempelajarinya. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan memberikan motivasi belajar Bahasa Mandarin kepada siswa-siswi dan mendorong mereka melanjutkan pembelajaran Bahasa Mandarin di jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi, sosialisasi dan evaluasi. Tim pengabdian memberikan penyuluhan terlebih dahulu, kemudian memberikan kesempatan tanya jawab dengan peserta, serta memberikan kuesioner mengenai respon minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Mandarin. Penyajian materi berkaitan manfaat dan pentingnya pembelajaran Bahasa Mandarin. Dari hasil kusioner yang disebarkan kepada siswa dapat diketahui bahwa setelah mengikuti sosialisasi minat siswa mengalami perubahan yang cukup drastis yaitu sebesar 76,3%. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh motivasi ekstrinsik siswa untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan dan penghasilan tinggi setelah mempelajari Bahasa Mandarin. Abstract:  Mandarin is a language that many people speak after English. Because mandarin has a huge influence, it is very important to learn it. This socialization aims to provide motivation to learn Mandarin to students and encourage them to continue learning Mandarin at the higher education level. This socialization is done by observation, socialization and evaluation methods. The devotional team provides counseling first, then provides question and answer opportunities with participants, as well as provides questionnaires about the response of students' interest to Chinese language learning. Presentation of materials related to the benefits and importance of Learning Mandarin. From the results of kusioner distributed to students can be known that after attending the socialization of interest students experienced a fairly drastic change of 76.3%. This is influenced by students' extrinsic motivation to get a job and high income after learning Mandarin.

Abstract

Human urine is one of the primary wastes in urban areas, which has not been maximally processed and utilized until now. Human urine can be processed into biofertilizer with special processing procedures to minimize the negative impact of using urine as fertilizer and avoid odor, dirt, and contamination of pathogenic bacteria in the processing process. This prototype aims to design a Biotoilizer Automatic System with processing human urine into a biofertilizer and an automatic fertilization system. This system is equipped with a DC water pump, pH sensor, YL-69 sensor, ultrasonic sensor, real-time clock (RTC) NodeMCU microcontroller, and Arduino Uno. The method used in this research is an experimental method by designing technical designs and making prototypes of an Internet of Things (IoT) based automatic fertilization system that utilizes solar panels and is integrated with Bio toilets and designing software. The system's test results can process urine into a biofertilizer and fertilize automatically 95% based on regulated conditions and can be monitored with an application via a smartphone

Abstract

Bahasa adalah alat komunikasi yang digunakan oleh manusia untuk menyampaikan maksud dan tujuannya kepada orang yang diajak untuk berkomunikasi. Bahasa ibu sebuah etnis tentulah sangat penting bagi penggunanya, seperti bahasa dialek Teochew di Pontianak, dikarenakan masyarakat Pontianak yang sebagian besar adalah masyarakat yang multilingual sehingga mengakibatkan bahasa dialek Teochew mengalami pergeseran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan 127 respoden pemuda Teochew Pontianak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat dua faktor terjadinya pergeseran bahasa dialek Teochew yaitu faktor internal yang melibatkan penggunakan bahasa di lingkungan keluarga baik dengan orang tua maupun dengan sanak saudaranya serta faktor eksternal seperti pasar, toko, tempat ibadah serta sekolah. Terdapat beberapa dampak pergeseran bahasa dialek Teochew yang dirasakan salah satunya adalah dampak positif, yaitu komunikasi dengan lebih mudah baik dengan sesama orang Tionghoa maupun dengan masyarakat etnis lainnya. Dampak positif yang dirasakan ternyata menjadi momok bagi bahasa dialek Teochew yang akhirnya tergantikan oleh bahasa lain yaitu bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Every student who has entered the final study period must complete the final project/thesis as a graduation requirement. In order to produce quality and responsible writing, students must have the provision of knowledge and how to find, find and determine the correct references and write good citations to avoid plagiarism in thesis writing. The Mendeley application can assist in managing reference sources and writing citations, which can synchronize with the references menu in Microsoft Word. So the PKM team of the Mandarin Language Education Study Program, FKIP UNTAN, provided training on using the Mendeley Application to 20 semester VII students taking thesis writing. Based on the results of the training activities, it can see that 95% of the students who attended the training were able to master the Mendeley application. The obstacle faced in this training was the problem of student laptop devices still using a low version of the Windows operating system, resulting in students needing help installing the Mendeley application. However, this obstacle can be handled thanks to the direction and guidance of the lecturer in the PKM Team. The Mendeley application is relatively easy to learn, understand, and operate, so students will use the Mendeley application as support in completing their final project/thesis.
