Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan produk pangan dan diambil contoh kasus produksi sambal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kombinasi level atribut produk, membuat bentuk rancangan yang akan direalisasikan pada produk sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen dan juga mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap pelayanan, sehingga produsen dapat memperluas pasarnya di Jabodetabek. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode conjoint analysis dan cluster analysis untuk membantu penentuan segmentasi pasar. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan hoshin kanri untuk membantu mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap pelayanan UKM. Melalui penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan antara lain tingkat kepedasan, ketahanan, banyaknya isi, harga, jenis kemasan, dan area desain stiker. Jumlah profil kombinasi dieliminasi dengan orthogonal design menggunakan fractional factorial design menjadi 16 profil kombinasi level atribut dan dianalisis sehingga terpilih kombinasi atribut dengan nilai utilitas tertinggi yaitu produk tingkat kepedasan Level 1-3, ketahanan 1-2 Minggu, banyaknya isi yaitu 100-150gr, dengan harga berkisar Rp 21.000 - Rp 25.000, Jenis kemasan yang digunakan yaitu botol plastik, dan area desain stiker yaitu stiker label menutupi kemasan. Berdasarkan segmentasi, preferensi produk dibagi menjadi 6 cluster yang digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam menentukan segmentasi pasar.

Abstract

Deli tobacco plantation is the first plantation in Tanah Deli. The history of plantations in East Sumatra began with the success of Jacobus Nienhuys planting Deli tobacco in Tanah Deli. Since World War II in 1945, Deli tobacco production has begun to decline. Such a condition has affected the area of Deli tobacco plantations. Since Deli tobacco is an ever triumphed characteristic and pioneer at the international level, tobacco plantations in East Sumatra should be protected and maintained as a cultural heritage. Problems are formulated into how social factors influence the decline of tobacco products and how to protect the landscape of Deli tobacco plantations. This study employed normative juridical research using descriptive analysis. The findings show that the factors influencing the decline production of tobacco among others are decreasing land fertility and difficulty of obtaining a new estate, the global economic depression, the nationalization and the occurrence of social revolutions leading to land grabbing by the community. Deli tobacco is classified as a cultural heritage, a legacy, and a historical landmark of Tanah Deli. Protection of Deli tobacco landscape according to Law No. 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage states that its existence needs to be preserved due to its important value for history, education, and culture. Conclusion Sustainable landscapes help fulfill the principles of sustainable development as laid out in development goals. The suggestion of the results of this study is that Deli tobacco must be protected and maintained as an agrotourism landscape.

Abstract

This study examines bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Japan which is realized through The Japan Foundation program, with an emphasis on cultural diplomacy as a soft power approach. Using descriptive methods and qualitative analysis of secondary data, this study reviews the contribution of The Japan Foundation in strengthening the relationship between the two countries in the cultural, educational, and economic sectors. The findings suggest that activities such as Japanese language learning, cultural festivals, and art exchanges play an important role in building cross-cultural understanding. Activities such as Ennichisai in Jakarta, cultural collaboration between Yogyakarta and Kyoto, and community empowerment initiatives in Bandung are proof of the success of this approach. Despite the disparity in cultural influence, Japanese cultural diplomacy has proven to be able to create a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship for both parties.
