Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pengaruh model problem based learning ditinjau dari motivasi belajar fisika, 2) menganalisis pengaruh model problem based learning ditinjau dari keterampilan proses sains siswa, 3) menganalisis pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap motivasi belajar dan keterampilan proses sains siswa ditinjau dari tingkatan kelas, dan 4) menganalisis pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap motivasi belajar dan keterampilan proses sains siswa ditinjau dari materi pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah meta analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : 1) model pembelajaran problem based learning memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar fisika siswa SMA dengan rata-rata effect size 0,73 kategori sedang, 2) model pembelajaran problem based learning memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa dengan effect size 0,62 kategori sedang, 3) model pembelajaran problem based learning memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar dan keterampilan proses sains fisika pada tingkatan kelas X, XI dan XII dengan effect size 0,86 kategori tinggi, 0,47 kategori sedang dan 0,28 kategori sedang, dan 4) model pembelajaran problem based learning memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar dan keterampilan proses sains pada materi listrik dinamis dengan effect size 2,02 kategori tinggi. Kata kunci: Problem Based Learning; Motivasi; Keterampilan Proses Sains. ABSTRACTThis study aims to 1) analyze the effect of the problem based learning model in terms of motivation to learn physics, 2) analyze the effect of the problem based learning model in terms of students' science process skills, 3) analyze the effect of the problem based learning model on students' learning motivation and science process skills in terms of from the grade level, and 4) analyzing the effect of the problem based learning model on students' learning motivation and science process skills in terms of learning materials. The type of research applied in this study is a meta-analysis. The results of this study are: 1) the problem based learning model has an influence on the motivation to learn physics for high school students with an average effect size of 0.73 in the medium category, 2) the problem based learning model has an effect on students' science process skills with an effect size 0.62 medium category, 3) problem based learning learning model has an influence on learning motivation and physics science process skills at the level of class X, XI and XII with an effect size of 0.86 high category, 0.47 medium category and 0.28 category medium, and 4) the problem based learning model has an influence on learning motivation and science process skills on dynamic electrical material with an effect size of 2.02 in the high category. Keywords: Problem Based Learning; Motivation; Science Process Skills.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 requires humans to have 21st century skills. In essence, education is expected to produce students who have the quality to live as individuals who are creative, innovative, intelligent, and globally competent. The purposes of this study are to: 1) Determine the effect of Edmodo media on student learning outcomes in the aspect of high school level class levels. 2) Determine the effect of Edmodo media on student learning outcomes on the material used. 3) Determine the effect of Edmodo media on student learning outcomes. The type of research used is meta-analysis. The articles analyzed in this study amounted to 15 articles published in 2014-2021. The average overall effect size of using Edmodo-assisted learning media on high school students' learning outcomes is 2.51 in the high category. The Edmodo-assisted physics learning media provides an effect size on the XI SMA level with an average of 2.91 in the high category, the Edmodo-assisted physics learning media provides an effect size on the XI SMA level with an average of 2.15 in the high category. The highest average value of the effect size of Edmodo-assisted learning media on global warming material with a value of 7.50 in the high category, while the lowest average value of the effect size of Edmodo-assisted learning media on optical instrument materials with a value of 0.87

Abstract

This research was motivated by the poor discipline of students at the TPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin PasirPutih Tabing Mosque, Padang City. This is thought to be due to poor attention from educators,resulting in poor student discipline at the TPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Mosque. The purpose of thisresearch is to: 1) See a picture of educators' attention in disciplining students at the TPQ/TQA AlMuhajirin Pasir Putih Tabing Mosque, Padang City. 2) See the picture of student discipline at theTPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Pasir Putih Tabing Mosque, Padang City. 3) Seeing the relationship betweeneducators' attention and student discipline at the TPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Pasir Putih TabingMosque, Padang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research.The population in this study was 60 people and the sample taken was 30 people or 50% with samplingusing a stratified random sampling technique. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool,and data analysis used percentage and product moment formulas.The results of the research showthat: 1) The description of educators' attention at the TPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Pasir Putih TabingMosque, Padang City, is categorized as poor; 2) The description of student discipline at theTPQ/TQA Al-Muhajirin Pasir Putih Tabing Mosque, Padang City, is categorized as poor; 3) There isa significant relationship between educators' attention and student discipline at the TPQ/TQA AlMuhajirin Pasir Putih Tabing Mosque, Padang City. The research suggestions are: 1) It is hoped thateducators can increase attention to students so that they can foster a high sense of discipline instudents; 2) It is hoped that students can instill a disciplined attitude in learning so that students canachieve maximum learning results; 3) It is hoped that future researchers will be able to innovate inresearching new variables so that they can increase and complete the variables in research.Keywords: Educator Attention, Student Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to overcome the low reading ability of first-grade elementary school students by developing learning media in the form of pop-up books based on augmented reality (AR) that focus on local culture. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study showed that the media developed had high validity, with an average of 91%, considered very valid by experts. Practicality tests by teachers and students showed an average of 96%, which was considered very practical in its use. The effectiveness of this medium was tested through various statistical tests, including normality tests, which showed that the data were normally distributed in both groups, the experimental and control groups. The paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the pre-test and post-test in the experimental class using AR-based pop-up books, with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.005. The same test in the control class also showed a significant difference. In addition, the independent sample t-test showed that the average post-test score of students in the experimental class was higher (78.15) compared to the control class (68.20). Overall, this study proves that the use of AR-based pop-up book media is effective in improving students' beginner reading skills and has a high level of validity and practicality. This shows that the use of pop-up book media has been proven effective in helping students improve their beginner reading skills.
