Abstract

The occurrence of cases of violence is a problem that often occurs in women, not only among adults but also among teenagers and minors. The number of sexual violence in Indonesia is increasing every year so that from time to time it has increased more rapidly than in previous years, often occurring around the victim or even the victim's own relatives. The forms of violence that occur are not only pursuing violence but also forms of sexual violence, children who get sexual forms usually do not respond to their parents towards their environment and society considers sexual violence to be a deviant personality. This study uses a qualitative method with the subject of 2 teenagers who are still in school including class X and class XI. Data were collected by unstructured interviews and observation of victims using a sampling technique. the validity of the data using triangulated data and using triangulation sources to check the sharing of data into conclusions. The results of the research on the process of self-acceptance of victims of sexual violence in adolescents at the SPEK-HAM foundation have 4 stages, namely the rejection stage, the tolerance stage, the enabling stage, the friendship stage with the following characteristics of a strong self, striving for positive things, being comfortable with oneself, able to accept criticism and suggestions.

Abstract

Gender discrimination in the workplace and inequality in pay have become widely debated topics. This article presents in-depth and concrete case studies to understand better how gender inequality affects individuals and organizations in the workplace. Case studies can cover the experiences of individuals who have faced pay discrimination, difficulties in achieving promotions, or other negative impacts arising from gender inequality. In addition, discrimination is also displayed in memes that reflect unfair salary differences between men and women who have the same qualifications, highlighting discrimination in promotions, gender stereotypes, and the wider economic gap that affects women in the workplace... The method used in writing this article is a literature review, virtual ethnography. The author tries to explain the issue of gender discrimination against wages through competent references to articles and books based on this study. The results of the research show that through memes and interviews, issues of gender discrimination in the workplace, especially in the context of wages, become more visible and make people aware of the inequalities that need to be addressed immediately.

Abstract

Punggahan is a traditional welcoming ceremony that takes place before Ramadhan, observed only certain regions, including Koto Rojo in the Muarasipongi district. This tradition is a time-honored practice carried out annually, providing equal standing to all members of the community, regardless of wealth. The aim of this research is to examine the form of government support for the punggahan tradition. A Qualitative methods is employed, utilizing interview with informants that include the district head, community leaders and religious figurers. The Punggahan ceremony begins with a pilgrimage to the graves of ancestors, followed by communal efforts to clean the burial grounds. This is followed by the slaughtering of animals, such as cows or goats, which are cooked together and shared with the entire community.the event concludes with a kenduri (a communal prayer). The local government plays an essential role in the successful execution of the Punggahan tradition, providing both moral and material support, and creating space for the socialization of this tradition to ensure it remains vibrant and is passed down to future generations

Abstract

Education in Islamic boarding schools studies the yellow book by Al-Ghozali such as Bidayatul Hidayah, Ihya 'Ulumuddin, and Ayyuhal Walad in its contents there is a chapter that discusses the world of education, in the book it is also explained about religiosity as well. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how far the application of Al-Ghozali's thinking in the world of schools based on pesantren and how the process of creating a culture of religiosity in schools based on pesantren. The method used is a literature review and is supported by in-depth observations and interviews at a boarding school based in Tulungagung which teaches Al-Ghozali's books and applies religious culture to its students. The results of these findings are the development of a culture of religiosity in this pesantren is based on the teachings of tazkiah al-nafs in Al-Ghozali's first book of Ihya' al ulumuddin, namely worship such as praying in congregation, praying sunnah, thinking and praying as well as other practices such as tahlil, istighosah, and manakiban. The second is the concept of muamalah, namely providing support to friends, paying attention to friends who are sick and doing community service. The third is morals, namely shaking hands, speaking well, politeness, respecting others.
