Abstract

Pengembangan sektor perikanan sampai saat ini akan pemenuhan produksi perikanan baik untuk kebutuhan ekspor maupun konsumsi didomisili oleh hasil perikanan tangkap. Produk hasil perikanan darat juga telah mampu menunjukkan dukungan positif terhadap peningkatan ekspor non migas nasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Dukuh Tunggal Kecamatan Glagah Kabupaten Lamongan pada Bulan Maret 2018 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah usaha budidaya udang vannamei ini layak untuk diusahakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing responden nilai R/C rationya lebih besar dari 1. Hal ini berarti bahwa usaha ini dikatakan layak karena menguntungkan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pengembangan usaha agar pemenuhan produksi udang vannamei untuk ekspor bisa tercapai.Title: Feasibility Analysis of Vannamei Shrimp Cultivation Business in Dukuh Tunggal Village, Glagah District, Lamongan DistrictThe development of the fisheries sector to date will fulfill fisheries production both for export and consumption needs dominated by capture fisheries products. In land fishery products have also been able to show positive support for increasing national non-oil and gas exports. Research was conducted in Dukuh Tunggal Village, Glagah Sub District, Lamongan District during March 2018, with purpose to find out whether vannamei shrimp cultivation is feasible to be cultivated. The quantitative approach was used for data analysis. The result shows that R/C ratio of each respondents is greater than 1. It means that this business is said to be feasible because it is profitable. Therefore, it is necessary to develop business so that the fulfillment of vannamei shrimp production for export can be achieved.

Abstract

The processing is carried out so that the fish and fishery products have added value. The purpose of fish processing is to reduce the water content in the fish body, one way is by making salted fish. The fish that are usually processed into salted fish in Deket District are freshwater fish, namely tilapia fish. The choice of tilapia fish because it is in fresh condition, the price is cheap and if it has been processed into salted fish, it taste good and is very attractive to the community. The purpose of this research was to determine the added value of processing tilapia fish into salted in Weduni Village, Deket District, Lamongan Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method, and the sampling is done by purposive sample in the fishery product processing group, the name of group is “Dhie RT Dagelan”. The results showed that the added value obtained was Rp. 50.505/kg with a value added ratio of 70,14%

Abstract

Tawes fish is a freshwater fish that is easy to maintain in ponds and ponds in the Lamongan area and its availability is abundant in the market. However, if it is sold fresh, the price is the cheapest among other types of fish. Therefore, efforts were made to increase the added value of Tawes fish by preserving it using the smoking method. The purpose of this study was to determine the added value of smoking Tawes fish in Lamongan Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and the sampling is done by purposive sampling, with the calculation of value added analysis using the Hayami method. The final result of the research shows that the added value obtained is Rp. 6.858/kg with the ratio of added value is  24,5%

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pembenihan benur udang vannamei yang baik dan peningkatan hasilnya melalui bauran pemasaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Artha Maulana Agung (AMA) Desa Pecaron, Kecamatan Bungatan Kabupaten Situbondo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa pembenihan yang dilakukan di PT. Artha Maulana Agung (AMA) dimulai dari nauplius sampai post larva 12, sedangkan upaya peningkatan pemasaran benur udang vannamei dilakukan dengan strategi bauran pemasaran, yaitu produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan lingkungan fisik.Kata kunci: Pembenihan, Benur Udang Vannamei, Upaya Peningkatan Pemasaran

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to know the price of shrimp vannamei and demand of shrimp vannamei at every season. This research was conducted in group of fish farmer of At-Taqwa Paciran Village, Paciran Sub-District, Lamongan Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. From the research results that the price greatly affects the demand for the domestic market while for the foreign market has no effect

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to know the technical manufacture of fermented feed with the formulation of waste of tofu and optimization strategy of making to the production of catfish culture. This research was conducted in Candisari Village, Sambeng Sub-district, Lamongan District. The method used in this research is qualitative method. From the result of the research that the making of fermented feed with the formulation of waste of tofu waste includes preparation method, materials of manufacture and process of manufacture, while the optimization strategy is (a) increasing production of fermented feed with the formulation of waste of tofu waste; (b) business development and introduction to the community, that fermented feed can increase fish farming production; (c) increasing the production of fermented feeds into products of sale value; (d) optimizing the waste of tofu waste into alternative feed.Keywords : Feed, Fermentation, Tofu, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Grouper fish is one of the leading commodities for export. With grouper cultivation, the income earned will be used to meet family needs, so that the level of family welfare increases. This research was conducted with the aim to find out the income and welfare level of the grouper cantang fish farmers. This research was conducted in Labuhan Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency. The method used is quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the research stated that the income was profitable and the welfare level of the farmers was categorized as phase III plus welfare families.

Abstract

East Java, which has a large enough potential of fisheries resources for aquaculture, one of which is in Lamongan Regency. Lamongan Regency is a center of aquaculture with a pond rice field area of 23,774.73 Ha which is spread in the middle area and the main product and its mainstay is milkfish. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of milkfish fish farming in ponds in the village of Deket Wetan, Deket District, Lamongan Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and the sample collection was carried out using a purposive sample in one of the milkfish farmer farmer groups in a rice field named "Makin Makmur". The results showed that the R/C was 1.53, if the R/C> 1, then this business was profitable and feasible to be undertaken, the received BEP was Rp32,722,087, this meant that it had to be able to reach sales of Rp32,722,087 in order to reach the BEP and BEP production volume obtained 1,924 kg, it can be explained that it must be able to produce as much as 1,924 kg of milkfish to reach BEP.

Abstract

Lamongan Regency is an area that has the potential to produce fishery products. If the availability of fish is abundant in the market, it will not be sold out, and it will cause losses. Fish is a food that is easily damaged (rotten). Therefore, so that fish can be utilized as much as possible, it is necessary to maintain their condition. Preservation by salting is one way to defend fish from the decay process. The commodity used is tilapia fish, the choice of tilapia because this fish is in demand by consumers, besides not having many spines, it also tastes better than other fish. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of income from the preservation of salted tilapia fish in Tumenggungan Village, Lamongan Regency. The research method used is research with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the annual income of the salted tilapia fish preservation business in Tumenggungan Village, Lamongan Regency was Rp. 478.170.000, and the R/C ratio was 1.16.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan teknologi pengolahan bandeng asap tandu dengan 3 rasa, serta meningkatkan nilai ekonomisnya. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dengan demo pada UMKM (ikan asap) di Desa Sumberagung Kecamatan Brondong Kabupaten Lamongan. Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa ada ketertarikan masyarakat untuk mencoba dan menerapkan teknologi yang diperkenalkan. Namun untuk aplikasi ke skala industri mereka terkendala dengan alat yang belum ada, sehingga hanya dilaksanakan pada skala rumahtangga dan belum dipasarkan dengan baik. Pasca kegiatan disarankan bahwa perlu adanya kemitraan antara pemerintah, produsen dan lembaga terkait untuk lebih meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.
