Abstract

ABSTRAKKelompok Perempuan Abhisai terbentuk di tahun 2020, terbentuknya kelompok ini sebagai luaran dari kegiatan PKM yang di adakan oleh Prodi Ekonomi Pembangunan FEB Undana. Kelompok ini beranggotakan kaum perempuan yang berada dalam naungan GMIT Bathesda Tarus. GMIT Bethesda Tarus merupakan salah satu gereja yang melayani di jemaat yang berada di sekitar kelurahan tarus, Air Mata Kabupaten Kupang. Kelompok ini memproduksi minuman herbal instan. Kolompok memiliki kendala dalam proses pemasaran, mereka masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dari mulit ke mulut dan lewat akun facebook (media social). Selama melakukan proses produksi ini kelompok menekankan kepada kualitas produk yang dihasilkan.Dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode temu usaha dan public assistance dengan melibatkan Kelompok Albhisai sebagai mitra PKM. di GMIT Bethesda Tarus dipandang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra PKM sebagai PKM lanjutan di tahun 2020. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada mitra tentang pemasaran secara digital dan meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok Albhisai. Dan tujuan khususnya adalah pengembangan ekonomi lokal dengan terbentuknya Kelompok usaha bersama yang aktif dalam kegiatan ekonomi kecil KUBE. Pelaksanaan PKM memilih  pendekatan  pendampingan yang lebih partisipasif, dengan melakukan Temu Usaha adapaun materi yang akan diberikan  meliputi Penyususnan Laporan keuangan Sederhana, Legalitas Usaha bagi UMKM, Digital Marketing dan Praktek diversifikasi produk. Dalam kegiatan Kelompok Abhisai, menghasilkan satu produk olahan tambahan varian kelompok Abhisai yaitu “Ginger Candy” dan Kelompok Abhisai memiliki 1 Toko Digital dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Tokoku, selain itu Kelompok Abhisai menjadi kelompok yang aktif dalam produksi dan pemasaran Kata Kunci : kelompok albhisai; pemasaran digital; kewirausahan ABSTRACTThe Abhisai Women's Group was formed in 2020, the formation of this group as an outcome of the PKM activities held by the Economic Development Study Program FEB Undana. This group consists of women who are under the auspices of GMIT Bethesda Tarus. GMIT Bethesda Tarus is one of the churches that serves the congregations around the Tarus sub-district, Air Mata, Kupang Regency. This group produces instant herbal drinks. The group has problems in the marketing process, they still use the manual method, namely word of mouth and through Facebook (social media) accounts. During the production process, the group emphasizes the quality of the products produced. In this activity, the group uses the business meeting and public assistance method by involving the Albhisai Group as a PKM partner. at GMIT Bethesda Tarus is considered in accordance with the needs of PKM partners as a follow-up PKM in 2020. This PKM activity is aimed at. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding and knowledge to partners about digital marketing and increase the income of the Albhisai group. And the specific goal is the development of the local economy by forming a joint business group that is active in KUBE small economic activities. The implementation of PKM chooses a more participatory approach to mentoring, by conducting Business Meetings while the material to be provided includes Simple Financial Statement Preparation, Business Legality for MSMEs, Digital Marketing and product diversification practices. In the activities of the Abhisai Group, it produces one additional processed product variant of the Abhisai group, namely "Ginger Candy" and the Abhisai Group has 1 Digital Store using the Tokoku Application, besides that the Abhisai Group is an active group in production and marketing Keywords : albhisai group; digital marketing; entrepreneurship

Abstract

According to Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance, the President as the Head of Government holds the power to manage state finances as part of government power and power over the management of state finances is used to achieve state goals. However, to assist the Head of Government's duties, this power is delegated to the Minister of Finance, the Minister / head of the institution as the Budget User / Property User of the state ministries / institutions he leads and to the governor / regent / mayor as the head of the regional government.Financial management stages consist of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability and supervision. Everything has been regulated in Law No.17 of 2003 on State Finance. In Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance, particularly articles 1 and 2, it is explained that what is meant by State Finance is all the rights and obligations of the state that can be valued in money, as well as everything in the form of money or in the form of goods that can be made state property related to the implementation of these rights and obligations. Abstract

AbstractPurpose: This research is a form of raw material inventory planning using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for fried corn products at UMK Tiga Bersaudara Kupang City. Research Methodology: This research method used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is forecasting, EOQ, and Safety Stock.Results: The outcome of this study is the creation of a raw material inventory that can be applied by the UMK Tiga Bersaudara in carrying out its production. The number of orders for raw materials has also been identified using the EOQ method. To avoid shortages of raw materials, a calculation of how much safety stock is needed in the next period has also been calculated. Limitation: This calculation is predictive so that the reality in the field can change in the future.Contribution: Companies are advised to plan raw material inventory using the methods used in this study, namely forecasting, EOQ, SS, and calculating the total cost of inventory.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the main problem regarding income and optimization of cattle husbandry development in supporting livestock development programs in Kupang Regency. The research method used is social qualitative research method with FGD pattern to obtain primary and secondary data. This research took place in Kupang Regency as an area that has potential for cattle which is always in demand by other regions such as DKI Jakarta and so on. If viewed from the prospect of Beef Cattle Development in Kupang district, then look for markets for livestock and livestock products both from NTT and within NTT itself continue to increase in line with economic growth and population growth. There is still a lot of land that is available and possible for the development of livestock business which has not been utilized. The government's policy of encouraging state-owned enterprises to mediate funds to assist small businesses and at low interest rates has been implemented. This policy provides opportunities for business development and new investment in the livestock industry in NTT Province. Various patterns/schemes of soft credit and simple procedures and directly to livestock farmer groups such as Strengthening Group Business Capital (PMUK) or Community Direct Loan Assistance (BPLM) or Social Assistance Patterns are actually very good opportunities to overcome the problem of capital difficulties for farmers. Through through and intensification with the support of technology with prospects to increase productivity as well. The role of the sub-sector in the future in Kupang Regency is still large as a provider of food from livestock as a source of income and as a job opening.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of the importance and the performance of the implementation of factorsn or attribute that determine the successful asset management in Kupang District Government. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used as an analysis tool to process research data. The results showed that asset management has not been fully optimal. This can be seen from the results of data analysis that is unbalancing between importance and performance levels. There are two attributes of questions that are classified in the quadrant III category, namely attributes or factors P1 and attributes or factors P9. This attribute reflects the activities of collecting regional asset data within the Kupang district government and the use of an asset inventory book that is still necessary to maintain its performance and activities. This is related to the procedure for managing regional property as mandated in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs (Permendagri) Number 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze operating costs to increase the profits of the Tirta Dharma Drinking Water Regional Company in Belu Regency. This study employs quantitative descriptive research, specifically analyzing operational costs as variable X by calculating the ratio of operating expenses to operating income (BOPO) and assessing profitability ratios as variable Y by calculating Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Equity. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The study findings suggest that the profit gained by PDAM Tirta Dharma Belu Regency through Net Profit Margin (NPM) calculation has been fluctuating. This implies that the net earnings from sales have not been maximized. Additionally, the calculation of Return on Asset (ROA) reveals the fluctuating profit obtained by the company. Moreover, the computation of Return on Equity (ROE) reveals that PDAM Tirta Dharma Belu Regency has also faced fluctuations. This suggests that the company could not utilize capital assistance to its full potential. The reduction in profitability at the Regional Drinking Water Company of Belu Regency can be attributed to suboptimal fund management and excessive operating expenses. In other words, despite the company's ability to generate profits from its business activities, it could not lower the high operating costs. As a result, the operating costs are not optimal, making it difficult to enhance the company's profitability efficiently

Abstract

Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Tagawiti kurang efektif karena masih terdapat ketidakmaksimalan dalam empat faktor pendukung, seperti penggunaan bantuan untuk kebutuhan lain, ketidakvalidan data, dan kekurangan anggaran bagi KPM PKH, meskipun pendamping PKH telah melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Tagawiti, Kecamatan Ile Ape, Kabupaten Lembata. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan juga data sekunder, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian inmenggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan Edward III. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi PKH di Desa Tagawiti belum maksimal sesuai dengan empat faktor pendukung dalam implementasi. Sesuai dengan teori kebijakan Edward III yang terdiri dari komunikasi yang ditunjukan dengan adanya himbauan kepada KPM PKH di Desa Tagawiti supaya bijak dalam pemanfaatan bantuan, namun dalam pelaksananya KPM PKH di Desa Tagawiti masih menggunakan bantuan untuk kebutuhan lainya dan masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mendapatkan bantuan PKH karena data yang tidak valid. Sumber daya manusia dari segi kualitasnya juga sudah kompoten, dari segi anggaran belum mencukupi kebutuhan KPM PKH, selanjutnya disposisi dalam penyaluran bantuan sikap pelaksana sangat baik dalam pelayanan.  Dalam birokrasi Pendamping PKH di Desa Tagawiti telah melakukan koordinasi dengan beberapa pihak dalam pelaksanaan Implementasi PKH yang ada di Desa Tagawiti.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of implementing this PkM is to provide education to the community to be able to manage coconuts in order to produce a product that has economic value, which is converted into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Method: The method used is through training in the process of squeezing old coconut into raw material for VCO, providing counseling on the use of technology, procurement and supply of raw and auxiliary materials, layout and equipment, production supervision, production quality and packaging. Results: The result of the PkM carried out is that the community can produce their own VCO with the product name Alamanda VCO. Conclusions: The conclusion that can be drawn from this PkM is that there is an increasing understanding of the importance of online marketing. There are legal aspects that must be considered, especially those related to regulations and are regulated in the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE) in online marketing. The determination of the price of Alamanda's VCO products is carried out through several considerations based on the results of the material exposure. 16 business actors already have accounts registered in the shopee market place. By holding a series of programs, partners are expected to increase profits and develop their business activities even better in the future. Limitations: limitations of researchers in conducting this research, namely limited funds. Contribution: This research can be useful in areas where there are many coconut trees, in economics and especially regarding the effective and efficient use of natural resources.

Abstract

Pemerintahan desa memiliki dasar hukum untuk melaksanakan sistematika pengelolaan pemerintahannya. Dasar hukum ini tercantum dalam undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2024 tentang Desa. Hal ini berkaitan juga dengan pengelolaan aset desa yang harus diimplementasikan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) Nomor 1 tahun 2016 tentang pengelolaan aset desa oleh Desa Oelpuah Kecamatan Kupang Tengan Kabupaten Kupang. Namun keterbatasan sumber daya aparatur desa oelpuah yang memiliki kemampuan berkaitan dengan pengelolaan aset masih minim sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memahami proses pengelolaan aset desa yang sudah berjalan di Desa Oelpuah, mengidentifikasi masalah dan kendala yang dialami oleh aparatur pemerintah desa di Desa Oelpuah dalam proses pengelolaan aset desa. Metode pelaksanaan yang dipakai adalah ceramah, diskusi, dan platihan berupa simulasi pengelolaan aset desa. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini disimpulkan dari pemahaman Organisasi Perangkat Desa (OPDes) Desa Oelpuah yang mulai memahami proses dan alur pengelolaan aset yang dilakukan berdasarkan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2024 tentang Desa. Hal ini termasuk juga dengan pemahaman dan antusias Organisasi Perangkat Desa (OPDes) Desa Oelpuah terhadap proses pengelolaan keuangan desa yang dilakukan berdasarkan Permendagri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa
