Abstract

This paper is an analytical study of the "Peace Creative Tourism Village" initiated by the Creative and Peace Srumbung Gunung Society (CPSS). The analysis is carried out using sustainable tourism theory and socio-theological perspective through exploring the meaning of shalom. Srumbung Gunung Hamlet has the potential, both physically and non-physically, to be developed into a Peace Tourism Village. The physical potential of Srumbung gunung hamlet includes beautiful mountain views, traditional arts, and historical sites. Meanwhile, the non-physical potential is having local traditions and culture, having local wisdom, still living the values of harmony and mutual cooperation in the plural Srumbung Gunung community. All of these potentials are synergized into the capital to build a peace tourism village with an emphasis on the dimension of peace as its branding. The research results show that DWK "P" can be a model for a tourist village to bring peace (shalom) in the midst of the threat of national disintegration. Abstrak Tulisan ini adalah kajian analisis ??SDesa Wisata Kreatif Perdamaian? yang diinisiasi oleh Creative and Peace Srumbung Gunung Society (CPSS). Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori sustainable tourism dan perspektif sosio-teologis melalui menggali makna shalom. Dusun Srumbung Gunung mempunyai potensi, baik secara fisik maupun non-fisik untuk dikembangkan menjadi Desa Wisata Perdamaian. Potensi fisik yang dimiliki dusun Srumbung Gunung, antara lain pemandangan pegunungan yang indah, kesenian-tradisional, dan situs-situs bersejarah. Sedangkan potensi non-fisiknya adalah memiliki tradisi dan budaya lokal, memiliki kearifan lokal, masih hidupnya nilai-nilai kerukunan dan kegotongroyongan dalam masyarakat Srumbung Gunung yang plural. Semua potensi tersebut disinergikan menjadi modal untuk membangun desa wisata perdamaian dengan penekanan pada dimensi perdamaian sebagai branding. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, DWKP dapat menjadi salah satu model desa wisata sebagai sebuah upaya untuk menghadirkan damai (shalom) di tengah-tengah ancaman disintegrasi bangsa.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bergas Kidul Sejahtera adalah Badan Usaha yang terletak di desa Bergas Kidul, Kecamatan Bergas kabupaten Semarang. Dalam proses pengelolaan keuangannya menghadapi kendala yaitu keterbatasan kemampuan Sumder Daya Manusia yang mengelola keuangan. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang diakukan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan Teknolgi Informasi dalam hal ini memaksimalkan kemampuan Microsoft Excel untuk pengelolaan laporan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan program antara lain adalah perencanaan, analisa kebutuhan, persiapan program, pelaksanaan program. Hasil yang dicapai adalah kemampuan sumber daya BUMDes dapat bertambah dalam hal penggunaan fungsi-fungsi akuntansi yang dimiliki oleh Microsoft Excel. .

Abstract

For an organization, speed and accuracy in obtaining information has become a necessity. The existence of an information system becomes a necessity to solve the problem of speed and accuracy in accessing information. XYZ Electronic Store before implementing the information system, had difficulty in knowing quickly and accurately about sales information and how much the store's debt had not been paid. The research method used in this research is observation, interviews and design and implementation of the system. Design system design with DFD, ERD and implementation with PHP programming language. Design system design with the prototype method. After implementing the sales accounting information system and debt recording, the problems faced by XYZ Electronic Store can be resolved. Information on the number of sales in a certain period can be quickly identified, and can schedule debt payments. Debt payment time can be set because the system records all complete debt lists along with the due date.

Abstract

As the center of government of Central Java Province, Semarang City is experiencing many changes and developments, and various human activities occur in this city. This can affect air quality, namely an increase in air pollution, one of which is carbon monoxide. This pollutant can cause serious problems because it adversely affects public health and the environment. So, efforts need to be made to overcome it, such as monitoring the condition of carbon monoxide and environmental factors that have the potential to influence its increase, such as vegetation density, surface temperature, and rainfall. This research aims to monitor carbon monoxide, as well as these environmental factors using Google Earth Engine and satellite data. In addition, it aims to understand the relationship between carbon monoxide and some of these environmental factors. The results show that the northern region of Semarang City has higher carbon monoxide levels. Also, areas with low vegetation density and rainfall, as well as high surface temperatures, tend to have higher carbon monoxide levels.Keywords: Google Earth Engine; Carbon Monoxide; NDVI; LST; Rainfall AbstrakSebagai pusat pemerintahan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Kota Semarang mengalami banyak perubahan dan perkembangan, serta berbagai aktivitas manusia terjadi di kota ini. Hal ini dapat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas udara, yaitu adanya peningkatan polusi udara, salah satunya karbon monoksida. Polutan ini dapat menimbulkan permasalahan serius karena berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Sehingga, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengatasinya, seperti melakukan pemantauan terhadap kondisi karbon monoksida dan faktor lingkungan yang berpotensi mempengaruhi peningkatannya, seperti kerapatan vegetasi, suhu permukaan, dan curah hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memantau karbon monoksida, serta faktor-faktor lingkungan tersebut menggunakan Google Earth Engine dan data satelit. Selain itu, bertujuan untuk memahami hubungan antara karbon monoksida dengan beberapa faktor lingkungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah utara Kota Semarang memiliki kadar karbon monoksida lebih tinggi. Juga, daerah dengan kerapatan vegetasi dan curah hujan rendah, serta suhu permukaan yang tinggi, cenderung memiliki kadar karbon monoksida yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This study introduces a lightweight, reproducible super-encryption framework designed to protect land certificate owner data at the Jayapura City Land Office. The system combines two classical algorithms—Rail Fence Cipher for transposition and Vigenère Cipher for substitution—through a structured, layered encryption pipeline implemented in Python. Testing was conducted on 50 simulated certificate owner names (10–15 characters each) under controlled conditions (Intel i5, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10). Black-box validation demonstrated 100% decryption accuracy with sub-10 ms total processing time per record. Robustness assessments revealed an average Shannon entropy increase of 41.6% and an avalanche rate of 47.8%, indicating enhanced ciphertext randomness. Results confirm that strategically layering classical ciphers delivers reliable confidentiality and integrity for small-scale, non-transactional datasets characteristic of land administration offices operating under resource constraints. The research offers a transparent, replicable model for securing identity fields and demonstrates the practical viability of super-encryption as a computationally efficient cryptographic solution for local government digital systems

Abstract

The Student Performance and Governance Information System (SIMKATMAWA) is a multi-user service website that functions in the field of student affairs and activities at national and international levels. The SIMKATMAWA website plays a role in presenting data related to student achievement to the Higher Education Institution (DIKTI) in the context of higher education transformation. The existence of this site is an effort to facilitate access to information about university activities, although users still face several obstacles in the process of using it. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction of users or authorized officers from the university in accessing the SIMKATMAWA site, by applying the PIECES Framework method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service). Data collection is done through questionnaires, literature studies, and data management analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that by using the PIECES method, the SIMKATMAWA site proved to be very useful and played an important role in providing detailed information for university rankings.Keywords: Website of SIMKATMAWA; PIECES Framework; Ranking; Student Services AbstrakSistem Informasi Kinerja dan Tata Kelola Mahasiswa (SIMKATMAWA) adalah sebuah situs web layanan multi-pengguna yang berfungsi dalam bidang urusan mahasiswa dan kegiatan di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Keberadaan situs ini merupakan upaya untuk memudahkan akses informasi mengenai aktivitas universitas, meskipun pengguna masih menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam proses penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna atau petugas yang berwenang dari universitas dalam mengakses situs SIMKATMAWA, dengan menerapkan metode Kerangka PIECES (Kinerja, Informasi, Ekonomi, Kontrol, Efisiensi, dan Layanan). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, studi literatur, dan analisis manajemen data menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode PIECES, situs SIMKATMAWA terbukti sangat berguna dan berperan penting dalam menyediakan informasi yang mendetail untuk perankingan universitas.Kata Kunci: Website SIMKATMAWA; PIECES Framework; Pemeringkatan; Layanan Kemahasiswaan

Abstract

The Salatiga Ojek Application (OSaga) is an application-based transportation service developed as an alternative online transportation option for the people of Salatiga City. Although the application has been used by more than 10 thousand users, various complaints related to its usage still exist, including issues with the map feature, delays in OTP code delivery, and slow application loading times. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the OSaga application and identify usability problems experienced by users. The research was conducted using the usability testing method combined with interview techniques and the distribution of the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The study involved five participants for usability testing and respondents for measuring user satisfaction through SUS. The analysis employed success rate metrics to measure learnability, time-based efficiency to assess efficiency, error rate to determine the level of user errors, and SUS to measure satisfaction. The results showed that the OSaga application achieved a task success rate of 100%, a time-based efficiency value of 0.008 goals/sec, and an error rate value of 0.13. In addition, the average SUS score obtained was 67.12, which falls into Grade C with an adjective rating of “OK” and is categorized within the marginal acceptability range. The findings indicate that the OSaga application has a fairly good level of usability and is usable for users; however, several improvements are still needed, particularly in terms of navigation, system performance, and map feature stability, in order to enhance user comfort and satisfaction more optimally.
