Abstract

ABSTRAKBerfikir kemudian bertindak merupakan cerminan kedewasaan yang ditunjukkan oleh seorang pemimpin. Semakin kompleks permasalahan dalam sebuah instansi tentu akan menempa jiwa kepemimpinan seseorang. Kematangan berfikir akan tumbuh berkembang seiring dengan keilmuan dan pengalaman. Namun, sebuah kompetensi bagi seorang kepala sekolah dapat dilatih dan diasah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sosial-emosional bagi kepala sekolah penggerak di Kabupaten Asahan. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pengabdian ini adalah dengan melalui lokakarya. Pada tahapan pelaksanaannya tim peneliti menyampaikan materi dengan metode andragogy atau pembelajaran bagi orang dewasa. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan konsep mulai dari diri, ekplorasi konsep, ruang kolaborasi, refleksi terbimbing, demonstrasi kontekstual, elaborasi pemahaman dan koneksi antar materi. Melalui tahapan tersebut para kepala sekolah penggerak dapat memahami kompetensi sosial-emosional yang meliputi kesadaran diri, pengelolaan diri, kesadaran sosial, keterampilan relasi dan pengambilan keputusan yang bertanggungjawab. Kata kunci: kompetensi; sosial-emosional; sekolah penggerak; lokakarya. ABSTRACTThinking then acting is a reflection of the maturity shown by a leader. The more complex the problems in an agency will certainly forge a person's leadership spirit. Maturity of thinking will grow along with knowledge and experience. However, a competency for a school principal can be trained and honed. This service aims to improve the socio-emotional competence of principals of movement schools in Asahan District. The method used to achieve this service goal is through workshops. At the implementation stage, the research team delivered material using the andragogy method or learning for adults. The stages of implementing the activity begin with concepts ranging from self, concept exploration, collaboration space, guided reflection, contextual demonstration, elaboration of understanding and connections between materials. Through these stages, the principals of driving schools can understand social-emotional competencies which include self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making. Keywords: competence; socio-emotional; movement of school; workshop.

Abstract

The many of Islamic inheritance concepts can change according to the illat that appears. Inheritance cases between siblings and seibu raise polemics in certain cases, because siblings do not get inheritance because they are ashobah. Meanwhile, the seibu brother is in the position of ashabul furudh receiving the inheritance. This study will describe the dynamics of the opinions of friends in inheritance between siblings and mothers in the musytarikah case. The method used in this research is a qualitative form with the type of library research. In collecting data, the researcher traces a number of references from books, books and articles or other scientific works that have relevance to the research theme. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study explain that the friends have different opinions in addressing the inheritance between siblings and mothers. First, it is settled normally, the same-father sibling does not get a share of the inheritance even though they have closer kinship to the heir. Second, resolved by musytarikah or collectively. The position of siblings as ashobah is combined with mother brothers as ashabul furudh. The share received by the mother's sibling is shared with the siblings without distinguishing between kinship status and gender. Keywords : musyatarikah; sibling’s inheritance; half-brother's inheritanceAbstrakSejumlah konsep waris islam dapat berubah sesuai dengan ‘illat yang muncul. Kasus kewarisan antara saudara kandung dan saudara seibu memunculkan polemik dalam kasus tertentu, sebab saudara kandung tidak mendapatkan warisan karena sebagai ashobah. Sementara itu saudara seibu dalam dalam posisi ashabul furudh menerima warisan. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan dinamika pendapat para sahabat dalam kewarisan antara saudara kandung dan saudara seibu pada kasus musytarikah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menelusuri sejumlah referensi dari kitab, buku dan artikel atau karya ilmiah lainnya yang mempunyai relevansi dengan tema penelitian. Selanjutnya data-data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa para sahabat berbeda pendapat dalam menyikapi kewarisan antara saudara kandung dan saudara seibu. Pertama, diselesaikan secara biasa, saudara seayah tidak mendapatkan bagian warisan meskipun mempunyai kekerabatan lebih dekat kepada pewaris. Kedua, diselesaikan secara musytarikah atau kolektif. Kedudukan saudara kandung sebagai ashobah digabungkan dengan saudara seibu sebagai ashabul furudh. Bagian yang diterima oleh saudara seibu dibagi bersama dengan saudara kandung tanpa membedakan status kekerabatan dan jenis kelamin.Kata Kunci : musytarikah; waris saudara kandung, waris saudara seibu.

Abstract

Islamic inheritance makes the line of blood relationship part of the cause of getting an inheritance. Therefore, kinship is a binding relationship for mutual inheritance. However, in practice a number of differences exist between siblings and half-siblings, between brothers and sisters. This study aims to describe the position of the siblings of the heir. Furthermore, this study also describes the method and practice of calculating the share of the brothers in Islamic inheritance according to the concept of syajarotul mirats. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of library research. All required data is collected through searching a number of books, books, journals and other scientific works that are related to the research theme. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study concluded that brothers in Islamic inheritance are grouped according to the strength of their kinship. The group of siblings is referred to as 'ayan, half-sisters are referred to as 'akhyaf and half-sisters seibu are referred to as 'allat. In the practice of determining the inheritance share, they are located as ashabul furudh, ashobah binnafsi, ashobah bilghoir and ashobah ma'alghoir.Keywords: Sibling Inheritance; A'yan; Akhyaf; 'Allat; Syajarotul Mirats.
