Transaksi bisnis antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen akan selalu dipertemukan dengan suatu perjanjian atau perjanjian yang mengikat para pihak. Khususnya dalam perjanjian kredit perbankan, pihak bank mencetak formulir perjanjian kredit secara massal dan kolektif yang klausulanya disusun sepihak oleh kreditur tanpa keterlibatan debitur. Fenomena ini memberikan pandangan seolah kreditur menggunakan kekuasaannya dengan memanfaatkan ketidakberdayaan debitur untuk kepentingan sepihak sebagai bentuk penyalahgunaan keadaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentangparadigma interpretif penyalahgunaan keadaan pada perjanjian kredit perbankan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui paradigma konsep penyalahgunaan keadaan kreditur terhadap debitur dalam perjanjian kredit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual sebagai terobosan atas permasalahan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini menyajikan paparan interpretasi penyalahgunaan keadaan yang seharusnya pada perjanjian kredit perbankan dan harus terkait dengan tindakan nyata yang merugikan debitur baik pada saat melaksanakan perjanjian.

The Muslim Baduy community adheres to the customs and traditions they profess from their ancestors. The inheritance system used in the Baduy customary inheritance uses the Bilateral system, which is that the mother and father are equally strong. Issues that will be discussed are how the implementation of the inheritance of the Baduy Muslim tribe. This type of research used in this study is empirical normative legal research, with exposure to data used primary and secondary data and analyzed qualitatively. The difference between Baduy inheritance law and Islamic inheritance law in Pikukuh as an unwritten inheritance rule in Islamic inheritance law is based on the Koran and As-Sunnah. There are similarities that the heirs are the descendants of the deceased and the inheritance can only be distributed after the death of the testator, but the Baduy community does not distribute the inheritance to the lineage to the top.

Hajj becomes part of the fifth pillar of faith after the creed, prayer, fasting, and alms. Hajj and Umrah are required for those who are powerful (capable), each man or woman once in a lifetime. In general, the Indonesian Muslim community performs the Hajj and Umrah to the Grand Mosque in Makkah through Hajj and Umrah travel. The number of devotees of Umrah pilgrims in Indonesia is so much the main attraction for entrepreneurs in the field of travel. This study uses a qualitative approach and is a type of field research (Field Research) and compares the pilgrimage and umrah services of PT. Makkah Multazam Safir and Al-Madinah Tour & Travel in Bandar Lampung which together are business entities that provide services or providers of Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage services in Baitullah. Two different data presentations will provide us with valid information regarding a program and services offered to prospective pilgrims in need. From the analysis that will be done will minimize errors in the future.

Indonesia adalah negara yang masyarakatnya mempunyai etika yang baik. Tapi saat ini banyak sekali remaja yang tidak sopan, tidak menghormati orang yang lebih tua darinya. Mungkin itu adalah pengaruh negatif dari Globalisasi. Islam in terms of greeting (safety and pleasure) have values of brotherhood, mutual respect and promote solidarity of the people in order to create a harmony in diversity. Form of mutual respect of diversity will always hand in hand with justice. Justice that the ideals for all human beings will always need a struggle. The struggle embodied in the values of Islam is the provision of equality with others in order to create justice. So the struggle of Muslims must based on Oppressed people. Oppressed people who should be fought because of the loss of the rights and pleasures. If there are still oppressed people, the equality and justice has not come true. Islam is capable of churning into diversity must continue to fight for the oppressed until the creation of freedom to all mankind is fullfiled. Islamic values of struggle we can found in the village of Moro-moro, Mesuji district. The state of society with diversity is no longer a problem. Because no longer any separation between individual interests and social interests. All united for the purpose of welfare with a tangible manifestation continue their mutual mutual assistance in economic sector in agriculture.
