Abstract

Anemia is one of the health problems in the world, the prevalence of anemia in young women aged 12-18 years reached 45.9% in Denpasar City in 2017. The purpose of this study in general is to know the description of knowledge and adherence of young women in consuming blood-added tablets in Dwijendra Junior High School in Denpasar in 2020. The research method used is a descriptive survey with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. By using primary data from the recapitulation of questionnaires distributed via Google form to 62 young women in Dwijendra Denpasar Middle School. Descriptive data analysis by describing knowledge about anemia and adolescent girls in consuming blood-added tablets in the frequency distribution table. The results showed that the majority of young women were in the category of good knowledge 48 respondents (78%) and less categories of 2 respondents (3%). Adherence of adolescent girls in consuming blood-added tablets is more likely to have low adherence as many as 38 respondents (61%), and high adherence only 4 people (7%). From this study, it was found that most of the well-informed young women about anemia had low adherence in consuming blood-added tablets.

Abstract

Insomnia saat ini menjadi masalah yang banyak dikeluhkan oleh lansia. Kondisi ini terjadi dimana seseorang mengalami gangguan saat tidur, mulai dari fase awal sulit memejamkan mata sampai pada tidur mudah terbangun dan bangun tidur badan terasa nyeri. Berbagai penyakit tidak menular yang bersifat kronis dianggap menjadi salah satu penyebab kondisi tersebut seperti Hipertensi, Diabetes Mellitus dan kasus gangguan kardiovaskuler lainnya. Upaya kesehatan dilakukan untuk menekan angka kejadian dan mengatasi keluhan yang sering dirasakan, salah satunya dengan terapi akupresure dan aromaterapi yang terus dikembangkan di tengah masyarakat saat ini. Tujuan pemanfaatan kedua intervensi tersebut untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien yang mengalami Insomnia, sehingga tidak lagi mengkonsumsi obat atau datang ke fasilitas pelayanan  kesehatan untuk keluhan yang muncul. Biaya pengobatan dapat ditekan karena pasien bisa mengatasi keluhan yang muncul dengan terapi akupresure dan aromaterapi secara mandiri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di UPTD Puskesmas 1 Dinas Kesehatan Denpasar Timur pada bulan Agustus 2024. Hasil kegiatan mitra sasaran lansia dapat mengatasi keluhan Insomnia melalui terapi akupresure dan aromaterapi. Sedangkan bagi tenaga kesehatan yang mendapingi dapat menambahkan informasi mengenai pemanfaatan intervensi tersebut pada lansia. Setelah melakukan teknik akupresure lansia merasakan tidur lebih berkualitas, nyeri otot berkurang dibeberapa bagian tubuh, dan tubuh terasa segar saat bangun tidur. Kata kunci: insomnia, lansia, akupresure, aromaterapi lavender Insomnia is currently a problem that many elderly people complain about. This condition occurs where a person experiences disturbances during sleep, starting from the initial phase of difficulty closing the eyes to falling asleep easily waking up and waking up feeling pain. Various non-communicable diseases that are chronic are considered to be one of the causes of these conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus and other cases of cardiovascular disorders. Health efforts are made to reduce the incidence rate and overcome complaints that are often felt, one of which is acupressure therapy and aromatherapy that continue to be developed in today's society. The purpose of using the two interventions is to improve the quality of life of patients who experience insomnia, so that they no longer consume medication or come to health care facilities for complaints that arise. Medical costs can be reduced because patients can overcome complaints that arise with acupressure therapy and aromatherapy independently. The activity was carried out at the UPTD Puskesmas 1 of the East Denpasar Health Office in August 2024. The results of the activities of the elderly target partners can overcome Insomnia complaints through acupressure therapy and aromatherapy. Meanwhile, health workers who attend can add information about the use of the intervention in the elderly. After doing the acupressure technique, the elderly feel better quality sleep, muscle pain is reduced in some parts of the body, and the body feels refreshed when waking up.
