Abstract

Cohesiveness group in a company is a basic reason in advancing the company and the employee loyalty to the company. To form a cohesiveness in a group on the company expected all of them are able to work together not only alone but all the employees under the existing lines in the company. One company that has a high degree of cohesiveness is PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana (PMMP). Research method used is to use descriptive study using a qualitative approach. This study used a technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and data collection as to the accuracy of the data source for the information. The results showed that the group cohesiveness role in creating a conducive working environment. This is demonstrated by the fulfillment of the criteria for group cohesiveness towards a conducive working environment. Work environment at the company are also quite good. In addition to the physical work environment, non-physical work environment at the company was fairly good. From the research results can be seen that the kinship happens to employees at PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana fairly familiar. Keywords: group cohesiveness, physical work environment, non-physical work environment, conducive working environment ABSTRAK Kohesivitas kelompok dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan alasan dasar dalam memajukan perusahaan dan loyalitas dalam diri karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Untuk membentuk suatu kohesivitas dalam sebuah kelompok pada perusahaan diharapkan semuanya mampu bekerja sama bukan hanya karyawan bawah saja melainkan semua lini yang ada diperusahaan tersebut. Salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki tingkat kohesivitas tinggi adalah PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana (PMMP). Metode penelitan yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan penelitian dekriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pengumpulan data sebagai sumber data untuk menuju keakuratan informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kohesivitas kelompok berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan terpenuhinya kriteria-kriteria  kohesivitas kelompok terhadap lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Lingkungan kerja yang terdapat di perusahaan juga terbilang cukup baik. Selain lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik di perusahaan pun terbilang sangat baik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa hubungan kekerabatan yang terjadi pada karyawan di PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana terbilang sangat akrab. Kata Kunci: kohesivitas kelompok, lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik,  lingkungan  kerja yang kondusif

Abstract

Potential development in inclusive children is done by means of group learning methods and classroom teachers and supervisors who use their respective strategies according to the needs of students. The problems examined in this study are (1) The form of learning in the classroom in the development of the potential of inclusive children (2) Inhibiting factors in developing the potential of an inclusive child (3) The results of the teacher in developing the potential of an inclusive child. This type of research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that took place in TK Nurul Huda, Karangasem Bali Regency. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data that was collected, then from that meaning conclusions are drawn. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation. The results showed (1) The form of learning conducted at TK Nurul Huda was a form of group learning, by uniting regular students with inclusive students (ABK) under the supervision of class teachers and special assistant teachers. (2) Inhibiting factors in developing the potential of inclusive children is inadequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of special assistant teachers. (3) The results of the development of the potential of inclusive children are quite good and proud of the principal, teachers, and student’s parents.
