Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent of improvement in the quality of transport services crossing Kalianget cross-Talango in an effort to meet the needs of the community. This research is based on data taken in UPT. Pelabuhan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sumenep This study used a qualitative research method with data collection using in-depth interviews with informants, gathering data from documents and records, and obtaining data by direct observation of the phenomenon under study. The results of the study consists of three quality of service in improving the operation of services for the community that first crossing, associated with the responsiveness of each personnel boat to some of the things that happened during the crossing activity. Secondly, in relation to responsibility, services crossing under the provisions applicable. Third, related to the accountability of service providers crossings in accordance with the interests of stakeholders and developing norms in society. Keywords: Quality of Care, Transportation, UPT. Abstract

Kabupaten Sumenep sebagai daerah yang sebagian besar penduduknya berprofesi di bidang Agrikultur . Kebijakan pembangunan agropolitan memberikan harapan besar terhadap bidang agrikultur ini. Berdasarkan pengembangan wilayah yang direncanakan oleh RPJMD Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Sumenep, harapan besar pemerintah tersebut seakan-akan sulit direalisasikan sebagai akibat dari persoalan yang masih menerpa proses implementasi pembangunan agropolitan di Kabupaten Sumenep, karena protes warga yang kurang dilibatkan dalam perencaanaan pembangunan agropolitan tersebut karena kurangnya koordinasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep dengan masyarakat terkait lokasi pasar agropolitan, Untuk dapat tercapainya perencanaan yang efisisensi, efektifitas dan produktifitas, maka perlu dilakukan koordinasi Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Sumenep dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori koordinasi yang menyatakan bahwa koordinasi merupakan kegiatan pengaturan usaha sekelompok orang secara terarah dan teratur untuk menciptakan kesatuan gerak/tindakan dalam usaha mencapai tujuan organisasi serta untuk mendapatkan kesalarasan gerak, keselarasan aktivitas dan keselarasan tugas antar satuan organisasi yang ada di dalam organisasi, dengan demikian tujuan organisasi akan tercapai secara efektif apabila semua orang, semua pejabat, dan semua unit/satuan organisasi serta semua sumber daya diselaraskan dengan tujuan organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisa penelitian dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwasannya pemerintah yaitu Bappeda telah berperan sebagai koordinator pengembangan wilayah agropolitan dalam pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat. Adapun koordinasi tersebut telah sesuai sebagaimana fokus dalam penelitian ini yakni tentang bentuk perencanaan melalui pendekatan koordinasi.

Abstract

This article seeks to explain the influence of competence and work motivation on the performance of BUMDes Camar management in Parsanga Village, Sumenep City District, both partially and simultaneously. BUMDes as an organization that manages the economic growth of rural communities is expected to have good management performance in order to maximize the roles and functions of the organization. Performance is closely related to competence and work motivation. The method used is mixed, beginning with quantitative and continuing with qualitative. Quantitative data collection through questionnaires on 24 respondents. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results of the competency variable t test (X1) have a significance level of 0.011. While the tcount value is 2.809 and ttable is 2.080 (2.809> 2.080), meaning that it has a significant effect. The results of the t-test for the variable work motivation (X2) show a significance level of 0.001. Meanwhile, the tcount is 4.063 and the ttable is 2.080 (4.063 > 2.080), meaning that it has a significant effect. F test results show a significance level of 0.000. While the value of Fcount r 18.175 and Ftable 3.44 (18.175> 3.44) means that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.634 means that performance is influenced by competence and work motivation by 63.4%, the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Then qualitatively it shows that the importance and significance of loyalty in competence and work motivation is to maintain and foster the work enthusiasm of Camar BUMDes management.
