Abstract

Abstract, The main objective of this research is to study and analyze the effect of implementing e-commerce strategies in increasing the sales volume made by Indomaret partner SMEs in the peat area of Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and using analysis methods with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool. The object of this research is the SME Partners Indomaret in the area of Peat District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province with 123 outlets and 100 outlets were taken as samples. The conclusion of the research shows that the technical variable (technique) has a greater influence than other variables, namely the variable Interface (X1), Navigation (X2), Content (X3) and Reliability (X4). Technical variable (technique) obtained t count of 8.708 with a significance value of 0.000, because the significance value is smaller than 0.06 (0.000 <0.06), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.655.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) To analyze and prove that service has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Study on Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin)? 2) To analyze and prove that location has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Study on Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin). 3) To analyze and prove the product has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Study on Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin). 4) To analyze and prove that service, location and product have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Study on Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin). This type of research is quantitative. The results of interviews with several customer employees who have high loyalty to Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin are students or young people who make this place a gathering place with a total of 35 loyal customers. Given that the population is not too large, this study uses saturated sampling or uses all elements/members of the population as the research sample, totaling 35 customers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Service partially affects the satisfaction of visitors to Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the probability value of sig t 0.024 < 0.05 or t count 2.367 > t table 2.021. 2) Location partially affects visitor satisfaction at Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the probability value of sig t 0.000 < 0.05 or t arithmetic 7.457 > t table 2.021. 3) The product partially affects the visitor satisfaction of Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the probability value of sig t 0.629 < 0.05 or t count 0.488 > t table 2.02. 4) Service, Location and Product simultaneously affect the satisfaction of visitors to Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the probability value sig f 0.000 < 0.05 or f count 19.312 > f table 2.63 Keywords: Service, Location, Product, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze finance in order to increase profits at CV. Dharmata Borneo branch of ERO Optics in Banjarmasin using exchange rate risk, interest rate risk and liquidity ratio. This research method is a qualitative method. Research results and in financial risk management on CV. Dharmata Borneo branch of ERO Optics for the past three years, starting from 2019-2021, it can be seen that there are fluctuations in exchange rate risk, interest rate risk and ratios that reach. To get the exchange rate for three years starting 2019-2021 1.97%, still in the low loss category. Meanwhile, interest rate risk for three years starting from 2019-2021 is 1.50%, still in the negligible (ignored) category. And the last risk is the liquidity ratio. Starting from 2019-2021 using a ratio calculation of 206.74% the liquidity level is in the liquid category, while the quick ratio calculation is 156.43%% the liquidity level is still in the liquid category, and the cash ratio is 81.93% the liquidity level is still in the liquid category. liquid category. Financial risk analysis is still in the low category according to fluctuations in the level of existing business policies.
