Abstract

Abstract,This study aims to determine whether there is influence of performance appraisal on employee productivity either partially or simultaneously.The method used in this study is quantitative research is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach that is research that takes a sample of the population and use the questionnaire as a basic data collection tool.The results of this study indicate that, Quality, Quantity, Time, Cooperation, Loyalty significantly influenced and changes in the direction of employee productivity. This means that if the level of Quality, Quantity, Time, Cooperation, Loyalty perceived higher, then lead to higher productivity also Employees.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to determine whether there is influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees Disdukcapil Murung Raya District either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach that is the research that takes samples from the population and use the questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The results of this research indicate that the variables of motivation and work discipline significantly influenced and changes in the direction of performance employees Disdukcapil Murung Raya regency. This means that if the level of influence of motivation and discipline perceived higher, then lead to higher performance as well.

Abstract

Abstract, The main objective in this research is to review and analyze (1) How much influence the cost of promotion on the sales volume of Bangkal Sasirangan Bunga products. The targets in this study include (1) Increasing the sales volume of Batik Sasirangan Bordir through promotion in accordance with the cost or budget that is owned. (2) Making guidelines for craftsmen or home industry players of Batik Sasirangan Bordir to increase sales volume. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which will try to find out the relationship between the cost of promotion with the sales volume of Sasirangan Embroidery Batik "Bunga Bangkal Sasirangan". Regression analysis is a statistical method that aims to see the direction of the relationship and the magnitude of influence between 2 or more variables in a linear form. Based on the results of R Square in the first regression = 0.198, it means that the magnitude of the ability of variable X namely the Cost of Promotion in explaining the volume of Batik Sasasangan border sales "Bunga Bangkal Sasirangan" by 19.8%, while for 80.2% the level of sales volume of Batik Sasasangan border "Bunga Bangkal Sasirangan" is explained by other variables outside the X variable. Sales volume of Bangkal Sasirangan Flower Products also often changes. Changes in sales volume are influenced by several factors, namely: Internal factors, which affect the sales volume of Bangkal Sasirangan Flowers, namely sales activities, distribution activities, promotional activities, quality or fashion, and determining the selling price of products. External factors that affect the volume of sales of Bangkal Sasirangan Flowers, for example, the purchasing power of consumers and people's tastes.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) To analyze and prove that service has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Study on Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin)? 2) To analyze and prove that location has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Study on Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin). 3) To analyze and prove the product has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Study on Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin). 4) To analyze and prove that service, location and product have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Study on Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin). This type of research is quantitative. The results of interviews with several customer employees who have high loyalty to Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin are students or young people who make this place a gathering place with a total of 35 loyal customers. Given that the population is not too large, this study uses saturated sampling or uses all elements/members of the population as the research sample, totaling 35 customers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Service partially affects the satisfaction of visitors to Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the probability value of sig t 0.024 < 0.05 or t count 2.367 > t table 2.021. 2) Location partially affects visitor satisfaction at Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the probability value of sig t 0.000 < 0.05 or t arithmetic 7.457 > t table 2.021. 3) The product partially affects the visitor satisfaction of Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the probability value of sig t 0.629 < 0.05 or t count 0.488 > t table 2.02. 4) Service, Location and Product simultaneously affect the satisfaction of visitors to Urbane Coffee Roaster Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the probability value sig f 0.000 < 0.05 or f count 19.312 > f table 2.63 Keywords: Service, Location, Product, Visitor Satisfaction
