Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini berjudul â€œPelatihan Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Bagi Guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 171 Kulim Kecamatan Tenayan Rayaâ€. Karya ilmiah adalah berupa karya yang bersifat ilmiah yang dibentuk dalam penulisan. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan kepada guru-guru sekolah dasar karena selama ini yang menjadi kendala mereka adalah membuat karya ilmiah yang sudah menjadi persyaratan utama dalam kenaikan pangkat. Oleh karena itu, guru-guru merasa terbebankan dengan persyaratan pemerintahan tersebut karena itu pengabdian ini dilakukan agar guru-guru SDN 171 Kulim bisa melakukan kenaikan pangkat dan bertangung jawab dalam menjalankan tugasnya selaku guru khususnya bagi guru-guru tingkat sekolah dasar yang terdapat di Kulim Kecamatan Tenayan Raya. Hasil yang diharapkan setelah pengabdian ini dilakukan adalah guru-guru SDN 171 Kulim Kecamatan Tenayan Raya memiliki kemampuan dan kepahaman dalam menulis karya ilmiah.

Intisari–Mahasiswa yang bekerja paruh waktu dituntut agar bisa membagi waktu mereka secara efektif dan efisien antara waktu untuk bekerja dan dan waktu untuk kuliah. Prediksi terhadap mereka yang kuliah sambil bekerja diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu pertimbangan kebijakan bagi pihak akademik agar mahasiswa yang bekerja sambil bekerja dapat menyelesaikan masa studi mereka secara tepat waktu. Penelitian ini di mulai dengan tahapan mengumpulkan data mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja untuk selanjutnya dilakukan proses data cleaning. Data lalu dibagi atas dua kelompok data yaitu data training dan data testing yang dinormalisasi dengan metode min-max. Algoritma neural network digunakan untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap hasil studi bagi mereka yang kuliah sambil bekerja yang di kategorikan dalam 3 label. Optimasi dilakukan terhadap parameter dengan memamfaatkan perangkat optimize parameter. Pada pengujian model, parameter yang ditampilkan berupa training cycle, learning rate, momentum, akurasi dan nilai RMSE dengan rentang nilai learning rate dan momentum 0,1 sampai dengan 0,9, dengan fungsi aktivasi sigmoid. Validasi nilai terbaik didapat pada training cycle 201, learning rate 0,74, momentum 0,9 dengan nilai akurasi 89,62%, RMSE 0,263 dengan nilai k-fold=3.

Kemampuan menulis merupakan bagian penting di masa kini. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, kemampuan menulis menjadi kekuatan untuk menyebarkan informasi yang bermanfaat dan berfaedah bagi orang ramai. Dengan menulis, penulis dapat mengeluarkan gagasan atau ide melalui bahasa tulis. Selain itu, menulis mampu membangkitkan kratifivitas, mempertajam imajinasi generasi muda, khususnya pelajar. Selain sebagai media untuk menuangkan gagasan atau ide, menulis juga membentuk karakter pelajar dengan mengarahkan potensi kreatif yang didapat dari realita. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Kreatis ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan penulis-penulis muda yang handal untuk Provinsi Riau ke depannya.

In modern times it is marked by the discovery of advanced technology, it requires a creative young generation, so that they can compete in accordance with the demands of the times. One of the areas of creativity that gets that place is creativity in creating films. Films can be used as a place to express feelings, as well as being used as a product promotion or area where the film's work is produced. This fact is strengthened by the increasing penetration of social media such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. To produce good film work, a reliable screenwriter is also needed. For this reason, training in writing film scenarios is required. This first stage scenario writing training was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The younger generation, in this case, vocational high school students and the equivalent are a very potential age to be trained to write good and correct scenarios. With scenario writing training, at least SMK students can get to know what a scenario is and at the same time be able to practice writing good and correct scenarios.

The Science and Technology Program for the Community (IbM) that the team carried out was Improving the Intensive Reading Ability for Students of SMA N 2 Rumbio Jaya. The target to be achieved is to increase the intensive reading ability of the students of SMA N 2 Rumbio Jaya. As an additional value to be obtained, namely increasing the literary insight of the trainees because the reading material chosen by the team is the short story Helvy Tiana Rosa. The method used by the team to achieve this target is the lecture method, question and answer method and practice.

Tag a friend in the comments column on the Instagram platform is one mechanism to start interacting between users on social media. Is it possible to just "tag" friends who have there been social interactions intended by sociologists, psychologists,s and communication experts? This article is to explore how social media carries out the process of social interaction, and whether simply tagging a friend on Instagram can be considered a social interaction. The results of the study show that the use of social media is rarely considered a social interaction, after surfing on social media for approximately the first 7-10 minutes, 116 samples of Instagram users showed that social media behavior rarely chatted and commented, on average they only status updating, stalking and also looking for the information. The use of social media and social interaction sometimes occur together, but only 3% of social interactions occur through the Instagram platform. It is said that social interaction through this platform usually focused on having conversations, and exchanging with relatively closer relational relationships. Secondary data analysis and surveys of Instagram users are used in this article to analyze the process of social interaction on the Instagram platform supported by literature studies from several sociologists, psychologists, and also communication experts who argue about social interaction. It can be said, each media is social in a unique way including the Instagram platform, and needs further discussion in conceptualizing the boundaries of social interaction in social media.

The Science and Technology Program for the Community (IbM) that the team carried out was Improving the Ability to Write Children's Stories for Kindergarten Teachers in Rumbio Jaya District. The target to be achieved is to increase the ability to write children's stories for kindergarten teachers in Rumbio Jaya District in order to participate in the National Literacy Movement. The methods used by the team to achieve these targets were lecture, question and answer and practice methods. The results found that of the 12 training teachers, only four people submitted their writings.

This research is entitled Psychopathy of the main character in a collection of women's short stories waiting for DM Ningsih's work in terms of literary psychology. Psychopathy is a personality disorder characterized by a group of behaviors and traits, including ego, deceit, shallow emotions, lack of guilt, remorse, empathy and an anti-social lifestyle as well as a tendency to ignore or violate social conventions and rules. This study aims to describe the psychopathy of the main character in a collection of short stories by DM Ningsih with a literary psychology approach, using Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic personality theory in particular, namely Personality Structure and Psychopathy-Checklist Revised Hare. The results of this study are (1) The form of psychopathic behavior of the main character in DM Ningsih's short story collection is based on the characteristics of the special actors in psychopaths, namely antisoacial behavior, likes to manipulate, aggressive behavior, sadistic behavior, and no regrets and no guilt so that the form of behavior can be determined psychopath. (2) the factors that cause the main character to behave psychopathically in DM Ningsih's short story collection are environmental and traumatic factors.
