Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum selalu untuk menjawab tantangan yang sedang dirisaukan masyarakat, salah satunya ialah karena siswa lebih cenderung memiliki (mendapatkan) kompetensi kognitif. Apa yang harus dijawab dengan kurikulum mendatang? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan itu harus mengerti benar tentang kelemahan dalam pendidikan pada umumnya di Indonesia. Banyak ahli menilai bahwa pendidikan di Indonesia lebih mengisi pikiran dari pada mengajarkan cara berpikir. Hasil berpikir dan bernalar siswa-siswa Indonesia masih rendah dan oleh karena itu tantangan terbesar pendidikan di Indonesia adalah bagaimana menerjemahkan konsepsuccessful intelligence (SI) ke dalam operasionalsistim pendidikan. Pendidikan di Indonesia nampaknya belum berhasil membentuk SI, khususnya dalam kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Dalam hal inilah tantangan guru PKn menghadapi kurikulum 2013 yang arahnya tidak hanya memberi pengetahuan tetapi juga mengajar cara berpikir. Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan memiliki kepentingan untuk menterjemahkan berpikir tingkat tinggi dalam proses pembelajarannya karena salah satu tujuan Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan adalah membentuk kepribadian di mana berpikir kritis merupakan unsur penting dalam kepribadian itu.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif yaitu menggunakan project citizen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa. Data diambil melalui studi dokumentasi, angket, tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan statistik dan didukung teori-teori tentang berpikir kritis seperti teori mengenai sikap positif untuk berpikir kritis dari John Langrehr (2006), kemampuan berpikir kritis dari CCEI (2004), karakter berpikir kritis dari Moore and Parker (2009) dan teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan project citizen seperti teori mengenai research-oriented learning dan inquiry learning. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode quasi eksperimen untuk uji beda antara kelas yang menggunakan project citizen dan kelas konvensional. Untuk pengembangan digunakan desain eksperimental dengan menambah pemahaman mengenai berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan berpikir kritis menggunakan project citizen yang didahului dengan pemahaman tentang berpikir kritis akan lebih maksimal. Kata Kunci: project citizen, berpikir kritis, pendidikan kewarganegaraan DEVELOPING CRITICAL THINKING IN CIVIC EDUCATION TEACHING USING THE PROJECT CITIZEN Abstract: The background of the study was that it was necessary to develop critical thinking by using innovative teaching, that is, project citizen. This study was carried out in Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga with the subjects of students. The data were collected using documentation, questionnaires, a test, and interview and analyzed using statistics supported by theories about critical thinking such as theories on positive attitude for critical thinking by John Langrehr (2006), critical thinking ability by CCEI (2004), characteristics of critical thinking by Moore and Parker (2009) and other theories related to project citizen like theories on research-oriented learning and inquiry learning. The study was carried out using the quasi-experimental method to find the difference between the class taught using the project citizen and that taught using the conventional method. The experimental design was used in the development to improve the understanding of the critical thinking. The findings showed that the development of the critical thinking using project citizen initialized by understanding of critical thinking could be maximized. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar PKn antara siswa kelas V SDN 3 Suru dengan SDN 4 Suru yang menggunakan model Word Square. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kedua kelompok yang mendapat perlakuan yang sama yaitu penerapan model Word Square. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SDN 3 Suru sebagai kelompok eksperimen A dan siswa kelas V SDN 4 Suru sebagai kelompok eksperimen B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan hasil belajar PKn antara siswa kelas V SDN 03 Suru dengan siswa kelas V SDN 04 Suru menggunakan model Word Square.Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran word square, hasil belajar PKn Abstract. The aims of this research is to determine the differences learning result Civics Education between fifth grade students Elementary School 3 Suru with Elementary School 4 Suru using Word Square. Abstract

This research has been conducted in Lembang Bululangkan Rinding Allo District. The purpose of this research is to find out and understand the perception of the Lembang Bululangkan community about the symbols used in the Ma 'nene ritual; to describe the ceremony process of the Ma'nene ritual in Lembang Bululangkan; to illustrate the influence of Christianity in ceremony process of the ritual Ma 'nene; to find out the values and norms are contained in ceremony process of Ma' nene rituals. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive. Data is collected by observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research, the people's perceptions about Ma'nene in have similarity, but the procedures for implementation are different. The goal of the Ma'nene by Aluk Todolo is to ask for blessings to the ancestors, while the goal of the Christians who do Ma'nene is to do / follow a custom that must be performed at a certain time. The meaning of Ma'nene for Aluk Todolo and the Christians have similarity, both of them have an affection for their relative that has passed away. The influence of Ma'nene on Christianity is actually not too conspicuous for Christians, however it bring a great influence  for Aluk Todolo people, there is a change in applied regulations and ceremony process. Ma’ene contains value and norms, they are social values, religious values, cultural values, deliberation values, values of responsibility. Abstract

This study is titled the method of planting social value in santri at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School RW 02, Sidorejo sub-district, Salatiga city in 2018. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with 45 research subjects as kyai and santri. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the method of planting social values used was the Sorogan and Bandongan methods. The embedded social values include discipline, empathy, respect, caring, and tolerance. The implementation of the social values of santri in community activities is to become a TPA worker, a large study committee and mutual cooperation. Keywords:  social values, santri, islamic boarding schools, community activities

GUYUB KASRIPAHAN merupakan fenomena sosial sebagai modal social. Penelitian ini suatu daya tarik tersendiri bagi peneliti untuk mencari tahu Mengapa terbentuk kumpulan/oraganiasi sosial “GUYUP KASRIPAHAN” Mengapa diperlukan organisasi sosial “GUYUP KASRIPAHAN’, Perubahan perubahan apa yang terjadi didalam pelaksanaan “GUYUP KASRIPAHAN”, Mengapa “GUYUP KASRIPAHAN” masih bertahan sampai sekarang. Abstract

Abstrak:Perbedaan Pengaruh Metode STAD dan Jigsaw terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam Mata Pelajaran PPKn di Kelas X SMK. Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode STAD dan Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran PPKn di kelas X SMKN 2 Salatiga. Desain penelitian menggunakan “Quasi Eksperimental Design” dengan bentuk “Nonequivalent Control Group Design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas X SMK, yang terdiri dari 18 kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-T dengan bantuan SPSS 16.00 setelah memenuhi uji prasyarat analisis data (uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas). Hasil penelitian disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode STAD dan Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran PPKn di kelas X SMK.Kata Kunci : STAD (Student Team Achievement Divison), Jigsaw dan Hasil Belajar PPKn

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship (correlation) between student learning discipline and student learning achievement in Civics subject in class X SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. The samples in this study were students of class X TKJ B and X DPIB B who were taken by nonrandom sampling, a total of 70 students. The data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation statistical test from Person. Based on the results of the statistical correlation test, it shows that there is a significant positive correlation between learning discipline and Civics learning achievement of class X students of SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. The results of the correlation analysis (test) between the learning discipline variable and student learning achievement show a positive correlation of r = 0. 302 with a significant level of 0.011 <0.05. With this positive correlation result is shows that learning achievement is not entirely influenced by learning discipline factors, but also influenced by factors outside the learning discipline. Although the contribution (contribution) of learning discipline to learning achievement is small, the habit of learning discipline must still be instilled in students.

Abstract

This research aims to increase student activity and learning outcomes using the Team Game Tournament (TGT) method in Civics subjects in class XII ATPH SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. The issues of this study amounted to 36 students. Data collection techniques were observation and tests, while data analysis techniques used comparative descriptive techniques. The results obtained from this study indicate that the TGT learning method can increase student activity and learning outcomes in Civics subjects. This is evident from the average increase in student learning activeness in the first cycle of the 1st meeting 47.23% (17 students) in the 2nd meeting 69.44% (25 students), then increased in the second cycle of the 1st meeting 80, 56% (29 students) to 91.66% (33 students) at the 2nd meeting. Student learning outcomes also increased in each cycle. Pre-cycle 13.89% (5 students) who scored KKM ≥ 77 increased to 77.78% (28 students) in cycle I, and rose again to 94.44% (34 students) in cycle II. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that using the TGT method can increase the activity and learning outcomes of civics subjects’ students of class XII ATPH SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga.

Abstract

This study aims to examine positive mindset as a major factor in optimizing the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve student learning outcomes in elementary schools. A descriptive qualitative approach was used involving 5th grade students and teachers who use AI technology in learning. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and document studies and to test the validity of the data tested using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that the use of AI provides significant benefits by increasing personalization of learning, assessment efficiency, and provides significant benefits by increasing personalization of learning, assessment efficiency, and students' understanding of complex concepts. The percentage of student learning outcomes completion increased from 35% to 90% after the implementation of AI-based media. Students' positive mindset plays an important role in maximizing the effectiveness of AI technology, while teachers are the main facilitators in creating a supportive learning environment. However, challenges such as dependence on technology, limited infrastructure, and the need for teacher training need attention. With the right regulations and cooperation between educational institutions, government, and society, AI integration can have an optimal impact on improving the quality of education.
