Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 has made everyone experience changes in their daily lives. Learning activities must still run even though they are online. The purpose of this research is to describe the online learning process during the pandemic for LP3I Jakarta Institute of Technology Faculty of Business Administration Student, Depok campus. This type of research is a qualitative description. Data - data collected using observation techniques, interviews and literature. The data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman model by utilizing the google meet application. From the results of the data analysis it can be concluded that the online learning process at the LP3I Politkenik Jakarta, Depok campus is going quite well. Even though at the beginning of the pandemic, students felt dissatisfied with learning to use online. But basically they prefer learning to be done in person (off line) than online. The positive side of online learning is that students are better able to solve the problems they experience and are more courageous in speaking and more technologically literate. However, in practice, there are still a small number of students who have problems, such as frequent network breaks, expensive quota purchases, and lecturers not knowing the seriousness of student learning because they do not meet face-to-face. Suggestions submitted should lecturers increase creativity for the purpose of achieve maximum learning goals and students can be more motivated to take part in learning, research on learning to keep going to be developed and improved for the advancement of education, provide training to educators on the latest technology and the Government provides quotas more evenly to students.Keywords: Process, Online Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic,Office Administration

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bagi suatu perusahaan masalah tenaga kerja (SDM) merupakan masalah pokok  yang harus mendapat perhatian, terutama dalam hal pengembangan karyawannya agar berdampak pada kestabilan dan pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi.  Salah satu aspek pengembangan SDM yang sangat penting diperhatikan adalah perencanaan dan pengembangan karir yang berpengaruh pada peningkatan motivasi kerja Karyawan.Penelitian ini dilakukan  adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesempatan pengembangan karier dengan motivasi kerja Karyawan di  PT. Mastrada, dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada responden (Karyawan) dengan jumlah 85 orang dan sampel yang diambil secara random sampling sejumlah 40 orang karyawan. Metode analisis statistik menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23, untuk menentukan validitas dan reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolonieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, anova dan uji t guna menguji hipotesis yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti terdapat  hubungan kesempatan pengembangan karier dengan motivasi kerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.299 atau sebesar 29,9%, artinya variabel kesempatan pengembangan karier terhadap variabel motivasi kerja cukup berpengaruh, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Persamaan yang diperoleh adalah : Y = 11,500 + 0,679X+e Kata kunci : pengembangan karier dan motivasi kerja

Abstract

Master School stands for Masjid Terminal School. It’s a school with free tuition for the street children located in Depok Integrated Station. There are 5 (five) parties as the main target of the Master School. They are abandoned children, street children, children with special needs, children against the law and disabilities children who came from underprivileged families. They consist of 2000 students who learn there with container as the facilities of class room. There are things as the concern of the Master School Depok, such as the learning process, facilities and the school environment. The effect of the learning process towards students’ character building of SMP Master Depok, based on the statistic’s result, it can be stated that Master Depok students is partially significant in knowledge mastery of the subject lesson, improving attitude and behaviour during teaching and learning process, skills achieved of each subject. The school facilities towards character building based on the statistic’s result affects partially significant for the availability of the class, the headmaster’s office, the teachers’ room, the restroom, the mosque (mushola) or worship place. The school environment towards character building based on the statistics’ resultaffects partially significant from the activities that lead students to religious, activities foster students to discipline. Abstract

This study of the management of the Rumah Harum Main Waste- Bank focuses on the Fragrant House Main Waste Bank's waste management to enhance the economic well-being of families in the Sukmajaya subdistrict – Depok area.The purpose of this research is to ascertain how Rumah Harum's waste bank program is managed in order to support the local families' economies.The qualitative research approach, which is described through elaboration or description based on the facts of the field, was used.The primary waste bank at Rumah Harum is responsible for managing waste-management by collecting it from the community and depositing it there as customers.The manager's passbook serves as the collection's savings account for the Sukmajaya Depok residents.The management of waste itself aims to transform waste into products that can be sold and to assist economically disadvantaged communities.The author draws the conclusion, based on the findings of the analysis, that the management of the waste bank is quite helpful and educates the public about how to choose waste and waste products that are collected and weighed into their savings when needed.However, the issue is that managers still require government assistance to properly manage waste, and the general public is still unaware of this.Keywords: Management,  Waste Bank, Family Economy

Abstract

PT. Fuka International adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kitchen dan laundry.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya selisih barang di gudang dengan barang yang tercatat, yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan, dan adanya komplain dari costumer. Dari hasil penelitian ini diberikan masukan dan evaluasi untuk membuat sistem pencatatan keluar masuk barang secara tersistem dengan komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknisk analisis fishbone diagram.. Untuk pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi secara langsung terkait dengan aktivitas dan kegiatan pergudangan di PT. Fuka International. Sesuai dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan adanya selisih barang karena ketidaktelitian karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan, karena adanya kekeliruan  penghitungan barang yang disebabkan karena ukuran yang berbeda-beda dari setiap barang dan jumlah barang yang banyk dan mirip, serta belum adanya sistem komputerisasi untuk memudahkan pengontrolan. Usulan yang diberikan adalah dengan membuat sebuah prosedur dan memberikan pelatihan bagi karyawan tentang SOP aturan kerja, sehingga tidak sembarang orang boleh memasuki gudang. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam menetapkan suatu kebijakan standar pada aktivitas pergudangan, agar pengelolaan pergudangan dapat berlajan lancar serta sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Persediaan Barang, Barang Tercatat, Barang Aktual, Diagram Fishborn

Abstract

The pandemic era has had an impact on changing patterns of people's lives. Limited space and time lead to increased use of the internet. Through the internet, many conveniences are obtained by the community to fulfill their daily needs, such as buying and selling transactions and ordering products that can be done without face to face using a mobile phone. Application is an important requirement in the online world. The benefits of online applications provide convenience for people anywhere and when they need them. Likewise, the travel business is taking advantage of the pandemic situation by providing online transactions through its application. The daily routine of work causes the boredom and fatigue experienced by today's society. Travel is one way that can be done to eliminate boredom. To meet tourism needs, currently people do not need to queue long to order tickets. To obtain tourist information in the current technological era, the public can use website-based applications such as tiket.com, traveloka.com. pegi-pegi.com and many other ticket booking applications. The rapid development of technology has led to very diverse business competition in any field. Consumer trust in a service provided by the company is the spearhead for the progress of the company. The results of the research conducted by distributing questionnaires revealed that all the results of the instrument assessment were declared valid and reliable. The instrument was declared valid because it obtained the value of t count > t table (valid) and r count > r table, namely 0.312 where r count > 0.60 (Cronbach alpha). Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT Aneka Jaya Jakarta. Kinerja karyawan yang efektif menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, kafena kinerja yang baik akan berdampak positif bagi perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan regresi yang merupakan bagian dari regresi berganda. Jumlah kuesioner yang diserbar dan diolah berjumlah 62 kuesioner. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan manajer SDM. Penyusunan dan pengisian kuesioner yang kemudian data-data tersebut diolah dengan manggunakan regresi berganda melalui aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk kompetensi karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan. Variabel motivasi pegawai merupakan variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan karena koefisien regresinya paling besar dibandingkan dengan variabel yang lain yaitu sebesar 3,319 atau 33,19 Dapat disimpulkan motivasi yang tinggi cenderung memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan berharga bagi organisasi dalam mengembangkan strategi dan kebijakan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif. Abstract

E-learning method is a learning process that utilizes sophisticated technology where learning activities are carried out online. online learning is equipped with various tools that can be used in learning activities or training for training institutions, such as communication and interaction activities, conducting question and answer sessions, and asking questions to trainers or vice versa. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the e-learning method as a training medium on the competence of participants from various groups. the research method uses a descriptive quantitative method, with sampling using saturated sampling (census), where the population is used as a research sample. to obtain data using a likert scale by distributing questionnaires to all participants who have participated in training with the e-learning system. the data that has been collected is then processed with the spss 25 application, using simple linear regression. for data analysis with validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, normality tests, linearity tests and heteroscedasticity. based on the results of the research data processing, it can be concluded that the training system with the e-learning method has an effect on increasing the competence of training participants by 0.460 or 46%.
