Abstract

The construction industry's significant environmental impact has prompted a shift towards environmentally friendly building materials to mitigate environmental degradation while maintaining structural stability. This quantitative study investigates the effect of using environmentally friendly building materials on the stability of tall building structures in Jakarta, Indonesia. Employing a mixed-methods approach, survey data collection, and structural analysis techniques were utilized to examine the relationship between building material choices and structural stability. Statistical analyses revealed a strong preference for environmentally friendly materials among participants, with sustainable timber and eco-friendly concrete substitutes receiving high ratings. Moreover, participants expressed confidence in the structural integrity of tall buildings constructed using these materials. Correlation and regression analyses further demonstrated significant positive relationships between preferences for environmentally friendly building materials, perceived structural stability, and environmental sustainability practices. The findings underscore the potential of environmentally friendly building materials to enhance both structural stability and environmental sustainability in tall building construction.

Abstract

This research explores the effects of environmental management policies, livestock husbandry practices, and the adoption of production technologies on the productivity of cattle farms in West Java, Indonesia. Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, data were collected from 100 cattle farms across three productivity levels. Statistical analysis, including multiple regression, was employed to assess the influence of these factors on farm productivity. The results indicate that the adoption of production technologies had the most significant positive impact on productivity, followed by adherence to environmental management policies and the implementation of advanced husbandry practices. Qualitative findings support the quantitative results, highlighting the role of governmental support and training in facilitating the adoption of effective farming practices. This study underscores the necessity of integrated approaches that enhance both sustainability and efficiency, recommending policies that support technological innovation and environmental compliance. The findings serve as a valuable reference for policymakers and farm managers aiming to optimize productivity and sustainability in livestock farming.

Abstract

This research conducts a comprehensive bibliometric exploration to unravel the factors influencing community involvement in environmental law enforcement, a critical aspect of safeguarding ecosystems and public health. Environmental law enforcement relies heavily on community participation, yet understanding the determinants shaping such involvement remains incomplete. Through a systematic analysis of scholarly literature, this study aims to bridge this gap by identifying key themes, trends, and gaps in understanding community dynamics in environmental law enforcement contexts. The research employs bibliometric techniques to analyze a vast corpus of publications, exploring factors such as social norms, economic conditions, and enforcement strategies affecting community engagement. The findings not only contribute to theoretical understanding but also offer practical insights for policymakers, environmental agencies, and community organizers to enhance community participation in environmental protection efforts.

Abstract

This paper presents a bibliometric analysis examining the evolution of research within the sustainability and risk management sectors in banking, based on several visual network analyses. Initial findings delineate thematic clusters focusing on green banking, financial performance, and the impact of technological advancements such as fintech. An investigation into the temporal progression of research themes from 2017 to 2021 highlights a significant shift from foundational concerns about financial stability to more nuanced discussions integrating sustainability and economic inclusivity. Additionally, the research identifies potential gaps in the literature, particularly around the integration of Islamic banking with green practices and the management of environmental and climate-related risks. Analysis of author collaborations within these thematic areas reveals a robust network of scholars, characterized by both dense, focused groupings and broader, interdisciplinary linkages. This study underscores the dynamic and evolving nature of academic discourse in sustainable finance, suggesting promising areas for future research.
